have tried to cancel a re occuring charge on my master card and it continues. comes out the 23 of every month $9.99 and shows as : paypal *jagex ltd [protected] gbr
Please cancel this. We have no use for it and no one plays games at our house anymore. It is very difficult to figure out what this charge is for and want it cancelled. The mastercard no. that was being charged is [protected] exp 02/20

Jagex Runescape

I downloaded the old school runescape app on my phone. Have been playing for about a week when suddenly it kicked me out. Tried to log in but it wouldn't let me. Tried to reset my password but it kept denying me right. Eventually did it and now I'm back on tutorial island. Where has my account gone?!?! I had made substantial progress that I would be really unhappy to lose now. I am still showing up as a friend on other people's accounts so it hasn't disappeared I just haven't got access for some reason!

I linked my account to my facebook years ago. My active-I can verify- with photo ID-facebook. And they keep turning my requests away because I don't remember information that is at minimum 12+ years ago. I was 14. I don't even remember the majority of people I was dating at the time. I paid for a membership off-on. Invested a tone of time and money into this, it's absurd.

Jagex Misinformation

Nic the trader is a feature that is currently promoted and is said to be at Port Sarim lodestone. I don't have him on my account and I am a paying member. I also have a error and trees don't have leaves, this has been like this for a long time now and although only a minor thing, I pay money and should have all features working.
I want this technical error rectified. my character is blackshadowr.

Jagex Runescape/ banned???

Hello,

I've recently got back into old school RuneScape and I played often but I tried to get on the other day and it said it was the incorrect info so I changed my password and now it says it's disable? Then I found out in my account status it's been banned forever? I just wanted to know why, I haven't done anything I just wanna know if I can get my refund back on membership or if you can reactivate my account.

I have had my account for almost a decade, and put a lot of work into getting my account to where it is. I decided to make a osrs account under the same email address so that i could test out osrs Mobile, immediately after downloading the app on my phone and playing for an hour my email address was permanently banned from all runescape services. They have provided no discourse, no proof, nothing to indicate that i was macroing as they say i was. They provided a simple email response on appeal essentially saying "No, bye" with no opportunity to voice my concern with the ban or any form. They chose to respond and then allow no further responses. I dont care about resolving this issue any longer, you are a gross company and you turned a loyal fan into a bitter enemy.

Jagex Runescape

I have been a paid subscriber to their service on and off for roughly 15 years. The last time I was a paid subscriber was in 2012, and I have detailed records about account activity. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, they automatically locked me account at some point in 2017 without telling me (I know, because I was getting spam from them until the end of 2016). Their account recovery system doesn't ask for important information that could verify this, such as dates and address information, but they do provide a place to manually add more information.

Unfortunately, despite telling me "We review every appeal that comes to us, so please don't submit another appeal until you receive your result." but then the result comes in immediately that says A member of our Player Support staff has carefully reviewed your appeal and unfortunately, your appeal has been denied. It's not possible to carefully review anything that fast!

Worst still, their recovery system is bugged. It's clearly able to find my account, but calls me "Hi Character Name Not Found" meaning that the reason why it's denied is likely because the automatic system can't find all the data it needs to confirm anything, but the account definitely still exists.

No real person reviews anything. I cannot contact anyone, despite having paid them hundreds of dollars over the years. I cannot even ask for help in their forums without creating a new account and paying them just for the privilege of asking other users for help, but reading through their forums of similar issues that won't result in anything.

I was never banned, never got an email about any suspicious activity, so they should be able to reset the account via the email associated with the account. I cannot even report a bug to them about this system.

Ultimately, the largest issue is that they lie about their review process and fail to correct serious bugs that prevent access to legitimate accounts. If they lack the resources to provide personalized assistance, they could just implement a one time pay per issue system for resolving account or technical issues.

Jagex My membership

I can't remember pass, and have filled out forms many times
I've been a member for almost 15 years.i need help directly with a person. Contact me at, ne.[protected]@yahoo.com. there has to be a phone number to speak to a person to correct it. This is very frustrating. Every 3 months they charge my creidt card from membership, but I can't get in to play.

Thinking about your situation, I found a possible solution for you, which should work since it's an ongoing payment issue. Go here:

Unfortunately, you will have to be logged into an account so you will need to create a new account with a new email address and verify the email, but after that you should be able to go to the bottom of that page and reach an ACTUAL contact page where you can also provide the email and username of your primary account. You will then have 1500 characters to explain the issue in detail. Here, you can either request a refund for the months you could not access the account or ask for help in account recovery.

Since I was a paid subscriber in the past, and have billing information, I am trying this route to try and resolve my issue - although you have a better chance of success than I do. At the very least, it might get routed to a department that can help without going through their bots.

