InTown Suites drug dealers and prostitution

I've been staying at this hotel a month and I see drug deals on a daily. Prostitutes walking in off the streets. It's like a traffic jam during the night. The doors are propped open posing a safety issue. It's not safe at all. I work security and sometimes different hours and the majority of the time if its late I'll go elsewhere. $280 a week just to walk out the door to be offered drugs. Where's the security? Are these cameras being monitored. Do InTown Suites care about people? Or just the money? Why are the type of allowed to stay and make things bad for the good people. And I refuse to believe no one here working doesn't know anything. I feel like I'm being robbed every time I pay... Seriously Corporate need to visit this place.

InTown Suites customer service

I've been staying at InTown Suites on Preston Highway 7121. Here in Louisville Kentucky. Been here for almost 3 months. No one had ever told me that if I was two hours late I would be charged more than a 10% fine for the week. $30! I work two jobs, and one of them is third shift. They don't open the office here till 11, and want you to pay by 12. Seems very unfriendly, and bothered me greatly. That's not a way to treat people that are supposed to be guest.

InTown Suites filthy room/no housekeeping

Your franchise located @ 7410 north tryon st. Charlotte, nc is really disgusting. The complaints for this location goes back years and you all have yet to do anything about. This hotel is roach infested, I mean roaches are crawling everywhere. Im tired of throwing away food. They have zero housekeeping. If I dont get any results frkm you then I will happily contact the bbb or attract some attention from the local news because this is ridiculous.

InTown Suites maintenance man

I am a single mom and stayed at the intown suites in Edmond Oklahoma from the Saturday before last to this last Saturday I had to switch to another hotel cause I was so terrified to be there any longer the maintenance man there the first incident was he screamed at me from across the parking lot told me to shut my [censored]ing door didn't explain why but I did it and then the second incident was very late at night and I barely had my door open and he came in my room dressed in all black and said what did I tell u about the door and I freaked out cause I was raped this year and even if I hadn't been he still should have never entered my room and shuts the door behind him while still in my room I had to get up and basically force him out. I had to switch hotels even though I couldn't afford it but I was deathly afraid and I have three daughters that come back and forth between me and my ex husbands house I'm highly upset and has made my ptsd worse I want something done about this ASAP so it doesn't happen to another woman and I want my money back it was the week from hell its the least that can be done. InTown Suites illness at hotel.

I informed property mang.about a leak in the bathroom, and they did address it, , , but then the leak came back ask to be moved to different room and was moved, but as me and my husband were moving our things, we found mold all over the floor, we have been experiencing sickness for the past two three weeks and I believe this is why, I informed the front desk about the mold, and have yet to hear from them. I informed them today 10/15/2018 at 10:00 am about the mold we found, and over a week ago about the first leak. I have photos upon request.

InTown Suites room/ a/c

Thursday, the 20th of September, my family and I checked into the intown suites. We noticed first hand the button for the air conditioner didn't work. My wife informed the manager. The manager informed us to stay nearby for maintenance. Maintenance never came. Next day my wife told the manager again and the manager came to the room to check the a/c for herself and said she call maintenance. Today is Tuesday, September the 25th and haven't heard from them. Mind you, that my wife has been telling management every day. After 5 days of heat, no sleep, and kids screaming for being hot, I took it into my own hands and fixed the a/c myself.. I am extremely disappointed that 1 weeks worth of our stay has madever us miserable...

InTown Suites management procedures and client relations

RESERVATION NUMBER:SMKLKHZXJ

Friday 09/14 I completed a reservation for a King room at 2030 roswell road marietta, georgia. Saturday when I went to the office to renew and switch to a larger room, Mr. Beckford told me he could not find my reservation after chastising me for calling the reservation line as opposed to coming to him. The reason why I did it this way is because my company has procedures for covering living expenses. Then I was told that my numbers were not intown suites reservations numbers. I asked him to check and again he said they were false. later that evening I returned to find that I was switched into a King Room that was completely dilapidated and unfinished. I contacted him today to fix this problem and ask him why he lied about the reservation. He has hung up on me and demanded that I " RESPECT " i TOLD HIM THAT I AM NOT OBLIGATED TO RESPECT HIM WHEN HE BLTANTALY LIED TO ME. HE HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN AND CALLED ME BACK 10 MINUTES LATER TO TELL ME THAT HE IS CHECKING ME OUT OF THE HOTEL. WHY DO I HAVE TO HAVE MY LIFE COMPLETELY FLIPPED BEHIND HIS LIE, HIS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR AND DISCONTENT. I AM CURRENTLY AT WORK AND HE HAS TOLD ME TO COME LEAVE "HIS HOTEL"

