Jack in the Box / wrong order bad service

During my lunch time I decided to go through drive thru at this Jack in The Box and simply ordered an Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger. I pay at the window and grab my food and when i get to work i see the burger is not only the wrong burger but also has "NO MEAT" in it. Just what kind of joke is this? So i head back to the restaurant and gave my bag back to the girl whom appeared as a shift leader of some sort. I asked her to correct my order and return my money for the inconvenience and for their mistake, "NOT MINE" theirs. She then gave me a new burger and offered fries and a drink which I said "no thank you, the burger will do". As i waited for my cash return, she looked at me in confusion and told me she could only replace one or the other not both. I gave her burger back and asked for my money instead and told her I would rather spend my money elsewhere if the treatment of complaints will be of such manner. Whatever happened to customer service?
