I ordered dress for my daughter's wedding around October 27th and finally received dress on November 21st. The dress did not fit and the dress is not the same as the one in the picture when I bought it. The only way I can get in touch with these people is to go on Live Chat. They will not give me paperwork to return the dress. Have put me off by saying they are not after sale department. They gave me an email address to contact customer service but when I try to send it the email keeps coming back unsent. They told me on chat that I needed to lay dress out flat and measure it. I have NEVER in my life heard of such a thing. They say their measurements are correct. I don't care if they are correct the dress does not fit me. They act like I sent them my measurements so they could make the dress just for me. I merely ordered my size. I paid $147.00 for this dress. I probably have just been ripped off but I sure would like to stop these people from being online and ripping off someone else. Thanks for letting me share my dilemma.
