For many years I have been their regular customer because of a perfect quality. But I noticed one thing and it is the reason why I'm going to choose another company and give up on this one. The tobacco you select is not great anymore and I feel worse. No, it's not because it's unhealthy and stuff like that. I'm pretty sure things have changed. Do a favor and resolve it for your future customers. And I'm done.

During the 2 weeks holiday construction, JTI decide to clean the shop and using compressor 8 to 6 for 2 weeks and during the week-end . The noise is the limit dangerous for the health of people live in the area.
Why don't you use hi-end technology less noisy? Why do you impose that to your neighbour

Other thing: you have a big ben clock with nice bell sound every 15 minute, it is so lovely but the problem it is need serious timing adjustment since 5 month. Every time that failure remind to your neighbour that you dont care about respect. Never forget that we have to live close to a monster, creating poison and noise. So please act during it is the time

Ive bought 2 packs of Camel Classic which i smoke a pack a day both the packs Tobacco pops open infront of the cigarette and after that cant be used its not the first time i experience this issue.
After this i think of changing brands.
I bought a Carton also and the same problem i just personally think for one the most expensive cigarettes on the market this is not supposed to be a issue.

I have been smoking sterling dual for a while now but a few days ago when I bought a new packet from my local garage I noticed they tasted rather like strawberry other than menthol. At first I thought it was just something I had eaten or drank before hand although as the days went on they still tasted like strawberry! I told a friend and she was shocked and said she thought it was just her but she had experienced the same taste in her pack of sterling dual also! It is not a pleasant taste and having paid almost £9 per packet I was wondering what you can do to reimburse me?

I have recently bought two packs of 20 Mayfair in which the butts have separated from the cigarettes as I take them out the packet, I have smoked Mayfair for ten years and never had this problem but it is happening with eight out of the twenty, this is just not on as I am paying a lot of knee for a product that's quality is not up to the standards to which I am used to, this is a manufacturer error I'm sure but after spending £19.20 on 40 cigarettes and sixteen of them falling apart I'm not impressed no other brand has had this issue

The latest packet I have bought have defective cigarettes in it. Attached is a photo. The tips come of as soon as the cigarette is lit. This has proved to be quite dangerous depending where I am when lighting a cigarette as the cigarette is slight when it drops away from the top. Very disappointed as it's such a waste of a product that isn't cheap. Please respond and assure me this doesn't happen often. Very wary to smoke any more of this packet and it's a waste I can do without.

Dear Sir / Madam I purchased a packet of 20 Mayfair kingsize cigarettes and everyone I lit up was impossible to smoke, it seems like the filter tips are to compact. I slit the cigarette open to see if the obstruction was anything to do with tobacco but all seemed to be ok so it was down to the filter. This is the first time anything like this as accurred regarding mayfair cigarettes and hope it is remedied because as I am a pensioner it is monies that I can ill afford to waste.

Yesterday I bought a packet of 17, yes not 20 as should be, I was angry and annoyed to find that out of the whole packet only 3 actually burst! I've been buying this brand for a while now, I've had the odd one or two not pop but never this many. I would like a full refund if the £7.45 I had to pay for them. FYI I will not be smoking these again unless the problem is rectified. Awaiting a reply please

As I buy on average 1 pack each day, I have worked this out the be approx 19 packs that I am being short changed over a year which is a lot of money going into the pockets of this company fraudulently at my expense.
They sell packs of 10 and 14 and these quantities are advertised but packs of 20 are not marketed at packs of 20 and definitely not advertised as packs of 19.

Iam so fed up of now buying 20 pack of Mayfair and there is less in the packets I think it's a joke to be paying nearly £10 for 20 and only getting less in the packet, I ask for 20 so I expect 20, so I'd love to no why this is now happening and what company has to say about this

Me and my Partner have been smoking Sterling Superkings for a number of years and have always been very happy with our brand. Until 1 hour ago when my partner was smoking one and got 3/4 of the way through and then the cigarette crackled a little and exploded burning my partners nose and hand and even burning the laminate flooring we have down. It was only a minor burn but nothing serious, but this shook both of us up leaving us in serious doubt about ever smoking this brand again, just for info the serial on the outer packaging is 5 [protected] and the serial on the box was 5014 3771 Gavin

I am fuming mad to have found several times now that I have purchased a pack of Sterling cigarettes expecting 18 only to find 17. As a visitor to the UK this is a costly item to me given my country's terribly poor exchange rate and I find it totally but totally unacceptable. Something needs to be sorted out as surely this is not legal? Purchased in Ashton Under Lyne and Greenwich. Really angry now. Who or how do I get hold of the low life responsible?

I purchased a pack of fresh burst and I know they are meant to have 19 in the pack but upon opening them today I discovered I only had 16 in. I called back at the store I bought them from to be told I had to contact the supplier they could not do anything. Very disappointed they should have changed my packet

I bought what I thought was a packet of 20 cigarettes only to find out when I got home there was only 18 in the packet. I paid over £7.50 for this product and I feel I have been ripped off there was no mention of there being only 18 when I bought them or them costing any less.
I would like to know how you can treat your customers like this because we won't be customers any longer if we keep getting ripped off.

I'm really not happy with the fact that I pay over 6 pound for 20 sterling and end up getting 18. It hasn't been advised anywhere that you will be changing these and taking 2 cigarettes for the box you will lose alot of custome over this me for one. Won't be buying sterling no more.

I bought a pack of 20 sterling blue superkings from Tescos to find they was only 18 in the pack and they was nothing on the box to state they would only be 18 in we pay high prices in this country and dont expect to be robbed of the product so please can you sort this out for me

My mum and I have been smoking Sterling for many years now. My first complaint is I bought a pack a couple weeks ago to find there was only 18 cigarettes in the pack. I don't think that's right considering the price we are having to pay and it was not clearly advertised.
My second complaint is I bought a Multipack of 100 (95) a few days ago from my local Waitrose. They are the most stale cigarettes I have ever come across. I could not smoke them and now they are sitting in my cupboard and I have wasted a lot of money on them.. I looked for an address so I could send in one of the stale cigarettes in hopes I could get some kind of money off voucher, but failed in finding one.
Sterling, you have a lot of unhappy customers out here. You need to start listening to us as we are the ones that fund your pay checks!

I have smoked sterling for 8 years now and last night I bought a pack opened them and noticed the pack didnt look full it had spaces so I counted them and there was only 17 cigarettes in the packed but yet I paid full price for them, I think this is disgusting, it should at least state how many cigs are in the packet and reduce the price if its not gunna be a full packet. I would like it if someone could get back to be about this my email is [protected]@live.com.
