My husband and I paid Its the Wow $999 for three all-Inclusive 5-day, 4-night vacations. The purchase was made in April 2017 and the offer was good for 3 & 1/2 years. We're just getting ready to use the Vacations but all of the phone numbers and email addresses are out of service. I don't know how to get my money back. Can anyone make a suggestion on that?

Evelyn merino.

Due to you all not being willing to accomodate me with the services of the three vacations to: jamaica and cancun for $250.00 and dreamvacationweek for $100.00 without a good cause, I am still requesting my refund in the total amount of $350.00. you all are trying to take advantage of me because you all have proven that you all are racist and misjudgemental by thinking I am not worth excellent customer services and/or my refund.

I am reaching out to you after never receiving a contact from you on the website where I made the complaints nor have I heard from you through my email or a personal phone call... on top of that, all of your csr are rude and are speaking besides the logical evidence (being rude and insulting) instead of communicating with me correctly. maybe you did not want to respond on the complaint website, because you know that all that I said of your company is true and you don't want to speak to me professionally without having an overall motive that is wrong, so I have not spoken to you. it's is not doing any good to speak with your reps. therefore, I am reaching out to as to kindly request me my refund of $350.00.

I do not want to talk to your customer services representatives. I have requested to speak with you, but I have not been able to speak with you, but I was told that it's the wow will not be refunding me any of my money based upon a dreamvacation week, which I only spent $100.00 on. it's the wow is claiming that am not due a refund for any portions of the vacation packet, because your company sold me a dream vaction week certificate that I have proof belongs to someone else named sharon and even dreamvacationweek is the one that brought it to my attention when I speaking with them disputing the problem with the transaction of me purchasing the vacation which is not my fault. yes, your csr who goes by the name of michael also let me know that after you all that has went wrong with you all not being able to book me for you all will not be giving me a refund.

It's the wow owes is a fraudulant company who already knows that you are running your company void of professionalism and ethics with the primary goal to get money without any intentions of opperating from a legitimate standpoint, so it's all premeditated that no matter what, you are not giving the majority of the people their refunds if something goes wrong with the vacation. as you know, several things were going wrong with the vacation before I tried to book either of them. for instance, the dreamvacationweek certificate let me know it had already been redeemed three different times and micheal claimed to had fixed the problem, but dream vacation week said that it was sold to a different customer (sharon) prior to me and the transaction failed because dreamvacationweek put it on hold, because the information was not matching up and they wanted to verify it because my address was not matching up with sharon's adress. therefore, that is between it's the wow and dreamvacationweek and not because I am not technology saavy. I am a professor with two degrees and I teach on the college level online. therefore, micheals is wrong when he boldly states I did not know how to book the vacation. the only proof that anyone was wronged was when you all were being crooks and sold me a certificate that was already redeemed and had to be forced reactivated three times by micheal because your system understands that it had already been redeemed. but you all are coming up with all sorts of stories when the problems were with you all from the beginning. michael got tired of stalling me and said "you" had already decided from the beginning that you were not going to give me my money back (w/o a legitimate cause), especially due to the fact that you all are not opperating according to the terms stated during the purchase, because the terms did not tell me that I would have all of this trouble with it's the wow such as, not being able to book for jamaica or being sold an "already redeemed" certificate that malfunctions and dreamvacationweek already let me know about you all as well as my caribbean fun vacations along with all of the other people complaining in mexico.

I don't care about you and micheal showing your true colors and being rude and racist and ruthless by continuing to treat your so-called customers rude because you are seeming to get away with it so far... well, I am going to pray to god that he shuts you down with a greater fall than "my fun caribbean vacations" has ever experienced. so, again, I am kindly asking you to refund me my $350.00, which includes $250.00 for the jamaica trip (that you all sold me knowing that you would not be able to book it for me before I tried to book it in may 2021) and cancun trip and $100.00 for the dreamvacationweek certificate that was already redeemed before you sold it to me (and I have proof of it from "the dream vacation week customer relations management team.

