We are a Abu Dhabi based trading company and had placed an order on June 08th, 2022 with ITT Controls, details below:

Subsequently, we have received a proforma invoice in the name of Controls Supply Chain and made 100% advance payment towards the order by TT to their account with ABN AMRO on 17th June, 2022, a total of EURO 4050. When we are following up for the delivery, we have been informed that ITT Controls no longer exist with effect from 13.07.2022. We have been calling up on the number provided on the website (+31 [protected]) but no response received.

We placed an order with ITT Controls B.V. in Netherlands for Rombach Relief Valve Spare Parts at 16 March, 2022 and payment has been successfully transferred to them on 23 Mar, 2022. We were told that this is ex-stock item. Even until now still haven't received anything from them but only some rude replies!

The worst company to deal with in the world. We sent them an RFQ and no answer for 5 days, so we sent a reminder reading " A kind Reminder" with the original RFQ, we received an email reading " You communicate like a [censored]" end of the email.
This unprofessional behavior does reflect the reality of this company. I advise people to no conduct any business with them. We are buyers! treat us as or close your business and join an anger management club to deal with your issues.
I will be calling the supervisor and seek that this rude, unprofessional worker gets fired.

When I say " them" I mean it is probably just one person pretending to be different people, to scam you.

Problem is, is that their website looks uber professional and so many people have fallen for their schtick.

E-mail communication is strange, no signature on the e-mail, sometimes they use Paul, sometimes is Wendy.
They are rude, and don´t seem to really speak english as a first or second language and have ZERO knowledge about the materials they pretend to sell.
I am actually one of the lucky ones. Their demeanor via e-mail set all types of red flags and alarms so I went searching online to try and find other ways of contact and then I found this website with all these complaints.

After reading all the messages I am so happy I got a crappy treatment via e-mail, because the materiais they pretend to sell are usually very VERY expensive.

I hope people are as lucky as I was.

According to the offer from December 8th 2020, they gave the delivery time 4 weeks. We placed the order and made payment (8K euros) in the option on December 28th 2020, and they changed the delivery time to 8 weeks,
which is twice as long as the initial deadline.
According to that deadline, the delivery was supposed to be in the worst case by the end of February 2021, which of course did not happen.
After that they changed delivery date to the 2nd week of March, which also did not happen. Then every week they indicate that the package will be ready next week.
Finally they delivered us totally different regulator in week 17 after from the date of our purchase order and payment.

The reason for our request for the return and refund is that we asked strictly for the original JEAVONS REGULATOR J123LG and what you allegedly offered us, and in the end you delivered us REGULATOR from another manufacturer without any technical data on it, and with only the manufacturer sign on it, which obviously is not JEAVONS, but instead SENSUS, that can be seen on photos attached.
There is also no paper - certificate that should accompany the product with the serial number.
Attached you are photos of existing regulator with plate in factory plant (yellow), and also the one with no plate at all (grey) that ITT Controls delivered us!

Unprofessional, rude, crooked company. "wendy" is unprofessional at best and participating in dirty business at worst. They will require prepayment, they will not keep you updated on order status, when you inquire about your order they will become aggressive in the way that individuals with low intelligence always do.in the end you will receive equipment that in no way resembles what you ordered if you receive any goods at all.
Avoid these scammers and save your money.

We placed an order with ITT Controls B.V. in Netherlands for Position Transmitters January 17, 2020. We were told that the lead time is 6 weeks. When we contacted after 6 weeks, the lead time increased to another 2 weeks, and later for another 2 weeks until COVID-19 started. After COVID-19 started, they again delayed the order stating COVID-19 as the reason. Even after Netherlands started functioning we still haven't received any word from them other occasional replies to the email in a rude manner.

Their first reply to my email:

"WHAT A STUPID QUESTION !

READ OUR TERMS AND LEAD TIME FOR ONCE"

We had already paid them in advance and now we are not hearing back from them. They do not add the name and contact number in the signature nor you can find it anywhere so it is impossible to talk to them.

To whom it may concern,
I am shocked by the unprofessional communication between my team and the person without mail signature responding on behalf of ITT Controls, per contact@ittcontrols.com
The mail correspondence is quite frankly unacceptable and in poor taste, which leaves a very bitter taste in the mouths of both my team, and the Management of my company respectively.
I have the evidence in the mail that has been forthcoming from this ITT Controls address, which includes swearing, in writing! Shocking, and unprofessional!
I eagerly await a formal response, and I seek to deal with this matter with the Senior Management of ITT Controls. If this is the manner in which your company chooses to engage with Khusheim, then I am certain that this is an acceptable and condoned means of dealing with all clients. That being the case, I shall advise my team to avoid any further business negotiations with ITT Controls.

