I ordered $30 worth of seeds from Jacks Seeds. I still have not received order or any reply from the emails I have sent. Now I have to file complaint with bank to get money back. Please check on these companies before ordering, would have saved me a lot of time. I have never received a conformation email when I purchased the seeds on may 7, 2022. I should have know then. I have written numerous emails with no response. These sites news to be taken down. When u look up seeds this site is the first one that pops up. If ppl like this spent their time working an actual job instead of ripping people off they may get some where in life. It's up to us, the consumer, to stop ppl like this.

A purchase was made from JackSeeds for 1 pkg seeds at $4.99 with shipping at 6.98 which was confirmed. Then a screen flashed that looked like one was confirming the order again with a reduced expedited shipping cost of $9.95 but what it was doing was actually charging you another $9.95. I went immediately to their contact info address and wrote an email to cancel the expedited shipping immediately only to find the email bounced back. I then received 2 separate emails confirming two separate charges one for 11.98 + another for 9.95. Went back to order page and tried to write to contact info there and it would not go through. There is no contact info that is accessible and their method of charging is corrupt! Sorry I can't seem to get copies of my bill and charges into the correct format for this form, but I am saving them if someone wants to see them,

There are sooooo many poor reviews online about your business practices. I withdraw my purchase request and expect a full refund. You have not shipped, and yet you collected the charge.

If you request any further explanation, being what is written here is more than clear, I will turn this abusive procedure over to the Va.State Attorney Generals office for investigation.

I am a genuine seller of specialist seeds all over the world (including the US following all USDA requirements) - companies like Jack Seeds unfortunately damage the reputation of genuine sellers.

The best way to put scammers like this out of business is for gardeners to educate themselves and do some research before buying.

It will only take a minute to discover that there is no such thing as rainbow coloured roses, blue strawberries or penis-shaped peppers!

Furthermore, have a think about prices...if the seeds cost £2, then shipping will be at least $1, the packaging perhaps 20 cents or so, merchant fees probably 50 cents - so there is very little potential profit - so you are not going to get genuine fresh seeds.

I placed an order for (2) 360 Range Sprinkler on or about March 26th, 2022 for the amount of $23.98 plus expedited shipping and product insurance. Then I got an email stating that because there was such a high demand the product would not be shipped until later.

I have tried emailing them and calling but I get no answer on email and the phone number is not correct either. [protected]) Now it is the 31st of May, 2022 and still nothing from them.

I would like my money back, all of it, if at al possible.

This company sells seeds represented by crudely photoshopped images of plants that do not exist. They take advantage of inexperienced gardeners and who knows what kind of seed they are sending to the United States. The Department of Agriculture should be notified because it is probably illegal to ship random seeds from China. There's two greater risk of invasive species being introduced. They certainly aren't selling seeds of the plants they advertise. They took two of my photos from Flickr and are using them to sell unrelated plants. I have tried to contact them both by email and their phone number and neither are valid. This kind of dishonesty and the risk of introducing invasive species and plant diseases into the United States are just too great. Please investigate and put this disgusting company out of business.

I ordered a Bonsai and Rose's on March 09, 2022. Paid 18.98 and order was never received and attempted to email them twice, they won't replied. SCAMMED

I ordered blue fireball dahlia seeds in February 2021. They sent zinnia seeds, not blue dahlia seeds. And because they were seeds, I did not know until they were planted and started growing in June. It is impossible to know if they sent the correct product if they are in seed form. I want the correct seeds shipped to me free of charge.
I have heard many other complaints about this company (after I bought the seeds), and strongly hope their business fails and people stop buying. Definitely a scam.

I bought the rainbow rose seeds, planted them 3 weeks ago today, and nothing! This is [censored]. I want a refund! There should be some kind of sprout by now. I am a gardener and I know well that it's not going to do anything. My specialty is roses. I have over 40 rose bushes, and they are all just absolutely gorgeous. I gave 2 packs to my girlfriend and she planted hers the same time, and nothing.

They photoshop fake colors onto fruits, vegetables, and flowers, for example, blue strawberries, which don't actually exist. They entirely fabricate plant varieties that don't exist. Customers on their Facebook page complain about getting few, unlabeled seeds that either don't grow, or aren't the variety as promised (of course, since they don't exist). Facebook page claims they are in New York City, but if they are liars and fraudsters, they could be lying about their location too. Their website domain WHOIS contact info is private, of course (not public, as is the default).

I purchased two packets of petunia flower seeds advertising a yellow and white flower on March 26th. They are now finally blooming in shades of pink, which I sent photos of. Upon requesting to be reimbursed they offered
"We know mistakes can happen and would like to offer you 10% off of your next order for this inconvenience:"
Also copy and pasted:
"If you feel that the product is defective, please send us a photo or video of the defect and we would gladly send you a replacement once verified. Please note that our 30-day policy take effect on the date the order has been received.
Of course it takes more than 30 days to find the color of the flower. ALSO of course I will NEVER order from them again with ANY amount of discount.
