Jack In The Box texan promotion

I went in to get my free monster taco with a purchase my fries and they was really rude and told me no they would not honor it it was on the counter and still told me no. I go there all the time that really hurt my feelings. Melinda Heuer it was the jack in the box at fm1314 in porter texas. Store no.3946 at 7:34pm Ivan and some lady would not listen to me I had to buy my tacos instead of my free monster taco. my phone number is [protected]. I am really upset. Hopefully you can fix this problem cause it was on tv and they even text it but they would not honor it.

Jack In The Box I am complaining about the bad service

This jack in the box can never get an order right and they didn't give receipt. Lady gave attitude when I suggested her she should give receipts to lessen the confusion of what the costumer ordered within my time visiting this jack the employees managed to mess up three ordered back to back. She told me that she knew how to do her job when clearly she didn't to be messing up so many oders witching such a short period of time

Jack In The Box closed lobby an hour and a half before they are suppose to

I Closed lobby an hour and a half before they were suppose to and I got told by the grill person (Lilda) that the manager (Nancy) told her it was that she could close it at ten I got told by her that I couldn't order my food inside I had to go thru drive thru and when I went to my car to get my phone the grill person (Lilda) comes to the doors and shuts them all the way to have them locked so I couldn't get back in with my phone.

Jack In The Box customer service

I visited the location in Denton on hickory st. Across from UNT campus. First I had to ask the people on the grill to wear gloves making my sandwich. Also no one greeted me when I walked in everyone was standing around talking among each other. Once I received my sandwich they didnt put the pickles on the sandwich like I asked, a girl named Alejandra said she give me any pickles because they were out of the containers to put them in. I suggested just put them in a fry bag. Once she did that instead of giving me the pickles she put them to the side. Alejandra said the other employee is suppose to give them to me but the other employee was busy on the drive thru...Alejandra wasn't doing anything but talking with another employee. Such BAD customer service

Jack In The Box soda

Today at 10/6/18 around 130 I went to Jack-in-the-Box in San Leandro ca on Lewelling My daughter opened her soda to eat the ice and saw something black at the bottom of her cup I put the soda that was left in another cup but left the black ball inside it looks like mouse dropping Not sure what it is but just the fact that it was something at the bottom of her cup is bothering me.

Jack In The Box drive thru closed at 9:45pm.. why? extremely pissed off.

at 9:45pm I drove into the drive through and was told by one of your employees through the microphone that your store was closed because they didn't get their breakdown/sidework done earlier. Are you serious? On a Friday night? next to 5 hotels, on a major highway 44, you decide to close? Your website says you are open 24 hours. The audacity and the extreme sign of laziness leaves me no other choice but to never drive here again. Congratulations, you lost another customer. Idiots.

Jack In The Box missing food every time and rude people at window

I've been going to the Jack in the Box here in Gilroy next to Walmart and Chevron has station for the past 4 years, since I have been working at Kaiser. and every time they are missing items and the girls at the window drive up are very rude. This morning I ordered only a croissant with just egg and cheese (no meat) and side of hash brown and she charged me for a full meal instead (did not order meal combo) and they did not give me the hash brown nor did she give me a receipt this time. The girls talked [censored] in Spanish about me only ordering egg and cheese yet they don't know that I speak Spanish and understand them. So so rude! I have never complained but this time I am tired and I will never be coming back to this Jack in the Box again! If they don't like their job then why work there? You guys just lost a customer and I will make sure to tell all my co-workers at Kaiser not to come here again either. Hopefully you guys will fix the problem so that other customers will not get the same treatment.

Jack In The Box service and n wailuku

We sat in line for over 20 minutes as they kept forgetting our chicken hangry. Then our chicken on our salad was not cut. We asked for it to be cut and they replied that they didn't do that. Then when we finally got our chicken hangry (after 20minutes and watching them give several to the front inside area) they then forgot our fries. Then they gave us a half full curly fry that was stale and cold.

Jack In The Box service

10/2/2018 4:21pm I went to the Jack in the box on South Grand to get food. I went through drive thru to order my food the employee which I think she said her name was Shawn. She was rude and rushing us while we was trying to order and let her know no tomatoes because I am allgeric. When we got to the window she had a very aggressive tone. So when I ask to speak to a manager she said that she was one, then I asked for the district manager name which said Yolonda. I then called and spoke with Yolonda and told her what was going she said okay like she didn't care. She not once said sorry, I'm a manager myself. She said I was putting words in her mouth because she acted like she didn't care and just let the staff do whatever they want . Yolonda then started to get aggressive as well and said that if I was a manager that I would know how to act. And that when I'm ready to use my inside voice and can call back and talk to her and she hung up on me. I was very upset because I was rushed and got bad service and treat like my problem did not matter. I been to other Jack in the boxes and had great service but this location does not at all. I will never return to that location because there is always a problem with the staff and manager with their customer service.

