J1010 / verizon-_-^ please read this !!!
hi.. I'm really not good at English..
I lost my cell phone at Oct..2008, I don't know how to disconnect it.
and never bill came out until last month..
last month bill came out and a $1000 cost it..
and my aunt call to the verizon we are not good at English so they supply interpreter. and they said if you pay $448 we'll clear your all billso.. we pay $448 and disconnect my phone at march 16, 2009
I thought everythinh will be clear!
but!! yesterday another bill came out and it cost $1600 included last month bill and they just minus $448
so.. today we called the verizon again!! but they never give opportunity to us to talk last month we couciled..
and the new interpreter and counciler talked to us and.. we explained this situation again.
and they said we can't clear your bill
so.. we said before we talking other coucil .. she said.. clear our bill...and I know ..that the call was
and they said.. ok.. get your coucil from verizon service center and go to the court..
also.. you have pay all bill..
the interpreter keep change and although we talk.. (4times change for just one call)
and the 4th interpreter said "I wil change with other interpreter and wait"
and they hung up the phone
so, , absurd!!!
they regret who had really little bit English skill!!
also .. pay all bill ... and keep change couciler.. how we belive this company!!!
