Iolo System Mechanic Pro System mechanic professional

Hello. on the 10/08/2016. I purchased iolo Mechanic Pro.
I am now getting a lot of interference with my Laptop My viewing coming and going. plus my system is very slow. As for this trouble is it possible to get some kind of rebate back and cancel my subscription. I have now gone back to A V G. as I was getting less problems.

Other than my problem with iolo mechanic pro I have no other complains about the company.

Iolo System Mechanic Pro fault in product

Below is my last communication with the IOLO company. It is an admission of a problem with the product. A virus knocked out System Shield, a key part of System Mechanic Pro. It has not worked since, and i have had to use other anti-virus programs. Since then, in over a year I have heard nothing from IOLO.I have tried to contact them several times. On one occasion, I did eventually get through to a technician who was incredibly condescending and barely understandable.
