ISS Facility Services racism/unfair dismissal

i marland martin would like to complain about my work place[ISS cleaning company] and also about there condouct, As i was working doing my job as a cleaner, i was approuch by the Sec.guard turn and say to me {there is no more space} so i then say to him {space for what} he then say, there is no more space on the banana boat for you. I then reported it to my supervisor . I then carry on working for the next 3-4 weeks, Then on the 25 oct 2015 i recieve a text from my supervisor saying not to come to work, because there are fully staff. I waited 2-3 weeks and got no responce, so i rang the manager to fine out why am i not at work or working, he then replyed by saying your sack{meaning im sack} based on imformation from my supervisor about my work proformance.

ISS Facility Services Bad Company

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST IN AUSTRALIA!
It's managers don't care about anything except for their bonuses & cutting costs to
get bigger bonuses @ the end of year. It has a history of issues & complaints from staff & contractors.
IT HAS CHANGED ITS COMPANY NAME MANY TIMES DUE TO ISSUES WITH STAFF, STAFF NORMALLY LEAVE WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS OF STARTING. DO NOT APPLY FOR A JOB WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT BAD WORK CONDITIONS & EVEN WORSE PAY!
IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING ISS TO MANAGE YOUR FACILITY, PLEASE RECONSIDER FOR YOUR
COMPANIES SAKE, THEY WILL PROMISE THE WORLD & THEN DELIVER YOU AN ATLAS!
I KNOW BEACUSE I HAVE WORKED WITH THEM.
STAY AWAY FROM ISS ALTOGETHER TO BE SAFE!

I also agree that the ISS Facility Services are the worst than ever. i used to working for them in mine site, but now i could not find any value in it because of those same things as i experienced like other dudes. The managers did not care or adjust for proper working balance, and enjoy political games who is quite good at doing a act like hollywood Star. Also, i heard many good workers has generally bullied severe linguistic violence or organize certain workers who blamed political machine groups. Even supervisor also did not do any proper punishment for disrespectful employees, and they are only interested in their benefits like their contract, no humanities and bullying. those disgusting things frequently happens, and just have a sympathetic few nice workers, and their loyalty is also gradually gone.

Bunch of liars they don't care about theyr employers people who say theyr its cause u must be benefiting from otherwise u don't know what u talkin about simple was supposed to get paid today and didn't receive nothing I started 6 weeks ago and its the second payment I was suppose to get paid every 2 weeks and the 2 payments came late wich the second didn't even come yet

I do not agree that the ISS FACILITY SERVICES is a bad company. A few employees are the ones who makes this company looks bad. The air port has a wonderful cleaning staff and I have no complaints about them. The place is always clean and many of their employees are easy and friendly to get along with. Lincoln Cyrus. To whom it may concern:
On 2/24/16, I entered the bathroom at LA Guarida air port, terminal C. This happened early in the morning around 6:30 to 6 : 40 am. A man was in the bathroom at the time. He had no uniform on. He had no cart with cleaning materials. No broom and no mop. He told me that I cannot use the bathroom and that I have to leave. I just stood their and asked him why do I have to leave. I saw the same guy the day before which was 2/23/16. He said nothing to me on that day. So when he told me to get out of HIS fing bathroom on the day of 2/24/16 I was totally shocked. So I told him to get his supervisor and the police because I was not moving. This cleaning guy never got his manager nor the police. He went and got another employee of the air port who was not a cleaner. These two men stated to me that If I have a ticket to show that I was flying someplace, I could use the bathroom. I do have an open flight ticket. I wanted no trouble so early in the morning. I asked that the ISS cleaning guy apologize to me. He said sorry in a meaningless way to get rid of me. Then later as I was waiting for the 60 BUS, I saw him and told him that he was wrong. He put down the bag that he held in his hands and came at me with fist folded. I immediately said that they will be no fight here. He insisted that I cannot use that bathroom.
Today, I went to where he had to report for his daily duties of cleaning. I took a photo of him and he aggressively came at me with an umbrella. A heavy set black man who is the night supervisor came between us and stopped his co-worker from striking me. So I took the photo and reported him to the morning supervisor who is WILBE. In addition, I spoke to Marylin who was very nice to me. She was the one who told me about the office. I went to the office and spoke to a staff representative. He made a copy of my written report about the incident. A copy of my open, flight pass and a copy of my ID. He told me that he would look into the matter and I felt good about that. Other than that ISS is a wonderful cleaning company.

mistakes in date please
i started working with ISS Facility Services on 5th May, 2014. i changed address on 7th September 2014, sent in my change of address, up till now my change of address is yet to be effected. recently there has been refund from tax office to many employees who are entitled to refund. if am sent a refund from tax office, then it would have been sent to my old address. I begin to think that we have ghost Managers especially here in Brighton. Nobody to rely your message across to. i have provided proof of my address, up till now, it has not been effected. Please i need someone to help effect my change of address please.

I, agree
i havd worked with iss also, for five months.
I couldnt take it nomore, due to check being short
every week. and they dont communicate when
i come to the manager about my issues.
also working like a slave.
this company is a bad head start.
i was moved from supervisor position,
for not communicating with the store manager
which isnt my job to communicate with her unless
she need to point out certain things that was a problem.

ISS are a disgrace.

They will not pay in a timely manner despite satisfactory completion of the work and are unwilling to give an indication of when we might get paid despite countless phone calls, e-mails and a visit to the head office some 60 days after the date of the work. Do not work for this company. They are also being investigated for illegal payments made to contractors. Many of their sites have had their staff walk off the job.

I live in Kent United Kingdom and can totally agree. ISS Facilities are a terrible company to work for. Employ terrible people to be managers who do favours and give extra hours to staff who do what they want them to do. I would advise to keep clear of them, , your not doing yourself any favours. The [censor]iest staff were employed. Horrible women who were in their forties and acted about 16!. I left as they employed an incompetant fool for a Supervisor who nobody liked. And i got stabbed in the back just because i did my work was a hard working member of staff who had been there for ten years previous to the trouble starting. Jealous staff backbiting each other. Dont bother working for them, waste of your time.
