IW/Living Lean Unauthorized charge

Hello,
I have been getting a monthly charge of $19.95 on my Mastercad Credit Card. I have looked on the computer for a company by that name, & there are many, so I don't know which one is issueing the charge? All I have for a reference is the
Matercards Transaction number. It is 25413898161902296303453. This is a Mastercard issued by
Chase bank, of Prescott, Arizona. The phone number I have for the Mastercard is; [protected]. My computer is not working at this time, so if you want to contact me, it will have to be by my home phone, [protected], or my cell phone, [protected]-
4218.
Thank you,
Eugene McQuaid

I have several charges to my credit card in April, twice in May and June. Practically every month, to my knowledge it was suppose to be a free trial and I have not confirmed for products that have never been ordered or received from livelifelean.net. I wish for my account to be credited back and cancel and not to be charged any longer.

and on Aprl 16 was charged $34.90 for another order ! Can not cancel on line, site willnot come up!

And phone number says you can't cancel unless you send a written request or a e-mail! This should be stopped! Fraud!

I order tea from Wu Yi and cancelled that when I saw an additional charge on my Debit Card. When I ordered it online it said nothing about receiving or being charge on a monthly basis. Then I checked my bank account today and saw a charge pending for $19.95 from a IW/Living Lean Las Vegas. I called the bank and the best solution to the problem is to cancel your debit/credit card so they can no longer apply charges.

I ordered online WUyi tea with a debit of 7.95 shipping and handling 30 day trial period and WuYI tea with a debit of 29.95 and received correct product amount as offered on 04/02/06. Then out of nowhere, I noticed this debit of 19.95 on 04/11/08 from IW/Living lean with no prior knowledge or my authorization

I'm very upset because I already cancelled after trial product in march 08. In that time they charged for shipping handling arround $7.95 in the next month they charged again for $19.95 until this month on August 08 they're still charged me for $ 19.95 event I didn't get any product from them. I called to my credit company they said that they shouldn't have cancelled from Living Lean. What I have to do now? The credit card company just told me to change credit card number. Is it possible for me to get refund? So I just tell to every body be aware with WU Yi tea and Living Lean company, please don't ever make any order.

I consider myself to be an honest and well i thought intelligent person. Obviously very green same as the tea. STOP RIPPING OFF OUR CREDIT CARD... I truly want to ring your neck I'm so upset by this. BE VERY CAREFUL when purchasing WU-YI SOURCE Tea. I took the trial period for the shipping cost of $6.95 and even before I reached my trial expiration I was charged the FULL amount of $29.99; when I called and discussed it with them they instructed me that there was no refund for the full amount, once you accept the trial off you are charged the full amount for the tea; however, you can cancel by sending them an email with the order number on it to them. THEN on top of that when you request the tea you are included in another program unknown to you as a "courtesy" and charged another $19.95 for NOTHING! This shows up as I/W Living Lean. I requested a refund from them, if it doesn't show up in 5 days I will turn them into my bank as fraud, as she did give me a refund confirmation number, and I NEVER ordered their product or service whatever it is.

Sad when you can't even get a FREE trail period out a product you agree to "TRY" and then continue to have unauthorized charges added on, AS A COURTESY. SO BE CAREFUL! Don't fall into their TRAP. Their idea of a FREE TRAIL costs more than we think.

This is a scam. I ordered and returned the Wu tea. That was all set and canceled. What they don't tell you is that there is an online program for living lean for $19.95 per month that does not get canceled. Most people don't realize this until they've been charged for two months. Then you call and get an excuse that "we are sorry you did not read the print, but we can only credit one month". This is a total scam. Demand your money back because for each person that calls and gets their one month, they are making the $19.95 for the other month. Contact the BBB and if you have a lawyer (as I do) and tell them about it. They HAVE to refund you because they are purposely doing this with Wu tea. Pass this on to people. DO NOT AGREE TO ANYTHING ELSE WHEN YOU CALL!

IW/Living Lean Repeated charge to my credit card

I ordered the tea, tried two bags, and returned the unused portion. It took 2 months to get my refund. I was assured that my credit card info had been removed from their records, but on April 15 my card was charged $19.95.

I cant believe this!