I placed an order about 9 months ago. A person e-mails under the name Wendy, but when I call number an old man with poor English starts stuttering and vibrates on the phone. I do not understand anything at all. There are a lot of typing and language errors in the correspondence. After we paid we did not hear anything anymore. And since last week we have asked for credit and we have been able to buy our stuff elsewhere and now we have asked for our money. And immediately within a week there was a letter from the lawyer on the floor and all threats and lies.
- [] I have done some research myself. Their conditions are nothing even legally valid. They are scammers. I really think it's a one-man office. They are fraudsters scammers and just madmen. The gentleman I had on the phone did not even know what he was selling. No knowledge of things at all, but ask the main prize and charge mega amounts. Then do not fulfill any agreement and then also keep one of our monies and deliver goods and also in a procedure forced and unintentionally end up. I'm sorry I ever ordered something here. Really this case must close. The Netherlands must be ashamed of allowing such companies to exist. This case must be closed. This man must be locked and locked. He just deserves a prison sentence for everything he does to innocent people! Order nothing here ! They are scammers. Nothing they promise on their website is true. Everything has been lied. Is only lying and cheating.

Beware this company is a scammer.
Never never pay in advance. You will not receive your orders. And if you only get it after a year, it is not good.
We are in India.
And as soon as ITT Controls BV has received money, you will not hear anything anymore.
When you ask for your ordered goods or products, you will suddenly receive a letter from his lawyer stating that you have been charged. They are an international scammer.
Please be warned. Do not do business with this company.

Maybe your Website needs updating so that it doesn't give false hope to any potential customers!

I had an enquiry from my customer and searched and found ITT Controls for Krom Schroder valve and actuator. With limited detail from my customer I was expecting help from ITT, What a joke!
The telephone number rings and rings, never answered, ever!
I explained after sending several emails that I wanted to speak to someone to discuss to avoid any problems, backed up via email of course. They eventually rung me and were curt and abrupt to say the least. When I explained that the telephone number was never answered I was told, YES it was several times, talking over me at the time and telling me I was wrong.
Further emails and request for help resulted in the following unprofessional and rude email...
"Hi, I think it is very clear.
Perhaps companies like yours, should not try to sell products without any knowhow."

I have never had such a rude and unprofessional encounter. The order I had in hand was for 10k Euro, but I'll be speaking to my customer in the morning and cancelling this as I will NOT be placing ANY business their way now or in the future.

I wish I had read these complaints prior to contacting and could've saved my self a lot of grief and unnecessary work. I urge anyone who may think of dealing with them to definitely reconsider...

We have received offer from itt in june last year. Just because of lead time they have offered. We decided to use their proposal. Our client bp, was asking for the best delivery of valve. We have been awarded with order and sent our po to itt who asked for prepayment (16k eur). We paid next day and later on starting to chase our order and were informed that lead time has changed from 8 weeks to 35 weeks and cannot be improved. Very poor and rude responses from sales who even do not mentioned his name when reply. 1 year passed since order was placed with this supplier and nothing ready yet. When my sale specialist was trying to check regarding certificates and ask him several questions, his response shocked all our team, see below!

After I tried to contact their manager (I had no idea that there is one man only in company), and mentioned that I will report this incident, I received another rude response which is beyond all business ethics

Such companies shouldn't exist in oil& gas business. Please start investigation and take legal action against itt controls...

We placed an order with ITT Controls BV based on their quotation [protected] for the items stated above on 20.10 2017. The items were requested for our customer in Turkey namely TPAO. Based on the order terms we paid 23800.00 Euro on 20.10.2017 against their invoice [protected] as advance payment. During the pick-up and shipping period, we experienced a non-cooperative approach from ITT Controls.
After receipt of the goods by the enduser, they found to be not compliance with the technical requirement and they will have to be returned. The pictures sent by enduser are attached. When we advised the same to ITT Controls, they reacted aggressively stating that the goods are in compliance with the requirement and the goods are brand new. When we tried to explain the situation to ITT Controls we always received replies in an unprofessional way. Whe we got the final reply as "case closed". We require a refund since enduser requires the same from us. Pictures are attached. The gold painted ones are supplied by ITT Controls BV.
We also have an office in Ankara Turkey. Website is www.atikol.com. Please advise if you need additional documents.

ITT controls have sent to us an offer for ASCO valves, so we have awarded a PO with a governmental company, when we send ITT Controls our invoice while we still in the validity period, they sent us the below phrase "The quoted prices are €575 and €475, but the factory prices are €975 for both models"

this email was sent to us just after transferred to then the 100% amount of 7000 EUR order.
