We think there might be reasons for the company's actions (like not knowing about the complaints), and we would be happy to see them among customer-focused businesses that easily solve customer problems. ipsy I did not receive my ipsy bag

I typed in my address when I signed up but spell check kicked in and sent it to a different address. I re typed in the address and saved the changes. I did not receive the November ipsy bag. I'm looking forward to receiving ipsy, I just paid for my November bag and I didn't receive it. I do know this is my fault I just would like to know what you can do on your end. Thanks so much!

I'm going to report this to the police if this doesn't [censor] change. I cancelled my subscription over three months ago and im still getting charged the $10 every single month. This is my 3rd complaint and I swear it happens i'm taking this to the police. Cancel my damn charges now. This is completely ridiculous and the fact that ipsy doesn't have a customer service number is completely insane. Worst company ever and I will never reccomend it to anybody. Fix this now before I get the law involved.

I still have not received a reply from anyone that works with Ipsy. I have been getting charged $10 every month for three months now when I cancelled my subscription over three months ago. I will take this to the police if it happens again considering I cannot get in touch with anyone because this stupid company doesn't have a phone number which is insane. Either reply and take care of the situation or I will have no choice but to involve the police.

ipsy not receiving bags this month

I have 2 subscriptions. Havent recieve either one, the money was taken out of my account.i want to cancel and either get my bags for this month or get my money back.this is the second time that i dont get my bags i have had ipsy for about two years if not longer .i have a bag for diana berumen and one for claudia berumen. Please let me know asap what gonna happen with this problem.

ipsy I have not received my package...

I paid for my ipsy bag on time, no issues with the billing but for some reason I have no received my package. I began to track it on fedex and the package was supposed to be here on the 14th. It is now the 21st and I still have not recieved my package. I checked back on the fedex tracking and it says my package is “pending”. Therefore it went from the 14th of October to now pending. I’m not sure what is going on.

ipsy I received a package and the contents were spilled.

Hello. I just received my Ipsy bag. Two of the products had spilled and destroyed the other contents of the bag. The bag itself is also damaged. The powder is ruined due to the serum spilling everywhere. The Marc Anthony Hydrating Cocont oil and Shea Butter serum is what spilled the most. There is nothing left in the bottle. The Hey Honey concealer also spilt, damaging the inside of the bag. The spills caused the rest of the items to be covered in product and compromised. The bag is also covered in serum. Everything is unusable.

ipsy ipsy

I have been a customer for over 1 year, and suddenly I started checking my bank statements and realized that I have been charged double for ipsy for the past three months . Which includes August, September, October. I don’t understand why because I only have one subscription and only receive one glam bag. At first I thought it was maybe a mistake on the bank, I called my bank and they explained to me that I have to contact ipsy first because they are the one that are charging me incorrectly .

ipsy ipsy bag

I tracked my ipsy bag to see where it was, it said it was delivered but I never got it... it's not in my mailbox, I checked my whole house, asked my parents, my little brother, even went to the neighbors to see if it got put in the wrong mailbox.. it's no where to be found. My mom received hers, and I checked her package and it had her name on it. I'm not sure if maybe there was an accident and it just says it's delivered and it's really not maybe? But I don't know. I just really want my bag because I do a review on my instagram and I'm just really excited to do the review but I cannot because I don't have my bag. Thank you!

ipsy monthly subscription

My product came in damaged. The oil that came with this months kit got into everything, the oil is completely out of its container. The mascara and mask are fine but the eyeliner seems to have fallen off and has no tip.
The oil stain on the paper underneath is a little clearer.
I understand these things happen.
I just need a replacement.
How can I recieve a replacement?
Where can I end the damaged products?

ipsy monthly orders/jane schirmeister

I am canceling my subscription because my ma delivery person opens my pouch before she puts it in my box and she has also opened several of my products. Therefore, As of today I am canceling my orders for the future. Also, in this order I received a brown mascara that I cannot use because I only use black. I want a return message acknowledging my cancellation.

ipsy ipsy glam bag christmas gift

I ordered ipsy glam bag service for my daughter Nov 2016 for a Christmas gift for 2017 It is now oct 2017 and my debit card was charged 110 again without me being notified.
My daughter has enjoyed receiving her glam bags this year, but didnt want to continue her subscription.
She cancelled her account and it said her subscription would end oct 2018. I want my money back.

Hi unfortunately I had to cancel my subscription. I love the products its amazing but Because of money issues last month but i was still billed for this month .and now my account Is over draft . ipsy refund please!. no package received or emailed tracking number

I have emailed ipsy twice to find out WHERE MY PACKAGE IS and I have yet to get a reply from them! I place my order on September 11. The confirming email said it would take 7 to 10 days to receive a tracking number. It is now the 28th and I have no email from them regarding tracking number or a customer service email on my complaint. My account has been charged! I would like to know if I would be receiving a package for September or not. I would hate to be charge for September with no glam bag and then charge for October as well. It would be nice to have some type of communication on my subscription leave email me back. I would also like to cancel my service and a refund.

ipsy ipsy glam bag never received!

I have emailed ipsy twice to find out where my package is and I have yet to get a reply from them! My package delivery date was september 14th 2017. It is now almost september 18th and I still have not got any say on what is going on! My account has been charged! They took the money out in the end of august! I have tried to track my package and the shipping tracking information has not been updated since september 12th. I'm thinking they lost my package or something else had happened. They could have contacted me letting me know what is going on if there's a delay or if mg package was lost, i've never had this happen with any other company! I'm very upset they couldn't even answer me back it's been quite some time since I sent the first initial email! Very disappointed, unsubscribing! Will go to birchbox or someone else! ipsy no glam bag for mom!

I have contacted Ipsy several times in the last 3 months regarding the account I opened for my mom. I keep getting notices stating my account needs to be updated because my payment was declined only to find out it was NOT! I have updated it anyway each time but still get the same message. No one has contacted me in 3 months but still my account gets hit for $10 bucks! I wanted this to be a special gift for my mom and now it is a hassle instead.

Was charged by two different address from your company for September but received only one bag. Please credit my account $10 and make sure I'm only charged once each month! I didn't get august bag but it might be because I moved, how do I change the address I have given yall to my current one? Also could I eat a refund for te august bag since I never got it and I did go back to my home to check if it was there. ipsy customer service

I attended the gen beauty event in Los Angeles and due to the evacuation caused by FORESEEABLE weather I left and asked for a refund. At first I was told I would get a partial refund, later on I was told I would get 2 6 month ipsy bag credit and only needed to submit the emails. It has now been past a month and I have have been charged twice for the ipsy bag. I have tried contacting ipsy multiple times and have not received any answer for over a month.

ipsy refund /cancellation

I recently was charged to monthly fee for ipsy. I thought i had cancelled the subscription back in march or april of 2017 online.

If you can call me back, i also left a message for customer service regarding the same issue. This is a big problem for me if you can solve it by refunding me and officially cancelling it for me, that would be great.
