iTunes unauthorised transaction of debit card rs 7900.00 date 01may2019

I have an aunauthorised transaction in my account on date 1may2019 Rs 7900.00 by itunes.com bill.
From my debit card i have not purchage anything.
So refund my money reverse back on my account and take strict action against the fraud and the bank also because we save money in bank in belief of bank safety.

This is for your imnformation and early actionplease.

my account on account of itunes.combill.

Sir,

I have never share OTP, Message to any other person. I have nor reply neither attend any fraud call, these are frauds and effect the bank and customer relationship. There isa strict rule against the fraudlent and should be punishedz

iTunes unauthorized payments - robbery!

I have over the month of April from been experiencing problems with my itunes account, I first noticed small unauthorized payments coming out on top of purchases I had received. I contacted iTunes who advised that these purchases which amount to over € 200.00 would not be refundable so I advised that I wanted my card removed from the system. This was done but now iTunes are demanding payments from me for pending payments that I have not authorized or received which they claim was given as credit - this is a lie!

I would like a resolution to my initial query for unauthorized debits taken from my debit card and these pending payments removed

iTunes I requested a refund for a mistaken purchase

I accidentially purchased a 12 mth subscription to Headspace via their app on my mob phone I have requested a refund and I cancelled the subscription immediatlly as i did not wish to purchase this item, Itunes have refused to provide me with a refund . I think this is extremly unfair I have not used the product and requested the refund as soon as I could/ with in a few hours after i worked out how to request the refund.

iTunes taking money from my debit account

I have not authorised payment from my acount and want this to stop immediately.
my nams is Kerry Shopland. you are regulary taking money from my debit account and I wish this to stop so please cancel what every you need to do but Icant as I'm not in UK and need my card this is not fair as I dont have a clue what you are even charging me for.

In the last 3 days I have have neraly £60 taken from my account for no reason please get this stopped and I want the payments refund from the last month.

iTunes calm

I have tried repeatedly to cancel calm, an app that I got through itunes. But after I follow the instructions sent to me by their helpline to cancel via my iphone I get as far as the "subscriptions" where I am supposed to have a cancel option. But there is no cancel option! There are only prices for monthly or yearly subscriptions. I want out. I want to cancel.

I have tried to cancel Headspace for weeks now. I followed the instructions sent to me in order to cancel my "free" iTunes Headspace seven-day subscription . But whenI get to the "Subscriptions" there is no CANCEL option. There are only options for monthly or yearly subscriptions. This is a scam!

iTunes unauthorised transaction from my credit card

There has been unauthorized transactions in favour of itunes without my approval of transactions. The amount has been deducted from month may 2018 to till date from my credit card with hdfc bank limited india. I didn't purchase any thing. No invoice or purchase communication was sent on my registered mobile number or email id. This serious fraud was committed in connivance with bank without any purchases payment was deducted without cvv, password or otp. The list of all unauthorized transactions are enclosed. If the amount of rs. Is not reversed within 7 days, i shall be compelled to lodge criminal and civil suits in india and usa and shall also claim huge amount of compensation for mental harassment, use of my world renowned regalia credit card and using my fund for 4 months.

iTunes unauthorised charges

There have been multiple charges taken from my bank account for purchases I have not made. For over 8 months I have tried to discuss this with the call centre. Each time I am fobbed off with excuse after excuse. It is a very large sum of money and I would like to know how to have this money refunded. Numerous emails have gone unanswered and I am becoming more and more anxious about this. I have recently become unemployed and cannot afford to let this issue go unsolved.

iTunes unauthorized debil from my credit card

On 13 Sep 2018 my credit card was charged INR 4099 (Indian Rupees) and the message stated it to be towards iTunes.com/Bill. On my iPhone the payment option was set to "None" but not sure how it was still charged. I request you to reverse the amount and credit back to my credit card. I do not wish to go ahead with this subscription / purchase.
I have been trying to reach the customer support but nothing works - this is quite surprising with a company like Apple. It always throws an error when tried to reach "Contact Apple Support" with the option "Billing and Subscriptions". The error is "We're Sorry - We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again or come back later"

iTunes security

For the very first time ever I have had my credit card fraudulently used. It occurred after I had had a number of emails from you to say that my account needed updating - I was reluctant to put a credit card on the form but it would not allow anything else. So I finally did and low and behold - 3 attempts - one possibly successful - in putting fraudulent purchases on my card. This has been a real inconvenience- cancelling my card etc and now awaiting to know all was declined. Really fed up. Nothing wrong with my security - so can only think that there is something attached to these emails you send to me.
All a huge hassle.

iTunes unauthorized charges for a subscription

My itunes account was charged $43.19 Jan 20, 2018, Feb 20, 2018, March 20, 2018, April 20, 2018, and May 21, 2018.

Itunes recovered the April 20th and May 21 unauthorized charges. I want my money back as I never ordered or used your service. I don't know how you gained access to my account. Ive had a boyfriend since Jan 2018 and never subscribed to your service.

