J E McGill / Airtime/data transfer limit
During the past year, I have had to call every month to have my data/airtime transfer limit reset to what I wanted it to be. Every month some clown resets the limit and causes me a lot of problems restoring the limit. THIS IS UN ACCEPTABLE. I tried phoning the customer care 111 number and was kept on hold for a long time without talking to my"specialist" that will sort out my problem. If this is the type of service I can expect from Vodacom after all my years of contracts, I am going to get another service provider. My name is Kobus McGill. [protected]