Jack In The Box I am complaining about your manager at the lindell location

I pulles up in drive through and as always its takes 5 -10 mins before someone comes to the intercome to take your order, when the voice came over the intercome and said go ahead with your order I stated one moment please, after 20 sec a voice again came over the intercome and ask the question again, I stated one moment, before I knew it a big black woman in a jack n a box uniform is standing at my car yelling and screaming about get out of her line, by this time I'm placing my order but no one is responding, I raised my window backup and again. The big black woman goes back in, again she shows up again yelling and screaming in front of customers and cameras about me placing my order which I already had, not knowing the big black lady was taken orders but yet outside yelling and screaming at me about how much money she make and she was calling the police because I wouldn't place an order, she goes back inside, a voice come over the intercome and states go ahead with yo order, I started stating my order and she is yelling the in intercome, I'm not taking your order the police is on their way, I said ok. JIB#3656 10/2/2018 1:10 a.m. my son and I went to drive thru and ordered a steak and cheese burrito without the sriracha sauce because my son has ulcers and a #30 when we got home the sriracha sauce was on the burrito and my number 30 was put on a biscuit I cannot have biscuits that's why I ask for #30 because it comes on toast and there was no hash brown so I would appreciate you getting back to me on this issue I've tried to call the store twice now. Jack In The Box the dining room

I was metting my husband for dinner in your restaurant and when i was waiting for him, there was very loud adults and five children running and screaming in the restaurant. It was so loud the kids the screaming for 15 minutes. When i finally decided to meet my husband at Lennys Burgers cause the staff in jack in the box did nothing to calm the very extreme loud bunch.

Jack In The Box customer complaint

Went to the Jack in the Box located at 4313 west Illinois avenue in Dallas Texas. Two employees were fixing the speaker or something related to the outside menu. Due to these employees fixing what they needed, I was unable to place a order at the drive thru menu. I drove to the window to place my order. The drive thru employee started to take my order. Before she could let me complete my order she told me that this is why I should have ordered at the drive thru menu and not at her window. As I attempted to order she would say "HUH!" So I stopped ordering and started to drive off. She quickly said "BYE"! This was said with a sarcastic smirk on her face. Can you please retrain her on customer service?

Jack In The Box customer service skills

The man on the speaker (Luh Gary) allowed me to wait a response from him for at least 7-10 mins before he acknowledged me, then instantly told me they were closed until the manager got there, i kept speaking just for no reply, i decided To call in the inside and another crew member informed me he apologized and was going to take my order his self, very rude and very disrespectful as a paying customer to treat someone with so much disrespect. I wouldnt Recommended this place to anyone he also stated "he didnt give a [censored] about a "9-5" [censored] this job.

Jack In The Box the jumbo jack burger

I was at the restaurant today and ordered the jumbo jack meal and I was watching it being a made I saw a fly land on it. And they still put it in the box and put it in the bag and it was handed to me. Very poor preparation of the meal. I'm very disappointed and never going back. Cuz they didn't redo it and the rest of my order was cold. I am not impressed with it.

I am very disappointed cuz I ordered a burger a jumbo jack while it's been making I saw a fly land on it. I am very upset. I'm never coming back to jack n box ever again and I threw the sandwich away.

Jack In The Box managers

Ur main manager Sam at the kerrville is accusing one of his employees of getting free food when ur main manager Sam is letting everyone else get away with it. Another manager Jorge under ur main manager Sam is kissing his girlfriend grabbing her butt and even grabbed her private part. And Jorge and his girlfriend r fighting and hitting each other. They r doing all of this well on the clock.

Jack In The Box service

We went to the drive-through at Jack-in-the-Box this evening there were two cars in front of us, the guy came on and said I'm sorry but we have a lot of people in the lobby and we won't even be able to take your order for 10 minutes. We backed up and left. This is not the first time something like this is happened to us. Most times you go through and order and then wait 10 minutes and when we get our food it's cold. This time I just felt like if there were only two cars in front of us the wait time should not be 10 minutes. I don't for see that this location will be open very much longer as nobody's going to continue to go here when there are many other choices for fast food in this location.

