Jack In The Box review: Unsanitary food service! 114

The dinning room is always closed.In the morning and at evening

Man in the drive through told me to get tf out his line. I have never been more disrespected in my life.

Messy bathroom when no one else is in restaurant. Paper on floor. Poop smears on toilet seat and toilet base = disgusting.

Inside restaurant order was messed up 2 times.

I ordered a mobile order and the wrong food was in the bag. When I called they hung up on me. Order number [protected]

They refused to cook me tacos because they said they was frozen

We stopped at Jack in the box and ordered at drive through and got 2 number 10s which is the spicy chicken sandwich meals and 8 tacos when we received and got back on the road we opened bag and the chicken sandwich’s was only bread and chicken no cheese, no lettuce, no tomatoes and we were short 4 tacos

The burger was cold and no hot sauce for the burrito. Plus when trying to do a survey the code would not work cause you could not read it . I tried to tell them but they said they couldn’t do anything. Happened on

Manager was not answering the head set so pulled around to door went In only one person was in the store next comes manager walking in smelling like marijuana service over all was horrible

I order a unsweet Ice Tea it was mixed with coffee so much as after one drink of it made me sick as I have and can not drink coffee.

I ordered on the mobile app a mobile order when I went to the window to pick up my order the employee was rude almost threw the bag at me and there was only one worker was very slow. 6:47 am October 22nd. I didn't appreciate the rudeness of the employee.

I'm so sorry to come at it this way I been calling the jack in the box that messed up my order but it goes straight to voice mail that's full I put in order at one of your restaurants total mess up unbelievable my order was so wrong I paid for good service not sucky service I'm so disappointed with this restaurant

Made order on the mobile app, when I arrived I was told no one was there to make the order so I had to wait 30min for my order I made 20min before that. Not to mention after the taco shells I got were all stale when I got them. This location has repeatedly forgotten items in my orders and given me bad service and food more times than I can count.

Here’s your offer on our App , but you can only use it thru the App , not when ordering in a drive thru or as a walk-in order. Make life easier ?!?!? Ha , not for me . I guess I’m just Old School or just old and like to walk-in an order stuff. Worthless App for old farts like me .

This restaurant is too small, no dine-in in and it is swamped with long lines and wait times. Understaffed and lots of order mistakes! Build a bigger store and bring back biscuits!

When I got home 5 minutes away my food was cold I started to take it back. The sourdough Jack tasted like it had been sitting under the lights and the fries were cold and disgusting.

I waited in the drive thru line for about 15 min and was served with a ice cold chicken spice sandwich. Just the chicken was hot. Everything else felt like it was just taken out of fridge and wrapped up. Very disappointed.

Your TV commercial says the waffle breakfast sandwich combo with coffees and hash brown for $5 however when I went to Jack in The box you charge $5 for just the sandwich what's up with that false advertising

I was eating an egg rolls and something white and hard was in my eggroll.. I don't know if it was a bone or what. I almost broke my tooth.

The sign on the front of store and the sign next to the drive up window say drive up open 24 hours and has for months. BUT THEY LIE!. THEY ARE CLOSED AT 1000

3/19/23 2:30 am, we drove up to the drive thru and they said they were not taking any orders at the time, even though they were opened. They have done this before and it is an inconvenience since this is the closest location to us.

Azle jack in the box hands down THE BEST. I love pulling through and seeing Whitney's infectious smile and her great customer service it's a breath of fresh air compared to the kids that used to work there. She actually cares and goes above and beyond. My husband and I see that everytime we're in there and she's working

Please train your staff to include all the food we paid for in the drive through! We constantly get home to find food missing and the food is so cold!

We waited 30 minutes for fries and they still forgot about us in the parking lot when we watching them go slow getting everyone else out the way and just forgot about us YOUR NIGHT SHIFT IS THE WORSE ON SCENIC AND CHOCTAW

I went for an interview and the tables,floor, and chairs all dirty. The manager was ten mintues late and talking about other workers. The floor had food,dried coke and even dead roaches. Spider webs where you walk

I ordered at 10:52:39 AN employees name Susana. She missed my second cheesecake and I was still charged for the same amount on my card, this is unacceptable.

I've tried in vain to contact them. Since they contacted me last year, they've been unresponsive. I've wrote numerous emails with no response from them. If this continues, I'm contacting your corporate office.

I was at jack in box early tonight it was the worst food I have ever got, my Curly Frys where cold and, my mom Bacon potato wedges had no cheese on them, my hamburger was cold, the girls that where working there acting like they didn't even want to be at work, This is my first time that I had any problems

The manager, Patricia is pycho, yells at me & other customers.
Ive been a Jackin the Box patron for 50 years! Never seen such a rude employee.
Barely speaks English so I am not sure what she was YELLING about.

They didn't give me my receipt ordered 2 jumbo jack combos 2 fries 2 tacos jr jack and chicken sandwich all cold fries stale burgers had half the lettuce all ladies rude... I ordered a buttery jack and they gave me a breakfast sandwich, and when I called back to let them know, she gave me attitude and just hung up on me and when I called back she said that I never called.

Had bad experience at the Durant OK Jack in the Box. Manager called to fix and sent expired redemption coupons...

Original complaint was they refused to take order in drive through 12 min to take the order . Then refused to give the tacos after paid. 34 minutes in the drive through.

Recording for Jack spicy chicken sandwich. I have two time that problem now. Bread inside the chicken is frozen not ready like aa really bad to eat I love that sandwich but for some regions I think I have to stop going to eat jack in the box. That's unacceptable now for specialty food

At the Jack in the box in Fremont ca off automall I this sand which broke my tooth and there insurance company are lagging in helping me to settle this happened in March now here we are in July the agent tamra g. Is not helping to settle out with me I'm going to get a group of people and boycot there bus asap
