I had ordered a purse from Ioffer, and I have yet to receive it. I messaged the seller many times to see if I can get a refund, or at least another one send out to me and the seller has not responded to me at all. If this is how you guys do customer service then I can go else where. I work hard for my money and for them to cheat me like that is uncalled for. I want a refund or another purse sent out to me or I'm going to see what else I need to do to things done.
