I wonder if anybody could help in relation to a monthly subscription which was deducted from my credit card on the double.
I had cancelled my subscription and was aware of the cancellation policy.
However on the final month of subscription I was deducted twice.
I have phoned the head office on a number of occasions and emailed on a further number of occasions.
I got a phone call in December for the comapny, around the time RTE ran a program about customers being mis treated by comapnies such as Jackie Skelleys. They told me I would have a cheque for €67 of which to date I still have not received.
This has been going on for just under a year.
Any advise on what I should do?