Your company owes me $129.57 and I want to be reimbursed ASAP. Please advise on the fastest way you will handle this dispute.

yesterday i was busy working and when i check my phone i realize that i miss my the delivery so i call the customer service but no answer for like 30 to 20 calls later i tried to rearrange the delivery but still no answers from them

I've had this problem previously with the banker at the ofallon location, Ashley. shes always rude to me, never answers my questions, and she just isn't ever helpful and makes rude remarks and makes you feel stupid. in my opinion, she should never work within customer service.

My phone won't let me download or update any FREE apps on my phone unless I put my card details in so in order to use the phone I did that! I had to take my card details off Because iTunes took £9.99 out of my account when as far as I'm aware I've brought nothing! I put them back on as I was not able to use my phone otherwise and iTunes have taken two payments of £9.99 out on the 14/07/2018 I have not brought nothing again ! I would like to know why money has disappeared from my account I want it to stop and I want my money refunded ! I have a baby on the way due in October and can't have random money disappearing for no reason it deserves to be spent on my child and not into your pockets ! With all due respect unless I receive better service then this I'm going to switch my family from Apple to android because I hear nothing like this happening with them! iTunes redemption of card

In January I had bought 2-$50.00 iTune cards which were already cashed although I had maintained possession at all times...see Case # [protected].
Now it has happened again with a $100.00 card, I bought 6 cards at Walmart and all work fine except # X2W3K97TGJ3L84WG9.
You to do anything to reimburse my loss the first time and now it has happened again. If you will not correct this matter and locate how this is happening at the same Walmart both times, I am going to report this to the NYS Attorney General's Office of Fraud.
I purchased these cards for my fiance and sent photos of the cards to him directly by internet messenger. I am sure he didn't use it and the card never left me.
I also plan on putting a notice on Facebook warning others of this loss of funds due to your refusal to investigate further how this is occurring and correcting the problem.

iTunes itunes not letting me make a purchase

Hello
I specifically purchased an ipad to use it for foreflight app used by pilots for navigation.

But after purchasing this stupid Ipad I cant buy the subscription of the app as everytime I try to it gives the same error Your purchase could not be completed contact apple itunes.

I have been calling them and emailing everyday and get same reply saying try now it should work.
Well nothing works...

They escalated issue and now themself doesnt know what the issue is.

My wife gave me an iTunes gift card for $299 just to get the foreflight subscription and now its stuck.

One stupid piece of garbage.. I never had this issue with android but this app had to be exclusively with this garbage

iTunes igg lords mobile game

I have played Lords Mobilr a year or so. I have purchased many packs and have been ripped off with each pack.

They put what you are supposed to get in their mall- and I have not had one single pack that gave what I paid for.

They do not give the drop rates of packs. Which is against iTunes policy. Furthermore, they promise items that never come. Like each pack gives a Legendary item. No Legendary item ever appears.

I have been ripped off with thousands and thousands of pounds. I am ex army officer, disabled war veteran. Classed as a vulnerable adult and disabled.

I'd like all my money back for every pack that did not give the Legendary item. Or legendary hero that was promised and Is what I paid for.

Also, they give an unfair advantage to chinese. Chinese players get free packs and pay a pittance of what other countries pay. The game is biased so that Chinese win.

I'd like all my money refunded and suggest that iTunes look into such a company ripping off people and trading in contrary to the rules laid out in iTunes.

I have noticed that you are billing me 79 pence each month.
I do not have an Iphone, neither an ipad and have not purchased anything from itunes. I do not have an account.
Please advise how you will stop these payments and how I can be reimbursed for all the money you have illegally taken.
My bank account is with Nationwide in Marlow, Bucks.
The last payment that you took was on 1st March 2018 for 79 pence.

bought store family dollar without off scratch it find out its someone had it lost money nothing on card scam. I am deaf and how get refund cause call you cant only text my cell phone. wish show card gift of iTunes. cant believe try give warm home for my friends that friend told there are redeem. they told her give me back why that nothing card on not right I paid that 100.00 gone someone used scam card. what do I doing.

I am beyond angry with itunes. They permantly shut down my credit card for payments on an issue that was resolved by my bank over 3 months ago. Then they threaten me to shut down my account permanently if i filed another dispute ever again!
you take money without customers authority and then yoh make threats?
how dare you!
they wont even credit!

iTunes itunes update

I received an iTunes update that started automatically on Thanksgiving Day. This update locked up my phone and caused it to glitch. I had to factory restart it and lost everything. I am still working on repairing this result and will continue to do so for may weeks to come. I do not have access t my phone yet do to this. My Mother-In-Law passed away on Thanksgiving morning at 5:00 am. I have not had access to my phone up to this time 10:32 pm central time on 11/24. This is the most frustrating program I have yet to work with. I do not appreciate shoddy updates that glitch my phone and my computer with a forced and complete loss of data. As a reputable company, I would have to trust that you are compensating your customers I some way with the result of this poor glitching update. If you need to verify that I truly did lose a loved one on 11/23/17 you may get that information by looking up my last name and recent deaths. iTunes unauthorised credit card charges

I have had iTunes take out 125 dollars on the 18th of October 2017, out of my credit card account and more throughout the last previous months. I have had no approval emails to approve this. I only began to take notice, when I received my last statement having taken out that large amount. I refuse to be paying this amount of money and am expecting to get my money back and be refunded that 125 dollars that I have not agreed to paying. ANZ are looking into this issue further also, but I am expecting to be refunded my money.
