The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Used services from USSearch.com and clicked NO when it asked if I would like US Identity Protect to monitor my credit for $19.95 a month. Received an email saying that the service would start then i sent an email with account information asking for my account to be cancelled. My account was never cancelled and they have now charged me twice for a service I did not agree to. I am currently working with my bank to dispute the charges.

Resolved

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I have cancelled this account back in April and still for 5 months they keep taking it out of this credit card. I am calling my local police, my attorney and action news here in Hawaii. The better business bureau unless they stop this action and return all my monies.
Patricia Warren4-21 for 15.22 then 4-21 20.31; again on 5-21 for 20.31; also on 6-25 and last 7-18 for 20.31. Every time you find money in this account you take it. It must stop and be returned.

I also have been charged twice for the amount of $21.60. I called and was told they would remove both but so far 2 months later only
one charge removed. I never gave authorization for any other charge besides the $1.03. Now I am unable to contact company.

I am writing to let you know I no longer require your service. Please cancel this off my credit card effective immediately. There will not be any more money taken out of my bank account to cover this charge of 19.95, so therefore, we are cancelled.

I too have received a bank statement from this site and I never agreed to be charged monthly for identity protection, yet I am also being charged 19.95 twice showing on my bank account. Would love a refund and to cancel my service with this site.
