Hi i contacted Disney because i had downloaded 6 digital copies and then my hard drive failed and i lost them all, in order to download them again i need a new code. I contacted disney about 10 times and i finally thought that the manager Chris who i waited for his call for several weeks was going to help me but no Chris offered to replace 4 of them by me paying $6.95 u.s. each and then he would give me 2 of the codes for free. what a deal i don't think so, i refused his deal. i have decided not to buy anything from them ever again. it was enough that i had to pay over $40.00 can. per blu-ray dvd but i have to pay even more to get new codes to download the digital copies again. I don't think so all they want is money, customer service and customer satisfaction means nothing to them. this is the wedsite that i wasted my time and effort on ([protected]@disneyfilesupport.com) if you need help don't contact them because they WILL NOT HELP YOU...