I have purchased a vacation package online through my primary bank and it has been verified and without any complications at all and I am satisfied, but it is a shame that I had to choose those options, because you all were not doing business right. your main motive is to get your hands on the customer's money and not give it back when you already know your motive and goals while you are claiming to do business with them all (including me). you are giving refunds to ones that you think may be able to bring your business to a close. you are racist and you think I am a"push-over"because I am african american. none of rudeness from the csr's or you avoiding me and not wanting to give me a refund due to you not even operating according to legal terms and being fraud away from the eye's and ears of the public, which is why you will not reach out to me on the complaint's webste and has michael flunking for you when you all are the same and I am glad you are done with prentending to be nice. none of it matters. just refund me my money! you are so-called out of the office, but if you are such a professional women with good ethics, stop making up petty excuses as you go since I don't want to travel to the other countries being that you are unable to go to jamaica because you can't book me for it and because you sold me an"already redeemed dream week certificate", which is not my fault and I will not fill guilty for. please refund me my refund of $350.00!

Do not have michael or anyone calling me. speak for yourself coward, because no matter what you say, you don't care as long as you can convince people to buy so called vacations from you all. I don't even see any good reviews for it's the wow.

Caribbean Fun Vacation scammed me out of $595. Booked resort ("Dream Week") got confirmation, then one month before arrival they said reservation is cancelled-been trying to refund for 6 months. Now they don't reply to my email or phone calls. Without me knowing the reservation was book thru Top Holiday 4U--they are a scam also.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CARIBBEAN FUN VACATIONS OR TOP HOLIDAY 4U!

IT'S THE WOW is a illegitimate, because it is evident that the uncredited company is barely rising off of their rival company MY FUN CARIBBEAN VACATIONS after hacking their data base and stealing detailed information of hundreds of their customers. IT'S THE WOW is using the information to contact the former customers, telling them that they are the rescue/take over team that is going to provide excellent customer services to all disatisfied customers who has lost their vacations and funds due to poor customer services rendered by MY FUN CARRIBEAN VACATIONS. However, they are not trying to provide continuing services by making sure former MY FUN CARIBBEAN VACATIONS get their money's worth by just making sure the customers can actually book their vacations for the money they have spent in the past with MY FUN CARIBBEAN VACATIONS (which is their hook line to bait the former customers in). Instead, they try to sell a vacation package after using their criticizing tactic against MY FUN CARIBBEAN VACATIONS. But if after they were able to persuade the former customers of MY FUN CARIBBEAN VACATIONS to actually buy a vacation package, the customers will not be able to book the vacations afterwards.

Along with me personal experiences, I also see all of the reviews from the other upset IT'S THE WOW customers stating that when the former customers of MY FUN CARIBBEAN VACATIONS contacts IT'S THE WOW after the number of mishaps that they will experience, they will play rude mind games with the customer, say they will have their legal department contact the customer and give them a false number, but refuse to transfer the customer or say that department is closed. I HAVE EMAILS THAT I CAN ALSO PRESENT TO YOU EVELYN AND MY BANK WHERE MY CARIBBEAN FUN VACATIONS IS ALSO WARNING THAT: When the strange activities start happening that will result in only lost funds without a vacation, IT'S THE WOW will not contact that particular customer and that customer will not be able to contact them... After having money tied up with DREAMVACATIONWEEK, I am not about to attempt to make reservations for anymore vacations and I am not waiting to travel to Jamaica. I WANT MY ENTIRE REFUND OF $350.00 BACK. I OBVIOUSLY CANNOT TRUST IT'S THE WOW AND IT IS A HASSLE.

I AM ALSO CONTACTING A CONTACT REQUEST PERSONALLY FROM EVELYN MARINNO AS I WILL GREATLY APPRECIATE IT. MEANWHILE, PLEASE SEND MY MONEY BACK TO MY ACCOUNT AND LET'S BREAK TIES ON OUR BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP. I DON'T WANT TO SPEAK TO ANYMORE CONDESENDING CUSTOMER SERVICES REPS THAT CANNOT HELP ME, WHICH IS WHY I AM CONTACTING YOU DIRECTLY.

Good evening Evelyn Merinno.