Jack In The Box jack in the box - gaffey street - san pedro california 90731

My name is Kenneth Pressley and this comment concerns the JIB location on Gaffey Street in San Pedro California 90731. My comment is simple; I will never, not now or at any time in the future visit this location and I will explain. I have been a faithful customer for over twenty years and though most visits are at your Western Avenue location of San Pedro/ Rancho Palos Verdes, I do visit the gaffey location frequently but no more. In fact I am so angry this morning that I doubt I will patronize any JIB location. The gaffey location is staffed with employees who seem to think we are doing them a favor by spending our money at this restaurant. The managers are rude, the employees inattentive and the resteraunt is ran like a compound. Any order placed comes with a guarantee of no napkin or spoon/ fork when warranted and asking for these items is met with looks of destain but it gets worse. Even though I may have visited three or four times in a single week, I am still required to purchase something before I can even wash my hands in the restroom. There is always a security guard on duty who insures that No One enters the restroom until money is spent and strill it gets worse. On two separate occasions, I was asked to leave by security because I had been in the booth too long! That is correct. At 58 years of age and with teeth that have seen better days, I am required to engulf my food by stopwatch and still it gets worse. This morning I visited the gaffey location at around 4:30 (am) and ordered a large coffee through the drive in window. Because I wanted to enjoy my coffee in peace and quiet that only the early morning brings but I chose courtesy. Asking the manager on duty for permission to sit in my vehicle out side the establishment because I had hopes for this visit. Before my coffee was half gone, the security guard informed me that I had to leave because there was a ten minute limit! Lets be sure we understand this completely. There were only employee cars in the lot so I prevented no one a parking space yet before my coffee had cooled, I was forced to vacate. This behavior is unacceptable and I won't be back for more. In case you are interested, I write this message from McDonald s parking lot just up the street ... drinking a still warm cup of your coffee.

Jack In The Box refusal of a jack coupon

I went through the drive-through at Jack-in-the-Box tonight and I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, 4 tacos and two sodas I presented the coupon that I got for signing up for text alerts and email alerts to the cashier she showed the manager and the manager said no that I couldn't use it because it needed to be printed out nowhere on the coupon says that it needs to be printed out I even mention that and she said she didn't care, so I told her forget it and left with nothing. She was rude and I had just used the same coupon at a different location the day prior and had no issues . Thought that was the point of signing up and getting text message alerts from you guys is that I'm able to show it off of my phone and not have to go to the hassle of printing out

Jack In The Box poor service and lack responsibility

I was taking out large drinks the girl at the counter around 5 PM made no attempt to proerly secure the lids on the drinks dousing me and my car.Even though thelid had come off sje made no apology just stood there silently. I even had to ask for napkins to clean some up! I would tell you the store but the receipt like everything else was doused. The sore is in Niu Valley which on Oahu. I want to speak to speak to someon in authority as soon as ossible. [protected].

At the Jack in the box at 529 and highway 6 in Houston Texas 6:00AM 11/06/2018 I place my usual order of 2 scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of sausage, 1 hash brown and a large diet coke. I have ordered this 3 to 4 times a week for months, and the total is $6.26. When I made my order this morning the cashier told me it was $7.00. Here is my real problem, I asked the cashier if prices went up and she said YES. When I drove up to the pick up window the cashier repeated my order and as usual she had it wrong after we got the order straight my price was $6.26. My problem was that she down right lied about the prices going up. I drove away and when I got to work to eat my breakfast there was no hash brown as I ordered. This women has been working at Jack in the box for about 6 months and every time she takes my order she gets it wrong and I hardly ever get the hash brown when she takes my order.

Oh, I have so much to say. This review is about one employee that keeps ruining my JIB experience every single time. I love the food, I love other locations and everything about JIB. I visit this drive-through very often, like 3-4 times a week often, and leave at least $100/week there. This girl working there is the rudest and most unpleasant person in the staff. She never smiles, NEVER apologizes for 20 minutes wait, wrong food order or cold food.
I wanted to write a review about her for the longest time but would talk myself down and didn't but today I just had enough. She took my order and I drove ahead to the window. No smile, no hello, no reaction at all, she just shoved me my drink. I probably shouldn't blame her, she was on her phone and busy talking. I feel like I shouldn't have interrupted her. When another employee gave me my order (also no smile and no talking whatsoever) I checked the bag. It's a habit I acquired at this location because 3 times out of 5 the order will be wrong or items will be missing. I got classic tacos instead of nacho tacos so I pointed out the mistake and handed the tacos back. They prepared my nacho tacos and gave it to me. Again, NO SMILE, NO SORRY, NO TALKING, complete silence and a lot of attitude. I asked her to write down her name for me and gave her a piece of paper, she snatched it from my hand, wrote the name, gave it back and shut the window. Obviously, no talking.
On multiple occasions, she would yell at me over the speaker WAIT! after she had asked me to tell her the order and she overcharged me once or twice and I'd notice after leaving (wrong order usually). She never offers to try something new and I'd always get a new item if offered.
This location is so close to my house and work and I want to keep coming here but I always end up getting the wrong food and crazy amount of attitude from her.
Every receipt I get has the same employee name on it, marky (yes, lowercase), different days and times, different employees, always the same name. Today when I asked her what was her name she wrote down "Terky".
