I have purchased a dress for my prom and the one that arrived looked nothing like pictures! It was poorly made and material was way off! It was so terrible that stitching was coming away, and there were seams everywhere! I immediately contacted JadeGowns customer service and they said that there was nothing wrong with the dress and literally called me a liar. After days of arguing they finally agreed to give me a refund. Several days later I received the money and found out that they refunded only 5%! I paid over $300 for that piece of junk and they gave me only 5% back!

I have ordered two dresses from JadeGowns and the whole experience was a complete nightmare! I wasted over $400 and received only one ugly and rubbish dress! The second one never showed up and after two months and still have no idea what had happened with it. The one I received was super ugly and it was already used! It was dirty had some stains under armpits! Absolutely disgusting! Never tried it on so I cannot say anything about the size. Contacted them and they offered me a 10% refund! Are you kidding me? This place is terrible! Do not order from them, save you money from these scammers!

No words can describe how disappointed I was with JadeGowns! Ordered a dress for my prom and was very excited about my purchase. I even paid some extra money for it to be custom made. What I received was terrible! Dress was super tiny and did not fit at all, the color was incorrect, but the worst part was the workmanship. Also I ordered a dress with long sleeves, but there were no sleeves at all!
I was totally shocked and disgusted! Tried to contact them many times, but never received a response and I was stuck with that terrible piece of junk! I wasted $300 on that dress!

I have ordered one dress from www.jadeprom.co.uk and it took them forever to deliver it! I wanted to wear it on my birthday party, but it never showed up on time. When my dress finally arrived two months later I was terrified with the quality! It was absolutely rubbish, looked like junk and was super ugly! When I contacted JadeGowns customer support they were not interested in helping and refused to refund me! I even provided some pictures, but they claimed there was nothing wrong with the dress! Then I made a collage and compared two dresses (the one that was advertised and the one I received), but they kept telling that the dresses were identical! I lost over $200 because of these scammers!

They just want your money and have no pride at all! Things they sell are horrible and completely unwearable. I'm so disappointed with my dress! Now I have nothing to wear on my special day! The dress I received was ugly and very poorly made. And it was also too large for me, they got the measurements wrong! I contacted JadeGowns customer care but they did not admit anything. I told that I can provide pictures but received no answer. The only thing they said is that I can send it back but I have to pay additional money. They do not even honour their own Exchange & Return policy! Such a disgusting company. Do not use this website at all!

I ordered a red dress from JadeGowns, but I received something that was beyond ridiculous. The dress looked nothing like the picture on their website. They are stealing pictures of beautiful designer dresses from genuine websites and selling cheap copies. The dress I ordered looked gorgeous on their site, but in real life it was very ugly. The sleeves were too short, but the dress itself was way too long! That dress was a complete nightmare! I emailed them with complaints and asked for a refund, but they refused to give my money back. I spent almost 100 euros and got disgusting rag! Please don't make the same mistake and don't buy anything from this company.

I have wasted money and time. I bought dress and gown from www.jadegowns.co.uk. The dress arrived on time, but the gown didn’t. I was disappointed in the quality and fabric of the dress. As well as the size and measurements didn’t match with the numbers, which I saw on the website. I asked the seller to return the dress and get money back for the gown as well, but he still didn’t reply. Don’t deal with this person.

I bought two gowns from the company www.jadegowns.co.uk. The price was so high and I paid about $500 for the total order. I received the order, but these gowns didn’t look alike as on the website. I emailed them several times and asked to change these gowns, but the seller refused to take gowns back. They don’t accept returns, so be careful, when you order from them. Not recommended.

Scam, scam, scam. People beware that the company www.jadegowns.co.uk is horrible and they started to charge me for nothing. I bought prom dress from them and they delivered it on time. After that I haven’t bought from them. I was shocked that they started to take money from my account after my purchase. I only recently noticed these fake charges. As well as it was impossible to contact them, because the email address was fault and there wasn’t any other contact info. Please, help me to stop them.
