did not receive my certificate
HI Team, My name is Sandhya and my Student ID is [protected]. My enrollment date was 30-Jun-2013 I have completed my course PGD + MBA in IT Management (MITSDE + JNU) on Aug 2015 and i still didn't get the MBA certificate from Jaipur national university. Please help me to get my certificate as soon as possible. I called several times but they are very slow, does not respond very well. Their numbers are, Phone: +[protected], +[protected], +91 [protected].

My name is Rajesh M Nair and my Student ID with JNU (Jaipur National University) is [protected] and my enrollment date was 30-Jun-2013 I have completed my course PGD + MBA in IT Management (MITSDE + JNU) on Aug 2015 and i still didn't get the certificates . I received mark list for my second semester which i completed on June 2014 on 25 th october which is after 1 year and 5 months and i created end number of support tickets and there is no response so i am very much concern about my mark list, provisional certificates and my degree certificates and hence please have the issue resolve

Long delay in first semester examination
SIR,
I am a doctor by profession (Ay) and I have enrolled in your distance MBA- hospital management course (reg no. [protected])in the year 2014. I have asked for the examination procedures several times but they said not now after a few months and so on. BY February 2016 I completed all the internal exams and had requested for exam slot booking. But it was never possible. After repeated queries for 1 year I am very much disappointed . No response from university. phone calls are not reachable also. I have paid all the 55, 000/- Rs. I feel as if my time and money is being wasted.

Unethical Behaviour - duplicate payment not Refunded
I have got registration number - [protected] for Jaipur National University (JNU).
I had to pay fee for Jaipur National University, so went to online payment website page. While making transaction, Jaipur National University (JNU) online payment website took me to my bank website ICICI to complete transaction. And after making payment it reverted back to JNU website. On JNU website the error message Invalid -- Invalid hash and later screen with unsuccessful transaction came*. It was transaction of Rs8800.19,
So, to pay fee I made the transaction again. And again got same messages which specified that on JNU website that transaction unsuccessful.
However, later found that both the transactions were successful. And extra amount was paid to JNU account.
Although, JNU acknowledges that they have received double payment. But are not refunding the amount even after many requests in last few weeks.
Further, the only ethical thing which JNU should be doing is the refund of the amount which went as double payment. As it was not my fault but the wrong message screen produced by your online payment website.
Not Providing the written proof/letter for lateral admission
I (Atul Vasisht) had been enrolled into 3rd semester of MBA (Project Management) course in Jaipur National University under student registration number [protected] in December 2014. The lateral admission to 3rd semester of MBA course was given on the basis that I had already passed in semester 1 and 2 semester of MBA course from Sikkim Manipal University under Registration Number [protected]. Further, during evaluation, it was found that the curriculum of Semester 1 and semester 2 of both Jaipur National University and Sikkim Manipal University is equivalent. On top of it, Jaipur National University did verification authenticity of my mark-sheets from Sikkim Manipal University multiple times. After admission I requested for bonafied certificate or letter stating the above procedure. So, that I could present it with mark sheets to my employer. As, this letter would be the proof that mark-sheets from both Universities would constitute completion of MBA course. However, due to unknown reason the University representative deny to issue the above mentioned letter or bonafide certificate.
The mentioned bonafide certificate / letter from University is important to convince any evaluator that lateral admission given by adopting the set rules of the university. All the necessary checks were done while giving lateral admission.
