I have a problem with my unit. I called your customer service number, and did not get thru. They gave me a number [protected] a national customer directory. I still did not get thru. Then they gave me a number
[protected], nothing. I called your order number, and refuse to talk to a maching. I E-Mailed you last night, and I haven't heard from you. I don't understand why a customer can't get your customer service by dialing one number, and not get a run around by them giving me a list of numbers to call, and none of them relate to getting my problem solved
