jagex is a f*****g useless site my runescape account was stolen and i have tried for 2 weeks to get it back and they keep saying denied i am topcat33s on runescape my mate stole my account and them f*****g c**ts wont give my account back.
i am outraged and appaled by the customer service on jagex.

I don't approve of your swearing at Jagex as..well from what i've read it's your fault your aaccount got stolen. Why do you think there is rules against account sharing/trading?. It's unfair how you put your mistakes and put it on another persons shoulder. It's rude to be honest, and it's not what people like reading. So next time be careful about your security and keep your recovery questions to yourself.

every time i get any thing good someone gets on to my accuount and drops all me things but y is it allways me all my mates go on it and they never get haked or all there things droped

I believe that JaGeX has not given your account back because they are having trouble proving that you are the owner of the account and not just someone who is trying to steal it by claiming it is yours.
i was wondering why did u get rid of the first runescape the regular one i like the first one u usles stupid game site its making me angry that u guy make these updates and change it befor sending us an email on runescape
im tired of getting stolen acounts then you guys telling me to like to the font page their is no way to link ive looked for 30 minuites to find it now make a place to link or tell people where its at on the last part of stolend or forgotten passwords
runescape is completely runined with there SILLY update i can not belive that they did this to runescape first of all they have made the running completely rubbish the walking what fool came up with that i will never know. i have not even been on the game for 5 minutes and i dont want to play the game any more. NOT let your 'friends' play with your account?
NOT leave your password lying around waiting to be found?
Obviously your friend wasn't much of a friend now, was he? Don't abuse Jagex for your disregard in following rules.

You ignore their rules and suggestions - so they ignore you.

This complaint is useless.
That's your own fault for giving out your password to someone else. It's not their fault, if you haven't provided them with recovery questions or the optional personal information how are you going to be able to prove it's your account? It's your own fault and blaming the company isn't going to get you anywhere.
