This company, which is allegedly own by Bill Bryant, offers to help you gain cleaning contracts up to 4 per month. I paid them $4, 000 to get bonded and insured and to receive several contracts, leads, or proposals a month. They met with me a few times to keep up with the scam. I asked for the bonding/insurance info that they allegedly purchased for me which should have been easy to produce because usually they send a confirmation through email or mail. Well when I started asking questions I never heard back from them. I have a pending claim against them with the Atlanta BBB.org. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. It will be a waste of time. When we started doing research on them we found several different addresses and phone numbers and none of the numbers work.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Wow just met with him yesterday! Kept thinking all night something is up with this. Looked him up this morning and to no surprise found this article! Shame on those who take people for granted or advantage of Peet’s a vulnerable time in their life...

I am sorry that he scammed you guys. He is up to his old tricks. I just met with him yesterday and he promised me contacts for 5k. Bill Byrant is his name. BEWARE!
This man stole 3300 from us just weeks ago and now i go to the office they say they havent seen him in days i have filed with the bbb also i did a 👮 report in duluth, and i called channel 5 news. I know im not go get my money back i just want him in jail period
I am so glad I looked at the reviews because he almost got us today.he wanted to meet back upon labor day to seal the deal. I didn't feel comfortable giving 2000 up front and the other 2000 in 30days after first gig. What if we didn't, that's what I was worried about, something just wasn't right.
I am so sorry you guys were scammed . He will reap what he sows, he is now operating out of Gwinnett county . We did not go through with the proposals, because he was so adimint about putting money down, and I just couldn't believe for someone who is a millionaire, pressed about 300 dollars. And insulted my grandfather who happens to own several businesses . Please be mindful of his scamming ### !
First they took to long to give me a Job, and when they gave me one it was a temporaly one, they never gave me a full one because my packege was for 2500 and all they gave me was 1750 and only for 3 months because they lost the contract, now we dont have any job and never have time to talk to us
I built his website and he handed me a fradulent credit card. He owes me nearly 5, 500+ and I'm not going anywhere until I at least get what the site cost me to build. I found his mugshot online attached

The sad thing is thats his SECOND mugshot I found and despite being arrested 6/29/2012 for "theft by deception" he just went straight back into lying 7/13/2012 when he signed the contract with me. He has to be stopped.
My partner and I was scammed by this Mr.Bryant also. They go by Janitorial Profits Of America. Gave $1, 400 for 2 daycare contracts. Was promised to start within 2wks, called once said they was still going through the process. Called again in a day or so, phone seemed to be off. Went to both offices(lithonia and atlanta) no trace of this guy or their fake business.
I shouldve payed attention to the red flags and went with my gut. Please be aware of this scam.
I was scammed by Mr. Bill Bryant by giving him $600.00 to get 3 cleaning contracts at daycares in stockbridge, Ga. He stayed in contact a few months then his number was disconnected and also mail was returned because addressed didn't exsist. I reported him to the BBB. My husband and I will file a claim against him. He needs to be in jail. How bold could you be to come to someone home with a scam. SMH!
I’m sorry that happened to you the sad part is he is up to his same old scams. I just met with him 2 days ago and he promised me the same thing. Had I not read your review he would of scammed me also . Wow
This company is a scam. I paid them $3000 over a year ago and have not received one contract or account as promised to me. I will be contacting the BBB to file a formal complaint and will look into legal action against them.
This Janitorial contract service offered us cleaning contracts if we paid them their fee. The frr of $500 was paid and we have not heard from them since we have tried several numbers listed for them none of them worked we also went to their office and the owners of the office have not heard from them in months...