I was initially a customer of MY FUN CARIBBEAN VACATION since 02-2018. However, due to multiple experiences in 2019 and 2020 (after I purchased the vacation package) which resulted in me not being granted the opportunity to travel for some odd and unethical reasons on behalf of MY FUN CARIBBEAN VACATION, I am no longer their customer. In fact, I had not even thought of them after my bank collected a refund from them on my behalf in 2020. Then I was suddenly being contacted numerous times by IT'S THE WOW via email and phone calls since the very beginning of January 2021 until I finally decided to purchase a vacation package on April 1, 2021. Later I experienced not being able to access my dream vacation week certificate three times as a message in red writing stating (see photos as follows that shows show the message from DreamVacationWeek that says the certificate has already been redeemed)... Each time, I contacted IT'S THE WOW, they re-resent the link with the same certificate #, of which I have emails to show proof. Over the course of the the month I have been viewing the different resorts in Orlando (in or dot choose one to take my niece and two nephews to stay at in order to go to Universal Studios), I was suprisingly contacted by MY FUN CARIBBEAN VACATION via two different emails. MY FUN CARIBBEAN VACATION was letting me and a mass of other former customers know that IT'S THE WOW has hacked their data base and stole hundreds and hundreds of their customers detailed information (which explains how they knew exactly everything about my customer relations with CARIBBEAN VACATIONS) and they went on to tell me everything in detail. I know MY CARIBBEAN FUN VACATION by experience which is not good for the most part, which is why they are in the situation that they are in now, but I kept the emails and have spoken to a few new people who have contacted me to warn me of IT'S THE WOW. However, I said nothing to IT'S THE WOW until I experienced lost funds after I tried to finally book reservations in Kissimmee, Florida, which resulted in $431.17 of my funds being lost for four days while DREAMVACATIONWEEK and IT'S THE WOW were very rude, nonchanlant, slack, unprofessional, disconnecting from me, and professional as a whole when I asked why were my funds collected without a complete confirmation of reservations for the vacation. In doing so, DREAMVACATIONWHEEK CUSTOMER RELATIONS TEAM disclose to me that the experation date on the certificate belonged to a lady by the name of Sharon (but did not disclose the last name for professional, ethical, and confidential reasons and let me know that the certificate expiration date was actually 08/07/2022 instead of the date of 07/08/2022, which is stated on my copy of the certificate and they told me to contact IT'S THE WOW, because they do not have anything to do with the certificate already being sold to whoever Sharon, because when third party companies get the vacation certificates from them, they are not yet owned until 3rd partys like IT'S THE WOW sales them to customers like me. Meanwhile, my bank has been disputing the charges, because the funds were supposed to be back in my acount of the 2nd of June. Nevertheless, I will fault the two companies for one another's faults, but for these reasons of a overall bad experiences that have my funds tied up (because it was left up to me, every would just be going perfect, because I want to enjoy life and not experience grief at the hands of poor customer services and fraudulence), I a firmly and kindly suggesting a refund in full for $350.00 for entire vacation package, because after I purchased the package, IT'S THE WOW HAS JUST BEEN VERY UNCONCERNED, NONCHALANT, AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I also tried to book for the trip to Sunscape Splash, Montigo Bay in Jamaica and have learned from IT'S THE WOW that it is impossible for me to book the trip and they can't tell me when I can book the trip and said it will not be anytime soon, but they did not disclose it to me when I said that is the main reason why I wanted to purchase the package, which is very misleading and is not benefiting me as a customer who has made plans to use all of the three vacations this summer.

I am glad that I was directed to this website by the BBB, because the customer representatives at IT'S THE WOW giving some really strange and wrong feedback when I ask to speak to someone in charge over them at an executive-like position and even gae me this number saying it was the number-[protected] to the legal team at IT'S THE WOW and the number seemed very unrelated, because it asked me for an access code and I just think it was done to get me off of the phone. I is weird how IT'S THE WOW continued call and email me to purchase these vacations with a good attitude except for bashing MY CARIBBEAN VACATIONS as a tactic until I actually purchased the vacations.