InTown Suites hotel room

Hello my name is Lisa Parker and I have a complaint against intown suites the property at 3533 hickory hill rd in Memphis Tennessee. My husband and I stayed there the week of 7/5/18-7/12/18 and the room was infested with roaches very nasty and absolutely nothing was done about it. We stayed the entire week as my husband complained to Jackie the manager and she did nothing about the issue she even informed my husband that the infestation was in the room behind us but still did nothing so we're very angry to have been subjected to that filthy room and to add to the situation I'm pregnant so something needs to be done like a free week at another property or reimbursement for our stay please contact me at [protected] to resolve this issue if we don't get a resolution for this issue I will report this to the health department or my local news station

InTown Suites entire service

We made a reservation online a week in advance. We spoke with Ennis who claimed to be the location's manager, who advised us they were able to accommodate our service dog. The only issue they had was they were closed at 7:00 pm ET and if we did not call prior to 4:pm they might not check us in. We called from the road at 3:00pm and left a voice message. We called again at 4 and yet again at 5. I finally called the customer support number who called the hotel front desk. Instead of answering the customer service representative as the phone is ringing in my ear they call my cell and hang up. The customer service representative called the other desk number and a female answered. I gave my name and she said they do not have the room we reserved but have a bigger room if we will pay 100 dollars more. I said no I will not pay extra because they did not honor the reservation. At that she advised they will not accept a service dog without a certificate. I advised that is not legal. I called back to customer service who refused to put a manager on the line because they are too busy and she needed to log off and go home and to do so she needed to disconnect my call. I called back and got a new agent who told me there are no other rooms in all of Cincinnati except that one hotel. I showed up and they refused my 'pet' (who had not yet been gotten out of the car) and they called the police on us. Never stay in one of these ever. Boycott intown suites.

InTown Suites property manager-vincent lopez (lilburn, ga)

I have lived at ITS-Lilburn for 9 years through good/bad. This PM is unprofessional, disrespectful, and cares nothing about the guests, ( sells rooms in any condition). (He never tells the truth and blames everything on Corporate). HE IS A BULLY!
Yesterday 7/25/18, I discovered mold&mildew on my Designer Handbags and Molding on the floor behind bed. Showed this to the PM at 11:05 a.m., He took pictures. when I returned after 4 p.m. He stated I have not sent pictures to corporate yet and the room was as I left it.

InTown Suites management and maintenance

Yes my family is get harrssed cause my two small children like to play and we live in the one in Montgomery Alabama and the management been rude to us since day one they moved us to the third floor there was a stabbing right in front of my door still blood there her maintenance man told me I need to keep whoopin my kids to sit they call my kids names they Are 1 and 4 they call them names to my face I want something done about it or i am going to the police here to get them to either have them move us or to get all our money back we pay almost 600 every two weeks I want something done about it

InTown Suites bed bugs

I want to complain about being eaten by bed bugs at the intown suites in mobile al I told the manager about the situation and I was told that I had to check out because of the bed bugs that was already there before he put me and that room which the same problem happened to another customer and his family I will advise anyone not to waste their time or money at intown suites because of the unclean, unsafe, nasty rooms, nasty beds and unfriendly workers if nothing is done about this situation I will be hiring a lawyer

InTown Suites I was kicked out of my room

My room had bed bugs in it. Intown Suites rarely cleaned my room in the three months I stayed their and they completely stopped cleaning my room and changing my sheets the last month I was their. I was never told their was a problem with my room until I was paying for room and was told I had to leave. When i was leaving the clerk Justin Bolin made the comment that maybe i got the bed bugs on me on the bus.

InTown Suites management

I am being harassed by management because I refuse to have room service. So she conduct a property check. She came in my room then accused me of having more people in my room. Then when I confront her about her actions and I wanted to speak with corporate about the issue at first she didn't want to give me the number. Then later give it to me. A few weeks pass I had guest over which was just my niece she called me the next day after 2pm and told me I had to upgrade to another room. In which I stated that was my niece visiting me so instead of debating I upgraded because the general manager has been gone for almost a month now. When I upgrade to the next room they came by the room I was moving from to tell me I have until 6am to clear it when I already paid for that room in full until the next day... Now I have only been in my room 4 days so I didn't need services yet again here comes another property check by the same manager.. I think this is bogus... there is other people surrounding me where you can smell drugs by passing their door way but I'm being harassed for doing nothing but living life...

