My friend bought me a Pandora bracelet for Christmas 2010. The bracelet and 2 charms. Then bought 2 more charms on Mother's Day and 2 more on my birthday. Each of those times, nothing was mentioned of how to take care of the bracelet. The bracelet is big on me, so I wanted to see if I could get the bracelet sized. I thought that when you add more charms, the space would be used up and bracelet would get tighter. WRONG... so from wearing the bracelet everyday the charms have worn. I tried to see if I could get the bracelet re-sized and new charms. I was told no. You only have 30 days from purchase. So, $300.00 has been thrown out the window because I can't get anyone to help. Their quick to take your money, but not quick to help the consumer. I would buy more charms, but after going to Jared and getting no help, you can forget it. Very Disappointed
Is this for real ? You sound like a spoilt child ! If you were unsure of how to care for your jewellery .Then you should have taken it apon yourself to research it .Replace your charms ? My goodness ive heard it all now .When you buy a dress that fades after a period of time do you then take it back claiming you wernt told to use a specific washing powder at the till ? Get a grip.
I was given one for Christmas 2010...no booklet included on 'care of item'...and was told 'you are ALWAYS given one'? explained to them 'maybe because it was busy and Christmas...and there were so many people at the counter it was forgotten? no..impossible per 'design galleries' store in LHV mall... Anyway, went on cruise in May...bracelet is ruined! went in pool...ocean...it got darker and darker everyday! DID NOT KNOW YOU COULD NOT WEAR IN THE WATER! I have $10 earrings that don't get ruined? WHAT ? I offered the bracelet for the store to keep on display as a 'DO NOT DO THIS'...but they would'nt even take it for that! wouldn't clean it...nothing! husband paid cash! RRRRRRRRRR Wrote to Pandora last year...NOTHING! :(

Ummm and you didn't think to call Pandora and find out by THEM how to take care of your bracelet? That makes no sense to me whatsoever! Not to mention, if you had a slight thought about your bracelet being too big you should have returned it then! Back to my original point about calling the store...as far as getting your money back or replacement charms, are you serious? Not happenin! They will however clean your bracelet FREE OF CHARGE! And obviously bracelet/ charms will get worn somewhat from everyday wear! Please research and learn how to take care of such a great piece of jewelry since you will be spending quite a few dollars on charms! {or maybe not since they've all been gifts}. After reading this, please call Pandora and find out how to take care of your bracelet as some charms may have precious stones and gems and will be more money if you have to replace them. By the way, who said Jared was an expert on Pandora jewelry? Cause they are not. They just sell it. Signed...a Pandora Diva.
