Jack La Lanne Juicer / Plastic Parts inside of juicer broke immediately after only juicing twice.
Only after juicing twice, the inside part of the juicer that grinds the fruit broke. It is a cheap plastic shaft & plastic does not work for any of the recipes recommended. When we called to complain, a customer service rep told us to throw away the shaft & they would send us a new one. It's the good thing that we didn't throw the shaft away because after two weeks of not receiving a new shaft, we called Jack LaLanne & we were told that they were waiting for us to send the broken shaft. It was obvious that both customer service representatives do not know the left from the right hand & after argument with the second representative, we decided to send the whole Juicer back. We are now waiting for for them to send the self stick UPS postal sticker & they, Jack LaLanne has continued to bill our account knowing that we are not happy with the product, that it was broken & being sent back to them. Was the customer service representative trying to stall for time to get past some 30 guarantee. This company is a predator!
