iYellowPage / Website Posting Information Without Request or Permission

1 7816 Veronica Ct.San Ramon, CA, United States Review updated:
Contact information:

I did an internet search of my name and noticed my personal information being listed online such as address, phone number, email address, etc. I've tried to contact the business to have my information removed from an internet search but receive no response. I would like to know how the co. received my information, where the co. is physically located, and to explain their process of removal of my private information from their website. There are also 60 other complaints listed with the BBB.

Hello 4truthand justice! I just noticed your complaint, I haven't signed in here for a while. Changil Charlie Chung was told by the Sn Ramon Contra costa to take down the listings about me he published in 2016, but it appeared he did not remove the links on purpose in webmaster tools, so my personal information still appears in the caption! He is now with a new host, maybe he is still posting the information on new sites he created! I would love to file a lawsuit with other people, please get back to me if you receive this message! Microsoft and Bing very rarely remove broken links, another problem that needs to be addressed! All this is very UN AMERICAN!

There is now an opt out option at the bottom of the page on your listing's. I tried it, but it's fake, it only removes your listings from iyellowpage.com, but does not remove the listings from a Internet search on Google, Bing, Windows Edge, Internet Explorer., etc. The owner is Charlie Chung, he never answers any messages, this site is a scam!

You don't state the age of your underage child, but there is a Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule ["COPPA"]. Check out coppa.org. Or go to your child's listing, on the bottom of the page there should be an option to remove, it will forward the removal to your email address. But there are some strict rules about posting personal information online concerning children under 13 years old that webmaster's must abide by.

@xxxxCorxxxxx The owner of the website needs to be sued. He's obviously callous and brazen, and doesn't care one bit about what he's doing, as long as it's making him money somehow.

If people here are interested in filing a lawsuit together against this company and its founder, I would also be interested. He has published my addresses, associated email addresses and more, without permission.
