IVRose / Advancer Dress

I received order [protected] which is not fit for the purpose, it is cheap quality, not the same as the picture when ordered. I have asked for a full refund but am receiving offers of a 5% discount or pay the expensive shipping fees to return!

This is not acceptable and you are not considering the consumers rights. I ordered an item that is not at all as described and I am entitled to a full refund.

Please arrange to have this resolved, I have wasted money and expect to use my consumer rights to have my money returned

IVRose / Advancer Did not receive the product

I have been trying to contact IVRose for weeks now concerning an item I ordered and never received. I have left numerous messages and the number that is listed online just rings then goes to a busy signal. It has been six weeks since I ordered my dress. I ordered two items and they both say shipped and received but there was only one item packaged. Please Help Me!

IVRose / Advancer Merchandise

I returned merchandise back on 3/9/2020 right around COVID19 to exchange size on clothing . It was a total of $172.00 US dollars, I never got my exchanged merchandise or credit for it. My order was paid for and never delivered. There was an order number and tracking number, now it disappeared. I'm disgusted and appalled. If I do not recieve my shirt I will report you to the police, the better business bureau, and rip you apart on social media.

IVRose / Advancer $600 worth of merchandise

Not sure what kind of backward vonlany this is but the credit card company will make sure they yraxe to the exact address of whoever is running this scam. I got 4 different people telling me going on 2 wks now the orders were being processed. Today I'm told they're out of stock! Out of stock on 25 items!? So you loed on numerous occasions. But not so fast! You chose the wrong one! I will get my money regardless. For $600. The credit card company will make certain of it.

IVRose / Advancer order not received

I ordered from you on the 11th of January and paid £70.20 for my goods and had no communication from you since although my payment has been taken. Can you confirm if goods are shipped and if not can you refund my money as soon as possible as I don't have £70.20 to throw away. I contacted you on whatsapp and also emailed you but had no response and I feel very disappointed in your service and also very concerned that I have been subject to fraud which I will take further action on if I do not hear from you.

I ordered a selection of items from you on the 26th of September, I paid for express delivery and it arrived in eight days, however after the second visit and I was not in it was taken back to the depot to be sent back to the warehouse. After contacting asking for the items to be resent I was advised it was on its way back to me. After a week of still no items I was informed that the parcel had accidentally been resent to the warehouse and I've had to wait another 15 days. I then requested a refund as the items were for summer and now after a month the items would not be suitable. It has not taken 6 messages on your supposed help line to still get no cooperation. The parcel is still apparently on its way which I didn't want and it has been over 1 month! And I am still no closer to Geri g a decision on my refund. The service I have been provided with is shocking. I have asked countless times if I can call a support line and still no answer. I paid over £100 for my order and I am no way closer to getting my money back. This has caused me no end of stress and taken 6 weeks to sort out. I wish for a refund to the account I paid because of the service taking over your specified 25 days and because the items are no longer suitable for the weather.

I'm a little concerned I didn't do further research on this company before placing an order. I placed an order yesterday for over $100.00 in merchandise paying the extra shipping costs to get this expedited. But upon looking at their (processing time) in addition to shipping, I decided to submit a refund request. Their FAQ's list that if an order is cancelled before it's shipped, a refund can be processed. I'm not even sure why my credit card was already charged when the order has not even shipped yet. I requested a refund on the site and it says it takes 5-7 business days to process! That's outrageous! There is no way to get a hold of any rep on the phone! Can anyone confirm if I will actually get refunded? I may just file a claim through my bank.

IVRose / Advancer clothing

This website ripped me off. I paid 38.64 bucks for a dress and when I received it, it looked nothing like the picture they display. It was ridiculous to the point where you cannot even wear it. It was a 5$ worth dress and they display it as 36$ worth. Taking advantage of people who never used the website and have no idea what is going on. Of course when I returned it I didn't receive a full refund because of certain [censored] they make up to lie to people about.
Do not sell 5$ worth clothing into 40$ and photoshop the pictures to make it believable. Its wasting our money and our time!

I have already done so and i received no help. They told me to return it and that cost me extra 22$ they said they cant do anything about it except to give me 20$ off my next order and i have no interest in ordering anything else from this website so i passed. And you should be sorry for selling rediculous clothes and photoshoping them to trick people into buying them.