At least in your case you have clear grounds for lawsuit. Take them to small claims court and they will be forced to pay damages or take a trip to the US to deal with you in person. If your lawsuit includes restoration of account access it will force them to take these issues more seriously.

In my case, I paid hundreds over the years, but wasn't an active subscriber when I lost access.

Jagex Runescape, customer support

Greetings, thanks in advances who takes the time to read this post.

I'm here to complain about the jagex customer support. The following is my story:

I play on ubuntu using and xbox controller. The keys are mapped using a program called qjoypad. The system thought I was a bot and banned my account. Too unfair right? But the problem is only about to get worse. When you try to contact jagex, you find yourself in a hopless situation. There's no way to contact jagex through the runescape site, their support tab in the webpage its just a FAQ. Furthermore, my banned account status and message centre says they have evidence, but they wont show it to you, which, thankfully, is not necessary in my case. Their automated responses do even tell you their system never fails, and if so, why did this happen to me? I find it very arrogant of them. The problem here is not their system having a flaw which bans innocent players, every system has flaws, even the human body.
The actual problem is, what are they doing with our money? Why isn't anyone in touch with the community? This fills like an invisible barrier which only your money can get pass through, and the only thing you can do is to wait if jagex does fulfill your expectations or you just threw your money to the sink.

Sadly they don't use their phone number due to constant complaints they would be receiving, I was sadly banned today for apparently using macroing which I have never done, I am also quite a high level player and due to disabilities always played this game as it was a form of stress reliever, I was also a member, if you could help me out Liam if you have any luck, as I feel what this company is doing is quite illegal, to ban someone is fine, but not to provide evidence is actually illegal, I also found out that they were banning loads of people for using touch screen laptops, which I use for this game, and people were unbanned as there was an issue of false banning.

i also got it this morning, was only killing dust devils for red charms, i'm ready to canal my member after almost a 11 years, i'm ready to drop my members, never been banned before. there's no one to talk to to tell them what you was doing. thought there was a mod suppose to talk to you, i'm sick over all this bull crap

i also experienced this and am currently going through the same situation. i have tried phoning them but no-one picks up and my calls always go to voicemail. I was a very high level player and am furious with jagex as i have been falsey accused of macroing. As this is a membership service i will be taking this matter to the national trading standards authority to have this matter resolved and have them comply by law if thats what it takes to get my account back!

Jagex Expenses not refunded

Dear Sir/Madam
I am inquiring on behalf of my son as he has submitted emails about an outstanding issue but so far received no response.
The issue is that my son LEE BREEZE was invited up to Jagex on the following dates : 7th May 2018 and 28th May 2018 to gaming trials, my son was informed that he would be re-reimbursed for his traveling and other expenses which came to around £220, Lee submitted an expenses form but sadly is still waiting for these expenses to be refunded to him, please could this matter be re-solved as soon as possible, Lee's phone no: is [protected] or my phone is [protected] my name is Karen Breeze, Lee's mum. Lee very much enjoyed his time with you and is very grateful for the experience and the great people that he spent time with but is having financial difficulties at the moment and could really do with having this matter resolved.

Jagex osrs runescape

hello i would like to make an official complaint to the highest person i can, today 18/07/18 at roughly 10:20 i was playing osrs mobile and i was in the wilderness killing elder chaos druids, baring in mind i know about pkers i took only 1 item with me (toxic Blowpipe) which i would automatically protect as you get 3 items on death without skull, i disconnected from the game for like 1-2 minutes it wouldnt allow the log in again. when i managed to log back in i was dead without my blowpipe i dont know if your game glitched or ive been subject to a hack but this is unnaceptable, i have been a rs player for many years following rules etc and now this happens to me i am disgusted your game has bugged that much and i have suffered great loss from this as i made the money from scratch

Jagex Zezima clan chat

I have been playing rs since 2005, and I've enjoyed every minute playing this game, but i don't expect to login, and be racially attacked by other players in the zezima cc chat. I know this sounds very petty and i could just simply not join the chat, but I am not the only one who feels this way. There many players who play this game simply to cause trouble, and that's why we have the report abuse button, but i use this option multiple times and i see nothing being done. The same players still spam racial slurs and get away with, and i feel as if our voices are not being heard. I believe this issue could be fixed if jagex started banning the players instead of muting them, and hopefully they will get the message.

Jagex Runescape

I have played runescape for a really long time now, I have never used bots or anything like it and today when I did a log in I lost all my money and a bond I made with a lot of effort, how the hell il this possible? I even have the autenticator so theorically I cant get hacked, anyways I had 90 million gp and a bond I want them back I dont deserve this even because im not a cheater, so please do something or im not playing anymore,

Jagex Fraudulent transaction with help. Jagex

Dear Team,

Myself Mohan from India, and today fraudulent transaction happen with your domain through online. And money got deducted from my account. May I know the reason why?

