Jaded Dread / No product, no response

I placed my order in early May 2009. I was told that the outside processing time would be 8 weeks. I contacted the website via email, online contact submission, and by leaving feedback. Two weeks before my order was due to be shipped, I asked for status. No response. The week my order was due, I asked for status. No response. Week one and two after my order was due, I asked for status. No response. I started researching online, found numerous negative reviews.

Even after I sent email, online contact requesting response, and a review stating that if I received no response nor my product I was going to take action, I received no response. I contacted my credit card company and PayPal, who helped me reverse the charges and restored the credit amount to my credit card. The information is even now stated on my account on their website that the charges were reversed and still no response.

If you are scammed by this company, contact your credit card company or PayPal. They will help you. Otherwise, follow the advice of others and submit complaints to agencies such as the Better Business Bureau and the US Postal Service.

I have never before had bad luck ordering online, but I was not about to become a victim. I shared my experience so you know you have options if this happens to you. However, if you see this review, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
