Purchased Lotus by Issey Miyake at Morocco duty free. No tester available on opening very little smell which goes off after secs. I paid 53 Euros Inc 10% voucher. I have emailed Issey 3 times and telephoned no response!
I would like a refund or some response from I'M
Item purchased Tues 21st March and paid in cash in Sterling and received my change in Euros.
It was 10.30 am in the Departure Lounge.
I have tried without result to contact Issey miyake via phone and emails and have not received a reply!

You can go through their website to contacts but they won't do anything, they will ask for a receipt of purchase to confirm you purchased through a authorised dealer. As in my case 3 months later I really am going to have the receipt! They are a joke from such a large organisation I expected a better service.. I wasn't even asking for a refund a replacement or repair would do..

I purchased a bottle of THIS perfume from the Duty Free outlet in Glasgow airport in October 2019, it was a Christmas present for my wife. She recently started to use it when she realised it wouldn't spray and on closer inspection it looks like the tube is missing from inside the bottle.
I have contacted Issey Miyake customer services, and they are basically saying without a receipt of purchase they can not help me. I then supplied them with the receipt I have from my credit card transaction because, obviously I do not have the receipt from the duty free shop, I may be wrong but I don't know anyone that keeps a receipt for a bottle of perfume or cosmetics purchased 3 months previously, I purchase an expensive bottle of perfume in good faith and expect it to function in the way it is intended too.
I have explained this to them and even offered to post them the bottle as it would verify its authenticity and my claim is real, it is unused and all I want is a replacement or to be fixed. They are not interested..