Im from the UK, and saw wu yi source on a 'Facebook' ad on the 2nd December . My new years resolution was to shed a few pounds and thoguht this would be a great kickstart.

If only i'd known the greif it would bring me, i wish i'd never bothered!

After ordering my 'free tea' and also 'free' acai burn supplement, with only the postage to pay, i waited to receive the products. I was than charged for shipping and handling, a fee of £16.45 PER ITEM.

Feeling a little unsure i Googled the company and found this site. I immediately cancelled my debit card and informed my bank, but as i hadn't signed up for any monthly subscription.

I recieved one box of WuYi Tea, and 1 bottle of Acai Bun in one package. Then one week later i received another, I assumed that because i had used different sites to order the products that this was normal.

I was then charged £3.43 'Web Access' on the 10th December, then again on the 16th December.

I THEN received a bill for DHL delivery services, for £60 for EACH package.

Lastly, on the 30th Decemberm i was charged a further £6.96 for 'MEMBERSHIP' i didnt agree to, and £41.94 for Acai Burn.

This, in total, is a cost of £209.20 ($ 305.83!) for ONE BOX OF TEA BAGS AND TWO BOTTLES OF SUPPLIMENT!

I am losing slepp, worrying about the next charge, i now have emailed both companies to cancel, and as i am in the UK, the contact number does not connect. I am having to cancel my bank account, as after cancelling my card, the have STILL managed to take money out un-authorised.

I just dont know what to do, i've never been scammed before. can anyone help? :(

I just looked at my credit card charges and saw that 19.95 had been charged on the 25th! Today is the 26th. I called [protected] and spoke with a woman who explained that the Living Lean program is separate fromthe tea. She said I could cancel it. At first she wouldn't remove the $19.95 charge but she noticed it was the second time I had been charged so then she gave me a "courtesy refund" and said it would be removed and gave me a confirmation code.

I should listen to my husband tell me, "if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is." I feel like a dummy! I have been charged $36.17 from Wu-Yi and $20.75 from Living Lean. I could not figure out who Living Lean was until I Googled it. I have emailed the company and am waiting. I am calling tomorrow forst thing to demand my money back! That is so wrong! I am willing to go in on a class action suit against the company!

This is a scam, I cancelled within 30 days and they still mailed me the tea and continued to charge my account. I selected and highlighted that I did not want to receive Living Lean and the Wu Yi Tea is still charging my account. I contacted the company via email twice with no response and I called their phone number to cancel and their messages continue to go in a circle that you will never be able to talk to a real person. This delays your ability to cancel and for the company to continue to scam you additional days! I have disputed the charges and cancelled my credit card. This company should be arrested and charged for misrepresentation. They sure serve time in jail.

I too have been a victim of this company of scam artists.
I cancelled with WuTI within the first week of receiving the product. As soon as I called they shipped an additional two boxes of product, which I told them I was sending back. They will not accecpt the additional two boxes back because I had not cancelled in time, I was within the 30 days. And this Living Lean crap pops up and more charges on my account. They have also been called to no avail. I have my bank trying to get this mess taken care of in their fraud department. But in the mean time I may have to close my account and that will be a mess because I have other automatic deductions such as insurance, utilities set up because I travel so much.

I know you can file a complaint with the BBB, but all they will do is collect complaints. Will they take any type of action.

That is why this company is in Nevada, the rules are not as strict there as they are in other states.

I to have had the above experiences. When I called the 866 number I first spoke to someone I could not understand. I had called the tea company earlier. They did cancel my orders and refunded only $29.95 twice to my visa card. When I spoke to the 866 number for Living Lean today, I finally asked to speak to a supervisor who I could understand. I was put through to a person who told me her name is Taleah, she did speak without an accent, and I could understand her. She told me my account with Living Lean was cancelled, I did get a confirmation number. After talking to Taleah, I called my credit card company and cancelled the credit card account, then opened a new one. There was not charge for this, and I will receive a new card in 7 to 10 days.

What a RIP OFF this WUYITEA-WUYISOURCE is. I will let everyone I talk to know about this. Plus, I am going to call the Better Business Bureau in my state.

Can you believe it? I heard Opera had the WUYITEA people on her show. Don't know if it's true or not.

Guess we all need to check out complaints on the internet before getting into anything else.
