This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Issue after issue and bad customer service. There is no phone number to reach anyone. They communicate by email. Even when you email them, they basically answer short and send FAQ links.

I recently downgraded my plan and was given a message that said I will be charged the new plan when the bill renews to be paid. They OVERCHARGED me with the old plan. I contacted them and even with the screenshot I sent and the previous email exchanges, they were not willing to refund or credit me. I was even told that if I don't like what they do "I'm not locked in a contract". They don't care about customers and their online reviews are outright fake . You can't leave a review on there so called sites that they have reviews on. The comments on their YouTube channel are disabled on EVERY video, I'm assuming to hide the number of upset customers.

The picture/ screenshot was the message I received AFTER changing plans and they still wouldn't accept it.
Horrible service . I will be disputing this with my bank and starting a blog to warn others about this company.

I received emails from this company and they were upset because I am posting reviews. Saying “customers like you want free stuff” ; unbelievable. I just want to be charged what I should have been charged. They deleted my Facebook comment and I see that they delete others but leave their reply or hide all comments. I have screenshot a few of their responses to other customers complaints. They are more focused on being combative/ proving a point. instead of resolving issues . You will lose customers that way

This is an absolute false response. I’m not a man #1. And here are the emails iplum has sent me in response to my bad reviews. I’m not doing anything illegal and they can be sued for false allegations as you can see that was not mentioned in the email exchanges. They are upset because I am filling out bad reviews about this company based on my experiences with them.

I did say that I was a blogger and going to post bad reviews to warn customers about this company. The fact that you made up this lie is UNBELIEVABLE. Here is the email I sent YOUR company. You have no reasoning or grounds to close my iplum account until I request it when I’m ready to port it over. Liar . I’ll take you to court and back. My original email I sent in regards to me being overcharged is attached. I’m not using the yahoo app, so the format seems weird

This is not world class service. It’s clear you are lying. The only truth to this is that I said I’m a blogger and that I will post on sites and create blogs warning others of this company and my bad experience. Here are other reviews and your response to a deleted or hidden Facebook review. Same scenario and same unhappy customers.
I have every email exchange that we have had so you have no grounds to Lie nor do anything with my account out of retaliation or I will take you to court wherever country you are in . You want good reviews then give good service not poor service .

This company has disabled both of my business numbers in a clear retaliation for me writing a bad review of my experience. They have NO grounds to do this other than obvious retaliation. Bill was paid in fact I was OVERCHARGED and they offered no rectification if the situation. I have every right to write online reviews. I am awaiting a response. I will likely see them in court. I have all email exchanges. Retaliation is the only issue here. Instead of giving good service, the are horrible and get mad when they get bad reviews and make up a lie. They won’t get away with this. Don’t use this company. This has inconvenienced me but I will see them in court. I’m meeting with an attorney this afternoon.

Iplum app have disabled my business numbers in retaliation of me giving them bad reviews. Iplum also lied to protect themselves from this bad review saying I’m doing racketeering and buying products then threaten to post reviews if I don’t get “credits” please. I was overcharged by iplum and iplum would not credit me or refund the difference of about 12.00.
Someone who is a scammer would not be concerned about 12.00 . As stated in my attachments, I wanted to be credited the difference or refunded what I was overcharged by iplum. I have contacted the media, better business bureau and absolutely every complaint site I can find. I contacted my bank and the iplum phone number appears to be [protected].

No, iplum RETALIATED because of my bad reviews from your company. Iplum app is trying to get rid of these bad reviews but you don’t get rewarded for bad service . I did NOTHING illegal for iplum app to cut my lines. Now I’m getting several emails of iplum app saying “please contact them to see how I can get my business numbers back a week later” iplum is trying to protect their image . Iplum has even told me they would contact these sites to have the bad reviews removed. That’s NOT how it works. Iplum app failed to rectify the situation and even worse retaliated against me and shut my 2 business numbers down. I demanded a reason why they were shut down and demanded that they be back on so I can port my iplum number elsewhere. I never got a direct answer from iplum app. Iplum’s response to this bad review of me “racketeering with buddies” was not emailed to me. It’s a pure lie. They retaliated against me for leaving a bad review and made it worse by sending threatening emails and turning my business numbers off. I worked hard and spent a lot of time distributing marketing material that had those numbers for it to be cut off by a horrible company with horrible customer service because iplum is mad about the bad reviews. THIS IS AN UNETHICAL COMPANY THAT CROSSED IT’s moral and legal boundaries.

