I saw an ad on TV for IT Cosmetics that you could get an introductory kit for just $ 39.95! What an awesome deal, I thought! Imagine my surprise when my card was charged $ 49.24. I called customer service and was even more surprised to be told that I had been charged tax on the total amount of $119.85, that I was going to be billed in 3 installments of $ 39.95! I told them to cancel the order. They said it had already been shipped and I would have to pay to return it, it should be insured, blah, blah, blah. Always read the small print and "if it seems too good to be true, IT PROBABLY IS"!
I love the coverage BUT the SPF in the cc coverage sucks it irritates my eyes an then as day goes on my face is also irritated Love their other products love their mascara BUT I would like the cc creams not to have SPF I am sure I am not the only one . Thank you for letting me express my opinion surely I am not the only one
There is NO way to cancel this junk!
If you write they insist that you call.
If you call they loose the documentation that you called!

Just had your same situation. I guess truth in advertisement is out the window along with everything else we trusted. Their commercials are totally false as to the effectiveness of the product and are unethical because of the cost and payment agreements they do not clearly expose.
