Jamie Tribe is a Fraud and SCAM
I was contacted by Jamie Tribe through a talent company she was working for to sign an agreement to put my son to work as a model and actor. We were happy with the agreement so my husband agreed for us to sign it and move forward. Shortly afterwards we got an email from Jamie stated after reviewing my son’s photos he needed new pictures for his comp cards and she set up a power shoot in October. I felt this would help my son so I decided to travel to Atlanta so I paid my deposit and brought airline tickets. Jamie sent me a very professional package for my son to prepare. The shoot was nice and the photographer was professional until Jamie started talking bad about the owner and said she could not help my son. That made me suspicious because I look up the owner and only saw good things about her. The owner was the only reason why I felt comfortable to attend the shoot. After the shoot I got a strange email from Jamie stated she did not get paid and we was not going to get out pictures. I felt she was trying to embezzle me for money. I called the corporate and spoke Dalia and she said that Jaime was no longer with the company and she will have the owner to contact me. The owner finally called me back and assured me that she and Jamie was working things out and I will get my pictures. She assured me that the photographer and Jamie was paid and not to worry. Time goes on and I started to get strange emails calling the owner a rip off and not to trust her. It was in the same style of email Jaime was sending me for the shoot. The website calling the company a scam also looked like the same type of format. I called the office again and Dalia said that now the owner may have to sue Jamie because she was posting lies and took down the company website. She also said that now Jamie and the photographer were not going to give us the pictures from the shoot. I told Dalia how I felt Jamie was trying defrauding Karen because she was also talking bad about her at the shoot. Jamie is a big fraud she made all of us travels to Atlanta which cost us over $1500 and $500 for the shoot to give us nothing. She was that upset with the owner that she took it out on us. I will never work her again and advise any other parent to run. Jamie Tribe is not a professional and she did not put business first. After a year the owner paid for my son to do another shoot. She said she would have done it sooner but lost thousands in attorney fees and reimbursement to other parents. God is going to bless this company because through it all the owner remained a professional and still took care of my son. If I was the owner I would have sued the pants off that fraud. Do not trust or work with Jamie Tribe. This business lost thousands over her. I left out the company and the owner information because I did not get any permission to use it’s name but I mainly dealt with Jamie Tribe through emails and phone and did not have to deal with the owner until Jamie wouldn’t release my photos therefore she is the one that defraud my son and myself.

Hello I would like to confirm whether or not the person i am working with is the same Jamie Tribe as you had dealings with. I don't want to leave my number on a forum board but my email address is chellebelleok@yahoo.com. Can you contact me here and I will send a pic of the person I think you are referring to. If you have any contact information of Jamie that I can compare then I would love too.

I have to disagree. I too attended this event and as you posted, the photo shoot and arrangement was very nice and professional. However the reason she was not able to complete the service is because the owner showed up halfway during the event and let her go. They had a dispute about something and she let her go before Jamie could complete the work. Now ask yourself this... if you are fired from a company are you still required to finish the finish work you are working on? No! They usually escort you from the premises with your belongings. I highly doubt that if she was let go that she would go to the owner and say "hey let me finish up my project". actually it would be the owner's responsibility to complete or either hire someone else to complete the task. I would place partial fault on the owner for prematurely acting without having a backup plan to complete the work that we paid for. In my opinion jamie did everything right up until she was let go. I dont know all that transpired after that but that's not my battle. I'm sorry that the work was not completed but to go as far as to say she is a fraud is nonsense. I was a victim too and even I would not call her a fraud. It was very unfortunate is what I can say. Try to be professional yourself before you call out someone without having some facts. I felt the need to respond because i think that was a coward move to call someone out behind a computer screen speaking from anonymity. You created this profile 3 days ago and this occurred over a year ago. Why speak now?