Customer Services has really became unethical after the truth of customer relations has unraveled, because they could not address any of my expectations or their terms, because if so, I would be booked for Jamaica (not interested in any other countries to travel to at the moment) and my Dream Vacation Week in Orlando, FL. My neice and two nephews are so upset, because the last resort of their choice (w/ a water park) that is suitable for what my sister will allow as far as preventing the travel dates to interfere with their schooling is now taken since this big fiasco was not resolved in a timely manner with IT'S THE WOW (who says they are not responsible for the mix up that even makes you all look suspect) and customer relations at DREAM WEEK VACATION. However, DREAM WEEK VACATION says IT'S THE WOW is responsible for who they sale their dream vacation weeks to as far as not allowing the customers certificates and inspiration dates get mixed up. Both companies are only about making money, but not providing customer services and resolving issues. Therefore, I am not giving my banking info anymore in ordert to prevent my money from being on hold and bending without proof of a reservation confirmation. Therefore, I expect my refund back in my account on today.

I will appreciate it.

Sincerely, Leah Golden

Ms. Evelyn..Thank you for the reply & hopefully a concomitant one year extension to the first destination, as mentioned. However, I have yet to receive any of this in writing via my email you have on file. I will also review all strings of prior emails since I only recall being granted ONE prior extension...which was done by Mariana after disasters from Hurricanes. I also would like for you to include in the email all the specifics regarding the second destination since honoring Punta cana was an issue for you. I pray COVID-19 or some other natural disaster will not interfere with bringing this long overdue travel package to fruition...Gwen

It is so deja vue to read each comment as I too have been encountering the same with this company. I purchased an all inclusive package for two destinations: Costa Rico and Punta cana. I could not honor the first destination secondary to Hurricane disaster hence had to request an extension. This was eventually granted by someone name Mariana only after having to threaten them several time after no replies from Michael Sorano and for having a non-working number. Mariana, claiming to be a manager) also informed me that they could no longer honor the Punta Cana resort package secondary to Hurricane damages. However, she never offered me another destination abroad. Sadly, because of the COVID-19 situation, I am unable to travel abroad hence Southwest Airline cancelled my reservation to Costa Rico recently. I emailed Mariana again last week to request another extension. She had some one name Jessie Roberts to call me on yesterday 04-29-2020 from a [protected] New York Exchange instead. He tried to charge me $100 to grant me an extension. I refused and ask him to put that in writing so I could have the Mexican Consulate investigate. He called again a few minutes later and tried to get me to pay the $199.00 hotel reservation and tax fees up front as per Mariana's request. I again refused and informed him I would be having them investigated for Deception with intent to fraud. About five minute later a lady claimed to be Mariana called and spoke with my receptionist. She tried to give me as six month extension with the agreement that I had to have a booked reservation no later than then. My receptionist stated she would relay the message and asked for a contact number where I could return a call to Mariana. Mariana then told her that since itsthewow only has one telephone line, for me to email her and she would call me in return. I refused to continue this fiasco hence the basis for googling their review and running across these strings o dialogues. Yes...they definitely appear to be scammers. I also suspect Evelyn Merino and Mariana is the same person and most likely are fictitious names...Gwen...gewblessed2@yahoomail.com

Hey guys, I purchased a vacation package from them a while back in 2017. Me and my husband already had travelled to cancun and stayed at the Villas del PalMar, we had an amazing experience. I also had the same dilema with the numbers being down and not really able to get a hold of anyone. A representative gave my husband a call and we became a little irrate with the situation. They gave us an explanation on the issue and it had to do with management changes and I.T. dept, thats why numbers were down. They are calling back their customers back to provide contact information. They gave me a Folio number to follow up and we just booked our second trip to Orlando. we will be arriving at the West Gate resorts in November 2nd. If you guys have a similar situation you can contact them at the 1 8 6 6 9 2 1 7 5 2 5

They are a SCAM! It's a marketing scam. They called my cell phone with a recorded msg saying as a valued Hilton customer (which I am not) that "Congratulations!" I was eligible for something or another. Waited for representative to answer and asked to be removed from call list and she hung up on me. They called again a week later from a different number and this time I pretended to be a confused elderly lady and managed to get to the second tier representative who's first question was "How old are you?" I acted confused and asked if I were talking to Hilton Hotels and he stated they were a marketing company but they were working for Hilton. I then went back to my regular voice and stated since they ignored my initial request to remove my contact info I would be reporting them to the FTC, which I did!. As what appears to be their usual course of action the rep hurriedly hung up on me before I was finished talking.

