1 United States Review updated:

I did not authorize additional charges that followed after I received the Trial Offer. I consider this a credit card scam and will dispute the charges,

neither one of you even mentioned if you actually cancelled within the trial period of 14 days like you were supposed to in order to avoid the additional charges. I had absolutely no problem with them. I got the product quick and cancelled during the trial with absoultely no problem and I didnt recieve any additional charges whatsoever. In fact, I even recieved a cancellation confirmation email right after I cancelled. Sorry your experience was bad...however, mine was not.

First of all, trial period is 15 days, not 14 as previous person mentioned. I canceled on 13th day of trial period, yet, still get charge posted to my credit card. Amazingly, they keep track of when to bill you right after trail period but neglect to check whether cancellation was requested. To make matter worse, they lectured me that I am the one who failed to canceled timely. Luckily, I have all papers to initiate dispute with my credit card company because they are not planning to issue credit even though it's their fault. I hate these fly-by-night companies with trial periods. They think they are smarter than other people and the only thing they are after is your money.

My daughter was going to her first prom, and thought this would be a fast, easy way to whiten her teeth. They are very arrogant with their response of not issuing any refund. Nowhere on their receipt does it document that we have agreed to sign up for a monthly fee, or that we had 15 days to cancel. It may have said that online, when she checked the box "I understand", but in good faith it should be restated on the receipt so that the buyer has full disclosure.
Bad business practice. Plus, they "generously" enrolled us in a Wellness Portal for another $9.99. However, they did refund that fee.
In looking over these complaints, it appears they have used numerous names to do business, which is always a bad sign.
I guess this is a life lesson for my daughter (and a reminder to me!)

The full $89... charge showed up right away, called, they told me my trial was 7 days! Called the bank, they do have a legal dispute department - probably all the banks do. Called them back, was given an email address to request a refund - it was a BOGUS address! (Tried several variations on it, too.)
Finally, decided to do a search on them. They're no longer owned by Adv. Wellness Res. - they've been taken over by Netalab, Inc.

    Good luck to us all!

Don't get this if you don't want to just freely give your money out!

Did find one similar - e/ free trial - funny, same Adv. Wellness Research, but came w/ the dental light gadget too - called to cancel & they offered the membership for $18.93 (product & S&H) to keep me - far cry from the $89 plus! Got a site address on that -

And I'm not giving up on the $89 yet either!
