I bought Yamaha (FZ 16) from "Jain moto bike pvt ltd, 157, north usman road, t.nagar, Chennai", on July 2010. I have done with my first service but before my second service I met with an accident but bike is safe with no big damages. since i got severe hurt i was in bed rest for more than a month my bike battery has lowered down and i couldn't able to start my bike. When I speak with my sales company(Jain Moto Bike Pvt Ltd) they told me they are not responsible for the service and gave me service head manager number (00 91 [protected]), when i speak with them that person said he cannot take responsible for that and when i ask him the reason he asked me how can i question them and when i said this is not the proper response and this is not the good service. he started shouting at me how can i say " their service is a bad service" and his behavior is too harsh with me... i really don't know this how does he behave the customer or are they trained for this kind of behavior and i can strongly say the service of Yamaha is bad. in the below mentioned address " 2, sivasaliam street, off habibullah road, T. Nagar, chennai - 600 017." and again when I am speak to "Jain moto bike pvt ltd, 157, north usman road, t.nagar, Chennai" They are not ready to care about my issues and the investment I am made on their product. I am not going to do anything with my bike until the company properly deals with this case and i have all the proof of the issue and i want the company to take necessary action or else I am ready to take the issues to court and the human welfare organisations for insulting my feeling and the lose I bear with this company.

The worst service centre. I have ever seen . I gave my fazer bike to jmb Yamaha service centre in Nelson manila road. I have my bike with out scratch at the place of sylenser but at the time of delivery time was fully scrached and when I argued with the guy PRASANTH. He is saying not even responsible and we didn't did that. And the way he behaved is worst. And I asked no 1 to give service over their BCZ IT'S NOT SAFE FOR YOUR MOTORCYLES. I AM DAMN SURE THAT YOU CAN'T GET YOUR BIKE AS YOU LEAVE.

The JMB Yamaha service center, t nagar is the worst of the service centre I have ever dealt with. They literally steal petrol from the vehicle given for service. I gave the vehicle for service this week. The tank had around 6 litres of petrol, when I left for service. When I took after service at end of day, the fuel indicator starts blinking. when asked the service guy, he cooly says they would have taken some petrol for service. When asked whether they want 6 litres for service, they took the bike inside again and brought back with indicator showing 3 points. Just after taking the bike and drove for half a kilometer, the vehicle gone to reserve blinking again . . . . literal cheaters . . . stealers . . . They charge for doing nothing. . . they make paid service to minimum 2000Rs. DO NOT EVER GO TO THESE CHEATERS . . . .

JMB Yamaha - VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. I bought a Yamaha Ray from JMB T Nagar showroom. First they told that a fresh piece will be provided but they just wiped out the mud from the vehicle which was standing outside the showroom and gave it for sales. We had paid about 30% as advance for booking the color we wanted. On the date of sale after we reached the showroom, they made us wait for about 3 hours (for dusting the vehicle), which they said that the "new" vehicle is on the way from another showroom which is in nelson manickam road. For registration they said they had noted the engine and chassis number wrongly so they wanted to get the bike for registration. Then some how managed to get a number after 2 weeks time. Now we are yet to receive the RC book, which they said they will get in next 40-45 days. But when followed up they consistantly refer someone else and say that will take some time, Only after 2, 3 attempts will I be able to make them understand that I'm the one they r referring and then they keep telling now that the RC book has arrived at their HO, and they t yet to receive it. Finally we callled to get the RC book and on thier acceptance we went there to see the concerned person searching for the RC book and repeated like a parrot that it is yet to be received from HO. ho is in choolaimedu and it might hardly take an hours time (maxiiiiimum) to reach the ho. Even after repeated followups and upon their confirmation, when we reach there they keep saying RC book not received. Literally IRRITATED with these guys...

YAMAHA YES, BUT AT JMB For God's sake NO.
I am an advocate practising at the Hon'ble Madras High Court. I have great regard for Yamaha, since I loved my RX-100 in 1980s. With that regard and confidence, I purchased Yamaha SZ RR bike for my son, who is a mechanical engineer. Right from the beginning, I had tough time with the staff of JMB YAMAHA, NELSON MANICKAM ROAD showroom. They don't behave properly - in the sense that they run behind us till the vehicle is ordered. Afterwards, they turn their faces to others and never bother about us for any clarification. The staff is inexperienced and even plead ignorance of registration formalities. They don't know even the meaning of an Affidavit in the place of an Address proof or ID proof (Notorised Affidavit is accepted by the RTOs as a rule, which is clearly mentioned in the Government website in the absence of any documentary proof). Due to change of address after vehicle was ordered, I wanted my new address for RC book. The staff bluntly refused to accept the notorised affidavit. Then finally I convinced them and got approval from RTO. At every stage, they even tortured me and my son for their taking the bike to RTO bringing it back after registration. Even they asked my son to paint the number plate elsewhere. They didn't do it unlike in other bike showrooms. They promised free crashguard for the bike. Now the time has ripen for second service. Till date they have not provided with the crashguard. I am surprised whether there is any supervision done by the owner at all! I am waiting for an opportunity to file a complaint for deficiency in service before the Consumer Forum, Chennai, if any need arises.
I strongly feel that Yamaha company should take my review seriously and cancel the dealership accorded to JMB and retain its esteem.
My humble request to one and all reading this review - PLEASE Don't even step in to JMB Yamaha Showroom. It's the WORST dealer of Yamaha.

i have gone through your entire post... i also feel that might be you might have said something harsh to them and that could be a reason for them to get back at you in this fashion.
I have als0 taken an R15 from them, i had faced a similliar issue, i was not in town for almost a month and the battery had drained. i called the service section of Jain Moto Bike, they guided me very properly and in a very customer friendly way. In fact when i went there the manager himself saw my bike and told that the battery is completely drained and he will charge it for a day and give me the bike delivery the next day. As promised they called me the next morning and delivered my bike.
I have no regrets with Jain Moto Bike. they have a very good team, atleast for me.
I am not trying to say that they are wright but some time our approach to them make a lot of difference.

Obviously I don't think they're responsible.. I mean u met with an accident.., u were in the hospital.. Naturally in a month if a bike is not used, the battery drains out.. It's stupidity to blame any company for that! Anybody would get pissed at that.. I understand the manager behaved rudely.. Which is his fault.. But u cannot blame him or the company for it.. I mean ur battery drained out and u are blaming them? Err.. So.. Tomorrow if my phone s battery drains out instead of charging shall I go fight with them?