Please please do not be like me, by thinking that these reviews are fake. They are 100% true. Watch YouTube reviews, I did this after.

After loosing my father, I saved a whole year to take my four children away. As a single parent working in the NHS this has been so hard. In addition I have a chronic health condition.

I spent nearly £500 with this company a few weeks ago, I have still not recieved my items. They have no contact number for me to call and they will not respond adequately to my emails.

I am going away on Sunday with nothing to wear, as the only money I have is my spending money.

I hope that this company gets closed down by the authorities. I have to pay insurance on these items and I can't conclude why.

I should not have to divulge my personal information, but I pray to God this message will open up someone understanding, of how wicked and money orientated people can be. Please learn from my mistake.

Cheap nasty clothing, nothing like pics and is so disappointing.
Don't fit, badly made and some with holes.
Come without any invoice or returns info, no contact details
no answer on website, eventually got a standard scripted reply on facebook
Will not accept returns back
Fob you off and offer you a small discount to keep items
no customer service at all
Items shipped from uk (herts) but you are told to return yo china at your own expense, my order will cost at least £35 to return to china...it is impossible to get a refund
Total scam- I want my money back

IVRose / Advancer tracker

I tried to track my package to see how long it would take to reach my place of delivery, I needed it before vacation to take it with me so, I tried your tracking method isn't working. I'm due to leave on vacation on 4/19/18 and still no word on where my merchandise. I will have to return it because I won't need it, it will not here in my possession in time of my vacation.

IVRose / Advancer dashiki style maxi dress

I just opened my package and the seams arent sewed correctly, they are in fact exposed. And its too large. And I just got a notification while trying to proceed with my complaint thats its too small to attract attention. So much for short and sweet. This is not a way to do business and I am utterly disappointed. And now its saying I have no email for this account when clearly I do.

Want to return items
Took over a month to receive all items and now i want to return them as the boots do not fit properly and the clothes are nowhere near as advertised and the main item bought wasnt delivered on time. Tried emailing the customer service email but they won't reply to my emails
The items do not even come with return paperwork to automatically return so completely reliant on them responding

IVRose / Advancer returned items that did not fit

I sent the merchandise back with a tracking number and they keep pretending like they didn't get it. I've sent pictures of the receipt and the tracking number but they keep sending the same email saying I didn't give them the number. Scam I want my refund.
I've sent 14 emails and it has been 2 months of going back and fourth. They have my money and the returned clothes.

I ordered on Oct 15 and have not received my order. Every customer service person who I have talked has been no help. Each time I try to view where my package is it says unavailable. It has been longer than the max wait time. I want the 60 dollars deposited back into my bank account immediately. I except a email back asap and the money back asap.

IVRose / Advancer clothing/shoes

Only gave you a 1star as no option for -1000, by far THE WORST company I have ever dealt with.
The clothes are incorrectly sized as per UK size guide, I ordered a UK 16 in each item giving me plenty of room for adjustment, what i received must be closer to a size 8-10, none of the items are as pictured, the material is thin, damaged, some of it see-through. It actually also smells like what can only be described as a butchers meat bin.
Currently emailing daily for a full refund (amounting to £162) only to be offered firstly 20% refund and keep the clothes then a few emails later they offered 30% refund and keep clothes and told me i should sell them on ebay because they say their system can only do a partial refund? (load of garbage) The package came from a UK address Mr HU CNE Unit 3, Skyport Trade Park, Skyport Drive, Harmondsworth. Middx. UB70LB but im told they cannot be returned here and must be returned to China at my cost (Royal Mail tracked parcel £135GBP)
I am seeking advise from Trading standards, Which consumer rights and the UK citizens advice beuro.
Please go take a look at the companies house directory in the UK https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/10073856/officers trading as Ling Ling WU Bumperr Ltd. Therefore as per UK trading standards law I should be able to return the items in question to a UK address

Ladies... This is a total scam! stick to Asos IF i WERE YOU!

IVRose / Advancer bad quality

I'm so disappointed that the photos on their website have nothing to do with what they really ship. People, it's just a crap.
They steal pictures from other bigger websites and pretend them to be theirs.
So I got my dress that looked like a floorcloth, made of the cheapest material. Thank god I had no problems in refunding, but that doesn't mean that everything is ok. Absolutely terrible that you provide the worst quality.
