Jarrod and Michelle Bayless DBA Bayless Trucking are crooks. I was with them for less than 2 months and was asked by his manager Aaron to do things in violation of Federal Motor Carrier Safety standards running illegal and equipment that was unsafe and run down OTR. Now they are refusing to pay me and other drivers, the people who fell for his smoke and mirrors of a "family oriented business". Everybody in the office were liars from day one. They would tell us that we couldnt buy fuel cause Com-Datra was down for days in a row...how dumb do they think we are, my pay was never on time with many dumb excuses by Michelle Bayless and the list goes on and on. Now they refuse to pay any of us money owed as employees that worked hard to better his company. I am about to loose my house and truck because of his lack of concern for us by paying us for the work we did for HIM! Him and his wife are for better lack of a word a real ### who only cares about themselves and how much you make them with no regard of anybody else or their family. Stay away from these people. they are liars and cheats who will only screw you till they can't get anymore out of you then leave you in financial ruin.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

We have the same problem they have not payed us either we have been invoicing them more than twice. They do not answer our calls or emails. They are always telling us re-invoice us and we will pay you next month, next week, tomorrow and that day comes and they do not answer th e calls.
They just keep thumbing there nose at the law. Someday they will all be behind bars. I really do hope you can find there daughter Cassie. If I think of anything that will help, I'll let you know.
Ya not sure about the parents and owners of the trucking company but there daughter Cassie bayless bought a car from me back in sept 2011 and put a small down payment on the car and sence than has refused to make any payment on the car and continues to run every time I try and contact her. Also when she took my 10, 000 dollar car she was told it needed plates and also has not followed through with this. She is driving my car and not paying for it wile getting over 300 bucks in parking tickets wile I am paying for them. These people are low life's if anyone reads this and knows where I Can find there daughte Cassie please let me know.
I used to work for them as their office manager... I quit because of the ### they were putting their drivers thru... After I left, things apparently got even worse. the weekend that I quit, they had held off doing payroll until 5PM and there wasn't enough money in the account to cover the checks. They refused to pay me or my husband our last paychecks, we had to take them to court and they got some serious penalties for non-payment. Everyone out there... SUE THEM. they are crooks and losers in the worst way. Oh, the stories I could tell that are from behind the curtain.
