Have now been calling to collect for a person I have never seen, heard of or known who has never ever been at this number.
They call on my fax line, sometimes daily, sometimes 3-4 times a day, some weeks just once. I have tried to be nice and to also be rude, nothing stops these idiots. This has been going on for about 3 years now and the fools can not seem to understand that they were given a bum phone number by the deadbeat they are searching for.

IQOR USA INC calls me several times a day. I don't owe them or anyone anything. I try to tell them that they have the wrong number but I was just talking to the wind. I ignore their calls, but they call so much the ringing of the telephone irritates me. I hate to change my number or not listen to who is calling (my telephone says the name of the person calling) because it may be an emergency call.

What can I do? That isn't half of what they do. I just give up writing.

I have been having calls from this company for a couple months now. They are very rude and harassing-like. where could I find somebody or some something to stop them.
Is there anybody that can help over there?

They call me everyday even though they are told to stop calling.They call day in and day out.I wish they would stop calling but they don't get the hint.When they are told not to call.

They are trying to contact someone that does not live here.No one here by the name they have asked for.We have asked them to stop calling us, but they stilldo.

My husband and I have full medical coverage. Always have and always will.
My husband went into the hospital on a WCB claim and all of a sudden we are getting harrasing calls from ICORE Canada.
Apparently the hospital did not submit the correct documentation and even though we have medical we are getting a notice to pay $238 for Fraser Valley Health Authority.
After numerous calls and explanations to the rude little man (collector) and upwards of 5-6 calls per day I had had enough. I called and spoke to the manager who identified himself as Sam Ahmad. I explained who I was, my husband gave consent for me to speak on his behalf and Sam then proceeded to not listen to me and call my husband a dead beat debtor and this debt would affect his credit and that ICORE will not be contacting their client to straightened out the error the hospital made. He hung up me. I called Fraser Valley Health Authority and left a message for them to contact me.
I have never been so mistreated by a company ever! This is not our fault and my husband does not owe this money!
We are at our wits ends...we need help with this horrible company!

I am an ex-emloyee of IQOR Canada. Iqor Canada is a legal collection agency. Here in Canada there are so many irresponsible people who make big purchases but when its time to pay they pretend not to have any money. The question is simple: when you don't have the money then why did you make the purchase? The company trusts you and gives you the item. It's because of you idiots who don't pay your bills that one day companies will stop credits. So just shut upand pay your bills you beggars :)

I have even warned them that i will take them to court and open a harrasment lawsuit against them, i dont think they care, they have had so many against them at this point that it must be a regular routine for them. I feel for you and what your dealing with they call me everyday 3 times a day, even on weekends.

This company has called me constantly for the last 3 years! I refused to speak to them after the last call I made to them last year... I called telling them I had a c-sec & a baby and was staying at home. They guy told me I was going to pay, give them my GST or end up in JAIL! I told them to take my GST (they never did).. Also, they called my Aunt to whom they gave the file number too... Ridiculous! They call at least 4-5 times a day...from different numbers!

I have been getting calls from this "Iqor" comapny for the past 3 months.. They call leave a automated message and then when you call back you get a guy named "todd".Then when you ask to speak to a supervisor they give you a "Paula Scott". They have been told on many different occations to stop calling us we are dealing with our debts..
They procced to call every morning around 830am then again around 10am and so on... This morning my husband got tired of the calls. He decide to call them back and start herrassing them like they do us.
My husband tells the man(Todd) to tell him one thing.. "Tell me that Iqor Canada is a ligit company and that the better business buru is lying to me(as my husband has called them and they told us that these guys are a fraud comany and they have shut down 60 of their branches since 1980 and they have a rating of "F") and we will make payment arrangments today. He(TODD) OF COURSE could not tell my husband this and told my husband that he is not going to intrap himself but my husband is very close to getting him to do so..
So there tells you that it is not a real buru! PLEASE don't send them money! We have contacted our local TD Canada Trust Bank Branch and they are looking into everything for us. As well as our Fraud department at our local Police department!

I too have been experiencing harrassing phone calls everyday; however this is how I have been dealing with it.
1. Avoid all 866 or 877 numbers as long as it is an area code you are not familiar with forget it . If you have an ansering machine likly the ones who want you will leave a message. Sometimes iqor will leave a automated message but that can be simply ignored and errassed.

2. 10 chance to one if it's an account that you acknowledged is owed like I do I maybe suggest like the person who wanted to pay $50.00 in the previous comment buy the money- order go ahead mail it, they can't refuse it regardless what they say. Remember they are people like you and I, no one's any better.

It is the fact that they are trained and left to do the work. Sometimes when you ask for a supervisor you will find there are excuses.
They don't have one or that the supervisor is busy; or my supervisor will tell you the same thing.

If you do receive one be careful listen to what is said and the tone and attitude because a supervisor needs to conduct him or herself a little more careful than the operator because they have to answer to thier boss who is hired by the fortune 500 clients, that has hired the agency.
If you can get the name of the supervisor first and lastthat would be good.

BE AWARE! Sometimes operator will say hold on when you ask for a supervisor and just get another operator to pretend and that call will go no-where as well.
3. If it is a case of wrong number etc. so forth believe you me I still feel the pain for you. My thought s will not stop here Because I do intend on following upon research and digging to stop this company. Pray that I can find something to help others.

hello my name is Ursula De Lorme. last year i was told i had an account with you and have been making payments on a regular basis. when i called your company to ask what my balance was they told me they have no record of my account. not only that i have been rerouted to a supervisor who will not pick up their phone several times and no one at reception is willing to help me in anyway. . since february i have made $100 dollars in payments and i wish to know where my money has been going. if there is no such account i would like my money back or i will have to go to the the better busines bureau or even the police.

IQOR called my number 8 times in 3 hours yesterday. It has been increasing on a weekly basis. I am investigating if I have the basis for a harassment suit.

IQOR is a horrible company with extremely poor business practices.
