I ordered 3 tracksuits and a sweatshirt from seller o8c9t6 and the order number is;[protected]...the order was placed on 16th November 2016 costing me £37.24.i was given a tracking number but it has never worked i.e. Messege the seller and stated this and asking were my order is 18 times to which he replys with "be patient"..he has now stopped messeging me back.i have been very polite but now I'm starting to think he hasn't sent the parcel.i made this order to give as Christmas presents as the lasted date it would be delivered was 21st December 2016.the tracking number given to me is:LX218042735CN...my email address and user name for ioffer is; [protected]@gmail.com...I would really appreciate if you could give me some help with this dispute please.many thanks
