Intuit/ Quickstart 2010 / technical support
I am really very unhappy that my credit card was charged $24.95 on 09.27.2010.
The Technician? that I talked with was very rude and
I still have the same problem. If this is not corrected, my bank will reverse
the charge and I will file a complaint with the FTC. If it is not
corrected today I will file a complaint with your State Attorney. Build a anti
Quickbooks website for complaints for a class action lawsuit.
I have never experience such bad service and bad attitude from a "Technician?".
