Jagex review: Banned 4

Man. where do I even begin. im just a dude who plays the game. an they keep taking "disciplinary" action against me for [censored] that makes no sense an is borderline evil.

This last thing for example. this fkn idiot was talking to 1 of those "max bank" scammers I was virtually spamming his name and saying "your getting scammed!" I did this over and over again. this guy ignored me. the scammer was successful then logged or world hopped. an the guy I was tryin to warn starts freaking the [censored] out on me like some omega physco fkn [censored].

Less than 3 hours later jagex mutes my fkn account. like are u fkn kidding me!?!?!

This [censored] is hysterical! an u know what I dont get? I report the people who really are genuinely scamming and I see there fkn [censored] names every fkn day when I log in to play!

But within hours of some syco [censored] [censored] false reporting me u [censored] me in my [censored]?!? ok jagex. ok.

Cool story man.

I pay for my account an my familys accounts an to be honest ur gettin reaaaaaally close to pushing us away forever.

At some fkn point u got to put ur foot down against evil. well now im doing that.

I was actually using a macro, but paying for membership and various in-game items whilst speaking to only one person and staying out of everybody's way. What I don't understand is how my actions had a negative effect on the community or even Jagex. I didn't inflate the GE or anything of the sort. I was an invisible player beside the many "super stat" lot. What truly compelled them to ban me? The reason is surely unjust. Now I'm going to accidentally use an IP scrambler and accidentally throw out multiple macro accounts for the sole purpose of accidentally disrupting the community. I'm sorry for innocent players that might be involved in my accidental actions. See, I can also be unreasonable.

Well Jagex... It's time for me to GET EVEN!... accidentally.

I was recently permanently banned for macroing.
Having not committed the offence I have been faced with the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
No appeal process, No proof displayed, No response to twitter, email, letter.

Disgusting service from the team, having loved playing the game for years and then receiving a ban (which I certain I have not deserved) I have received nothing but quotes of "100% accuracy of bans".

Considering seeking legal advice as a matter of principle.
