James Tree Service / Poor and delayed service
Received initial job quote from vendor on Monday 4-18. No written quote provided. Agreed on the following Wednesday to remove four trees and stumps. Was told stumps may be done a week later when the equipment is rented. On Friday Apr 29th the wife called and was told he was "backed up" and the job would be completed by May 5th. On May 9th I called and requested all work be done on the same day. Was told the work would be done on May 19-20. After 6 weeks of waiting, on May 21st called and cancelled the job. Vendor never called us once to explain any delays or missed deadlines. When asked the last call, simply said "I've been very busy and backed up". No apoplogies offered or re-negotiations offered. Ridiculous excuse for service.
