Bad quality product
I had a terrible experience with Irulu! I have ordered a tablet from this site and it was very slow and defective. Sometimes it just turned off on its own and did not want to turn on. And I am very disappointed with their product and service! Tried to return the product and they said no over and over again. They are selling bad quality cheap products and prices are too high! They did not allow me to return and refused to refund! I'll never order anything from them again. Also left a review on their website but they deleted it immediately. Don't believe all the positive feedback you see, everything is 100% fake!
provided adapter was bad-quality, but the seller refused to help me
I have purchased tablet from Irulu Technology. I got the tablet, but the seller forgot to put the adapter. The seller replied to my request and after 14 days I got the adapter. But it wasn’t good and broke after one week. I thought that it wasn’t genuine and therefore it broke so fast. I emailed the seller, who wasn’t polite with me and said that he didn’t want to solve my problems any more.
TV arrived in terrible condition
I found TV on the site www.irulu.com, and I decided that it was great deal, therefore I have purchased TV. I was shocked that I got the order in terrible condition. The TV didn’t work, and I thought that it was because the TV was badly wrapped. I contacted the seller several times, but he refused to change TV and told that it was my mistake, but he didn’t want to solve my mistakes. Run from such seller.