Today 773.00 RS 5 times deducted from account which I'm not using any of your web site or I didn't made any transactions. Please credit money back to my account and let me know the reason that why fraudulent transaction happened from my account.

I want my money back asap else I may can take serious cyber crime action for this kind of un-authorized transaction. Waiting for the response as same.

Jagex Rude players!! Disruptive, no policy against it

I'm so GD done with this game I can't fully express my anger! You promote rudeness and rude players in the game that disrupt game play, steal spots that another player currently occupies, and generally promote an attitude of narcissism and creating discord, simply because they can. I'm tired of turning the other cheek and ran out of cheeks LONG AGO! I will guarantee this is one of the biggest reasons for low moral and low customer retention. PLEASE, finally do something about it. I think you will be pleasantly amazed at the number of people who play when you promote a safe, fun and community atmosphere, one that includes respect for others. Currently, there is none and I refuse to pay to be annoyed. There's too many other games that do a much, much better job of this, and they are largely successful. Can't stand it any more!

Jagex Runescape mobile

My name is Taige Masse and I have played Runscape for the last 6 years and I was offered a link VIA Facebook and when i click the ad and filled out the form I logged back into my account and lost everything ie: 70M in items and 15M GP now I thought I was clicking a trusted ad through Facebook and now have nothing on my account whatsoever. I am fairly certain that there is a way for you to track my account being hacked and or stolen and I would appreciate the help from you and your staff on getting all my item back. please look in this matter and let me know what the next step is.

This also happened to me. Shortly after my account was banned for macro even though I've never macroed(I struggle to turn the computer on sometimes lol). Their stance on it is that your account is your responsibility, so you shouldn't have gotten scammed.

Jagex Jagex servers

I have been playing Runescape for over 10 years and up to 6 years effectively
and never complained or realised but recently I've started high-level pvm, and I realised after trying many times I fail to kill them efficiently because of the response time, as there isn't an Indian server or anything close to it, I just have at least 150 - 250 ping on each and every world, after several times even if im capable of it because of the ping ii keep failing, I feel its only fair to add an indian server or at least something closer that reduces the ping to under 70, the 150 ping is unbearable this is destroying my pvm experience please do something about it.

Jagex Banned my account for apparently macroing, when I have never used a bot or anything like it.

I have logged in after half a year out..

Ive used the old school RS client directly from runescaoe page.. got membership, and bought a bond. Checked my slayer helm and the task is blue dragons. I buy some stuff from GE then head over to the dungeon with my dusty key.. i kill blue dragons for a few hours over a couple of days.. Went to log in today and banned..

Ive played rs for 15 years.. never once botted! Only been temp muted due to language. Why am i banned when i have genuinely done nothing wrong.

How can i undo the error jagex has made?

Its like they waited for me to get member ship and buy bonds for real money then ban me for doig nothing at all?!

I can prove everything. I have NEVER botted or downloaded anything outside of runescapes website.

I can also prove every move made by my character from log in.

They have made an error.

I have experience the same thing. I just purchased a 12month membership and for some reason i got permantely banned. Either they give me my money back or my account. This is b.s

We seem to be in the same boat, sadly no Jagex is very clever not to be able to be contacted, just having silly online supports that direct here there and everywhere and not actually answer a problem, they don't have any software to check if people use bots, I have never used a bot in my life, I use a touch screen laptop and have noticed was an issue with their systems not detecting that and banning people.

Jagex Pest control (osrs)

I am very upset about the policy in the "Pest Control" minigame where players who do not do enough of "something" are booted from the game because of "a lack of zeal".

I could see this being a worthwhile policy if:

1: The players are AFK (Away From Keyboard).

2: The players somehow sneak into the minigame through hacks or whatever in spite of the level requirement.

3: The players are purposefully throwing the game in some way.

As it stands right now, I don't see any reason for this "lack of zeal" nonsense. My character is level 40 combat level, and I am a member, so I feel that as long as I am active in the game I shouldn't be booted as long as I am doing something in the game. I am paying membership fees, and I believe this to be a gross negligence of members' rights. I understand if you believe there should be a certain "damage quota", but if you are going to go that route at least raise the minimum required level so that paying members such as myself are not slapped in the face by being booted out of a minigame they are paying for by some unfair algorithm. By the way, when I asked other players about this, one responded with, and I quote, "Lol sad nub".

Also, why is the dropdown select bar for categories displaying everything under the sun when it is meant to pertain to a game? YOUR game? I'm selecting "Tobacco Products" to highlight this.