Anyone who calls you without knowing your basic information (i.e., they call you but then ask for your name) is a scammer. Please never give out ANY information to/from unsolicited callers and more importantly never send money in advance especially without doing your due diligence.

I received a phone call from them last week from someone named Alejandro and the caller ID said "Holiday Inn Express." This individual was reminding me that I have one year left to book the 3 vacation packages that I paid for in 2017, and then of course solicited me for an additional $199 to extend the booking period. I did not do that, but left off with the agent that I'd call customer service the following day to book at least two of my trips. I have been trying to do so for the past 5 business days, and like others I am quickly realizing this is a SCAM. Numbers go nowhere, contact form on the website times out. I am disputing the original charge with Barclays, who is investigating, as well as contacting the appropriate authorities. Everyone else who has a similar horror story, please feel free to contact me at jcblabber@gmail.com. My attorney is also involved and we likely can pool our efforts/resources together. These scumbags will not get away with this.

That's great! I have been trying to call you at the numbers listed and it's mostly "disconnected" 4 out of 5 times. When I finally get through to someone named Ruben, they are very reluctant to put me in touch with you. I was then told by someone named Michael that refunds are simply not possible. Again, it's painfully obvious what nonsensical scam you're pulling. I guess i'm gonna have to be inconvenienced to the point of bringing action - at which point I am going scorched earth and organizing ALL the other people you've scammed.

Also had the pleasure of speaking with Justin Smith who also told me refunds aren't possible and called me a liar when I mentioned that Eva Merinno personally, in writing, assured me a refund herein. Most people may just get downtrodden and let you guys get away with this, however I am not most people. Watch what happens now.

I just spent an hour after receiving a local call (my area code), as they're based in Florida. After purchasing a groupon, before submitting any card info I looked into reviews for this company. Praise God for all of your reviews. I didn't go further and "Jamie Smith, " as nice as she seemed was annoyed, and abruptly got ended the call. How did things work out for you Evelyn?

I just called "Caribetodoincluido.com", which seems to be the new name, partner or new owner of It's the WOW and was able to talk to a person to book my next vacation (had already purchased a package for 3 vacations in 2016 and used one of the them successfully in 2017). They are investigating availability in the hotels and supposedly will call me back to complete the reservation. Call this number in Mexico: +[protected] and ask to be transferred to the It's the WOW reservations department with somebody who speaks english. If you have a friend or family who speaks Spanish tell them to call on your behalf as the first person you will talk to only speaks Spanish. I hope they help me and you as well, otherwise I am not sure where to go because their phone numbers in the US and email address do not work.

Hi Everyone - good news, someone from It's the wow called me today! They said they went out of business and then someone bought the company and they are all back. So if they don't call you, you should be able to call [protected], leave a message. They called me back in 20 minutes. I had filled out their contact form last night and someone had called us back today originally.

We purchased in 2016 and used 1 of the 3 vacations in 2017. It was great, all inclusive in Cabo. We want to use our second and will be booking as soon as we can in case they go dark again!

Just an update - I had 3 calls with them where they tried to upsell what I already bought to Dreamweek and/or luxury all inclusive packages. I told them no and said I wanted to book my second vacation. My emails are being returned again and they've gone dark, not returning any calls. Currently not able to book.

We purchased a package from them in 2016, and traveled on 2017. It went great, so when they called earlier this week with another killer deal, I went for it again. Now I'm having the same problems as others. Can't get a hold of them by phone or email. Last night their web page went down. They now seem to be associated with caribetodoincluido...

I’ve experienced the same thing. It’s the wow vacations changed there name save n vacation. I payed $799 for 3 vacations now they fell off the earth. I did some research and found them under a different name. Same comps same MO, I’m planning to contact the FBI and providing with information on the multi million dollar scam. You should do the same. The more info they have on how this company operate the easier it might be to stop them.
