Jamma-Van Houten review: service at milano malpensa airport desk

Concerns: rental contract [protected] from 30/8 till 31/8/2018 at mxp airport (Italy)
The booking was made via ryanair.com and we added an insurance to cover the own risk also via ryanair. Arriving at the desk, the employee Francesco, who was very impolite, insisted to sell me another insurance that covered all liabilities. As I refused he gave me the key of the car and send me into the garage to take pictures with my own mobile from all the damages on the car, whereas the other customers who took the insurance didn't have to do this; so I got punished for not taking the insurance.
After returning to the desk with my mobile I had to queue again to show my pictures.
All of this took me one hour, so I basically already lost the time advantage of renting a car. The rudeness of your employee (francesco) is for me reason enough not to come back anymore, though we made already earlier different bookings with gold car. I also informed ryanair car travel of this unpleasant experience.
