Charging me $81.69 for tril
I ordered a free trial of whitening gel on 1/4/12 and it was shipped 1/6/12. I received it on 1/16/12.
On 1/18/12 they charged me $81.69 and today when I called to tell them they said my "trial" period was up. I insisted on some kind of refund so they agreed to $45.00.
I am paying $45.00 for a trial which was only supposed to cost me the shipping.
They do not care how long it took to get here.
I would appreciate if you would try to get the balance of $36.69 back for me.

free trial scam
Ivory White is a 'free trial' scam. They claim to offer a 'free trial' for which you pay just $1.03. As soon as you agee to this and give them your credit card number, the only way out of losing nearly $80 is to immediately cancel your card and order a new one, as well as report Ivory White to your bank or credit union as a fraud.
Ivory White will send you 'Free Trial' in the same package as a 30-day supply. The day after your $1.03 charge appears, they will charge an additional $3.67, hoping you don't notice. You now have 15 days to return the 30-day supply, at your expense, before they charge you another $78.41. You have 7 days to cancel, at which time they will try to get you to pay an additional $19.99 to 'keep' your 30-day supply. Otherwise, they give you an RMA and the 15 day return-at-your-own-expense ultimatum. They claim it takes up to 72 hours to 'process' a return, so you actually have 12 days. Some have reported that, even if you return the product, they will either deny receipt or claim it was damaged in shipment and charge you anyway.
The truth is that you have no obligation to return a product you did not request. They send the 30-day supply in the same package as the 'free trial'; you have not completed the trial yet! The 30-day supply is yours to do with as you please. My recommendation is to immediately report them to the Boulder BBB on-line, as well as the IC3 internet crime website. More importantly, immediately cancel your credit card number and order a replacement card with a different number. If you report the fraudulent charges to your bank, they may refund the charges to your account. This is what I did. I allowed the $1.03 charge to stand, reported the $3.67 as a fraudulent charge and got a refund, sent a threatening letter to Ivory White, and have reported them to anyone who will listen. I canceled my card before they could fraudulently charge me the other $78.41. Oh, and most importantly- I threw their lousy product, including the 'free trial', in the trash.

Free trail ordered on March 1, 2017 paid shipping of $4.87 for free trail.
Canceled order online was sent shipping back info, sent back unopened box, paid for shipping $ 2.26, on March 25, 2017

On April 1, 2017 was charged $ 78.41 for the unopened box that they received.
I called and they told me that they received it on the 28th and that it was late AND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE RETURNED ON THE 25TH, I didn't follow the rules so too bad your out $85.54 and we are not giving you a refund, we will send you the product back is all they wanted to do. Really upset that this company is in business and can steal from people. Who can I report them too, can I call the boulder police and file a report? PLEASE HELP ME!

I ordered the trial system of Ivory White teeth whitening . They are one of the sponsors of Publisher's Clearinghouse website. I thought that I was getting only the trial system, when I received the package it contained both the trial packet and the regular packet! I thought that a little odd but I thought I would send them both back if I didn't Like them. I received the packet on the 24th of April. I thought that I had 8 days from the time I received it to call and cancel. on the 28th of April they had already taken the money out of my account. I called and they said no it was 8 days from the time I ordered. I haven't even tried the stuff yet. I told them I would send the product back but they told me it didn't matter they would not refund my money! I just don't want anyone else to get taken like I did. Make sure you read the fine print! $78.41 is a lot of money for me and I am sure it is to a lot of people!
I signed up for the scam with Ivorywhite knowing that I had to cancel within 10 days. Two days after I placed my order a representative FROM IVORYWHITE CALLED ME to confirm my order and to try to "up-sell" me on other products. I told the representative that I wanted 3 things:
1) I wanted to cancel any further obligations associated with the free offer.
2) I was not interested in order any other product or service from them, and
3) I wanted to be place on their "DO NOT CALL" list.
The representative said "Thank you sir, I will be happy to take care of that for you, is there anything else I can help you with". I said "no thank you" and the conversation was ended.
Eight days later I was charged $78 on my debit card.
When I called to complain and have the money refunded they told me that the rules say that I must call THEM rather than cancelling with someone from their company who called me.
It became very clear that the call to me was for the purpose of getting me to cancel with them so that I wouldn't then call in again to cancel.
So for those who say, always read the fine print, I say, you can read the fine print and cancel with their representative, but if they are INTENTIONALLY setting you up for a scam they will get you anyway.
My bank is reversing the charges.
By the way "Everbright Smiles" is running the exact same scam.
File a complaint with the FTC https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/
File a complaint with the better business bureau (kinda worthless, but at least you get a hit on their favoribility rating).
And contact your bank and become adamant that they reverse this charge as you returned the product. Its worth a shot.
The police will politely decline to do anything as you only have a complaint against an online entity and they dont't have the resources to deal with it.
You may resign yourself to just writing this money off if your bank won't step in and remove it.
Trial offer, product returned, account still charged
I signed up for the free trial with Ivory White. They sent me the trial product and a box of the complete product. I emailed a cancellation request to them and stated that I was returning their product and did not want my account charged for that or any future shipments. I got an automated reply that I'd hear back from them in 1 day. I didn't hear anything...

How did you get them to refund some money back? I keep insisting and they keep refusing.