This is the case of a company who refuse to rectify a simple issue and even worse retaliated against a consumer for my bad review but now wants it to go away. It doesn’t work like that. I was threatened by iplum app, FALSELY ACCUSED, and my 2 business iplum phone numbers deactivated out of pure RETALIATION . One of the numbers I had ported over to iplum and the other one I spent countless hours setting up just a week and a half prior. I had also distributed marketing materials and spent money to print those.

I will NEVER TAKE MY POSTS DOWN. Iplum app is a HORRIBLE company

From iPlum Support Staff:
We provide service in 100+ countries in 23 languages world wide. Any service would have some users who love it to heart & there are some users who don’t like it. Our intention is to help every user professionally who emails us their request. We have no way of knowing that there are some bad elements disguising as normal users.

We decided to expose this user to show what some of these so called bloggers are running new scams to generate negative news.

This person claims her name is “Hope Fills” as per our support emails. From various locations picked up by reviews posted by her, it says Jacksonville, FL. She mentioned to us in emails that she is a blogger. The name she has used in Facebook is “Sandy Review”. She is also using other names at different websites. She runs a company called “SPROUT GLOBAL CONNECTIONS LLC which comes up as registered in AUGUSTINE, FL”. She uses long writeup method in reviews to create a sense of realness of her postings. She is using iPlum app as her name handle here to create that eagerness.

We have an inexpensive monthly service which ranges from $4.99 to $19.99. You will see below how this person operates and creates a big issue with small amounts to spread lies and try to scam the companies.
Our service has no contract as we believe in user’s freedom to choose. Users can move away from our service if they don’t like. This user also used this feature to create negative review.

This is how she operates:
She started with buying a $19.99 service plan by porting a phone number which she didn’t really care, you will know why down on this page. Suddenly she send us an email claiming that she has changed to a $8.99 plan and asking us why the new plan is not effective. Demanding that she be given refunds otherwise she will put negative reviews all over the internet.

When our Support team asked to send the email confirmation of plan changes, she didn’t send it. Rather she send us the screen shot of the page which allows a user to change plan but not “after” one has clicked it to change the actual plan which is a different screen. She can’t send that screenshot because she didn’t change the plan.

Also when we told her that there is no contract and she is free to take her services anywhere, she instead started blaming us to make excuse that we don’t care.

She placed Cancel orders for the service on our website. Luckily our system has intelligence and tracks cancellation orders by IP addresses. In turn she told us that we have blocked her accounts and disconnected her numbers threatening to sue us.

She went on rampage at Facebook & started posting negative reviews and taunting our staff, then went to various other review web sites. She also came here at this website to post review.

Not foreseeing what is coming, our staff still tried to help her and asked her if she wanted to restore services which she may have disconnected by mistake But she was not interested in restoring any services. That was just an excuse.

11/17/18: 10.20 AM PST (Saturday) our service manager wrote to her:
“Dear Hope,
I am senior service manager at iPlum.

I have reviewed your two accounts which have disconnect orders which seem to be related.

Do you have few minutes available today? I would like to discuss with you and see if we can help you.

Let me know a good contact number.

She never responded to that. We tried again two days later.

11/20/2018: 3.02 PM PST (Monday) our service manager wrote to her after she started posting negative reviews:

“Hope,

I will try again with you. If you a person of reason you will understand.

We have still not seen the screenshot from you of the screen “after” the Plan changed. The screenshot you have been sending is the screen to change plan but not that the plan has been changed.

Also you would get an email when plan changes. You never send us that email. We tried to explain you this via email responses in the initial phase of you back & forth emails.

If you come across this user, stay away from her. Get the information and report to local law enforcement.

We discovered this user who posted above review along with his buddies running a racket to steal from companies online. They would buy a product, use it, then try to get credits back. When the companies resist, they try to blackmail by saying that they are blogger and will post different reviews.

iPlum is used by professionals worldwide in 200 countries as 2nd line for business. We have a world class customer service operated out of silicon valley in California.
