Kearns is a former attorney, with 20 years of experience, who was disbarred for no good reason -- it was an injustice. He never stole anything or is in any way guilty of harming clients go read the report at iardc.org, and you will see the worst side against him -- and that should be clear it is all ### against Mr. Kearns. Kearns is not connected with ISPNA, except it is his wife's business. ISPNA is a retail immigrant service agency employing attorneys on a contract basis. Between Kearns when he was practicing, and ISPNA, thousands of clients have been helped and/or gotten green cards. Only nasty scummy competitors who can't beat them any other way post these ### anonymous complaints.

John and his wife Juliana are a total fraud. John used to be our lawyer until all of a sudden he decided we should just get all our info from his wife Juliana - who is NOT a lawyer. There are a dozen sketchy things I've encountred with this office as well. They wanted me to sign a blank piece of paper. Weird. They won't release any copies of documents they filed for us. I have the right to all copies filed - they won't give it to us. They promised this and that - they sat back for years and did nothing. WORST LAWYER fraud ever. I'm not even sure how they're able to keep their office! It even takes 4 times to try and call them and reach them before they call you back. Oh and how about completely unprofessional? Juliana gives her little lawyer wannabe consultations in the main waiting area where every one else can come in and out leaving you NO PRIVACY. I could just laugh at the fact that this lawyer charges thousands and thousands of dollars to new victims every day!
John Kearns is incompetent, which is evident by the ARDC complaint of the immigrant who spent time in jail because Kearns failed to file necessary documetns. He is unethical as is evident by the same complaint where he represented the South African immigrant while at the same time represented her husband in divorce proceedings against her, and trying to freeze her assets because, during confidential relationship with her, he learned where her assets are kept. He is similarly unethical because he is not licensed in other states, yet he gets money from people to represent them in other states, as is evident by the complaint of the truck driver listed in the ARDC complaint, who was unrepresented in his case since Mr. Kearns was not authorized to represent him before Ohio court. Mr. Kearns is dishonest because he lied to both the federal court and the Appellate immigration body, as is outlined in the several disciplinary complaints (www.iardc.org). He has been disbarred by the Illinois Supreme Court for very good reasons.
