Japan Airlines / Bad service

There was a delay on Japan Airlines Flight 048 on February 14, 2007 from JFK (New York) to GRU (Sao Paulo). Japan Airlines failed to take responsibility for this delay and compensate my travel partner and me for the following:

    Reservations and Customer Services are under staffed. I was put on hold for more than one hour and still could't get thru.

    Japan Airlines's Customer Service is the worst in all airlines.

    I got thru only one time after waiting on the phone for one hour fifty minutes.
    The agent s are not helpful and refused help the customer.