InTown Suites manager neglect

the manager at the independence blvd was informed about a broken stairs on the property and did nothing about it my wife hurt the back of her leg I twisted my knee and it is still a problem with me working and if I have to loose work because of her neglect in taking care of those steps someone else will get hurt I need to see a doctor but cant because my rent is do and I don't get paid til the 4th of dec and I cant afford to loose any days how can I be re-inbursted for my rent I paid that comes out to close to 7000 dollars before I take legal action

InTown Suites willful misconduct and abuse of power and fraternizing

your manager and headhousekeeper are abusing their power toward other employees making employees do the work of others and the manager is allowing it and are not doing their job as manager and the house keeper is doing things against company policy and something needs to bedone before you loose good workers for the bad their needs to be change to the head housekeeper and manager or the guest will continue to check out at tremdous rate and the facility will have to close because the wrong people are working there. if the good workers get fired I will flie a lawsuite againsg the company to help those get restitution for bad management and believe me will happen

In town suites from management to house "keeping" BARGE in to your room AT WILL stating it's for "checking" your smoke detector, TV, safety (inspection) etc,etc,etc. Is there NO LAWS against this? I KNOW this is "private" property, but do "guests" have NO RIGHTS to privacy? There are Phones IN the rooms, could they NOT call and Simply ASK if the TV is working OR call to say that they need to do a "safety" inspection? The fact that they BARGE in when you SAY "just a minute" and CLAIM that they didn't Hear you SAY "just a minute" giving NO time to even get UP TO answer the door BEFORE BARGING IN. I know of a few GUESTS that are speaking to a lawyer about a class action suit and can't say I blame them. Something NEEDS to be done to give "GUESTS" THEIR RIGHTS BACK.

InTown Suites Horrible alert warning danger avoid!

I had the very GRAVE experience at staying at Sun Suites Extended Stay Hotels 4409 Hearst Street Metairie, LA ...I have stayed at that hotel 6 times in the past but Intown Suites bought it recently and hired a new manager. The hotel was advertised as having free WIFI but it doesn't have free WIFI you have to pay for it...it also doesn't have coffee, telephone, Ironing board iron or housekeeping...again all false advertising...but I booked it thinking I was going to get those items. So do most people. The real problem came the next day after I had stayed there one night and came back to my room to find the door propped open and nobody around anywhere...in fact...all the rooms on the third floor were propped open and this was about 1 PM in the afternoon...anyone could have stolen anything they wanted...I pushed my door open to look inside and then discovered that the door had been painted freshly blue! NO WET PAINT SIGN...NO WARNING...NOBODY AROUND! I went downstairs to the office to inquire of the manager and that's when the lies started...I even showed her the wet paint on my hands and she could have cared less..OH the rooms are being watched, they weren't, we notified everyone of painting, they didn't, I told the manager that this was totally unacceptable and that I was going to report her to Intown Suites and suggest they fire her for incompetence for leaving guest's room open and unguarded and for not notifying guests of maintenance that's when she really went off and said I have to leave the premises and I was like GREAT...get me out of this HE**HOLE...I went upstairs to get my things and she called the deputy as if I needed any help in leaving that dump and I think she did that to cover her own A$$! NO APOLOGY, NO EXPLANATION, NO REGRETS FOR DOING WHAT SHE DID AND THEN FOR LYING ABOUT IT...Then she charged me 2 weeks costs and refunded me one week even though I only stayed there 1 day...that is THEFT! I have filed complaints against her and Intown Suites with the BBB and with as many travel websites as I could find! Intown Suites hires LIARS and one day someone is going to have their property stolen or they are going to get injured by your recklessness and then you are going to get sued for more $$$ then you have...That's my prediction for you as a hotel chain. As for me I will NEVER stay at ANY Intown Suites hotels ever again because of false advertising from you and lies from your employees...LIARS!

The company In Town Suites is real scam. They somehow received my personal info and started to take money from my account. I was shocked, when I noticed this crap. I searched about them in the Internet, but I found completely nothing. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. InTown Suites Bed Bugs

The Experience of Intown Suites and Bed Bugs
We had been there for a little over 2 weeks with no problems. The purpose for the visit to Nashville, Tennessee was a new position and Chemo therapy Treatments; working from the room and only leaving for the medical treatments. One night I woke up and I had several bites all over my body, large welts in a pattern of three that just itch. Worried I went to the office and talked to Mike, the Manager. He looks at the bites and gives me a spray bottle of Alcohol spray and tells me to spray myself. I am a little put off by this but did as he said. He stated that if we have further problems or issues, that we would receive a full refund for the week. Both my husband and I problem solve how this could have happened, our answer is we got new towels and bedding the day before and we had done laundry. The bed bugs must have been spread in the hotel maintenance laundry room.
Next day I woke up with over 100 bites on my legs and arms. Again I call Mike and he and his maintenance person come up to see the room. They took apart the bed and told me there are no evidence of bugs. I show them my legs and arms plus the six bites in my head, the maintenance man leaves and comes back with what he calls a freshener; he sprays it directly on the bed and surrounding bed and leaves. The smell of bug spray is hard on me plus the cigarette smoke so I open the window. I do leave the window open in the day time because I am asthmatic and also enduring Chemo and the smell of the cigarettes are too hard for me to handle.
A day goes by and I am bitten all over now and pretty miserable. I explain to Mike that we had several weeks with no problems but now there is something wrong. I am reading about Bed bugs and scared. I go to my doctor and he tells me they are bed bug bites and gives me some medicine for them explaining to me that I am allergic to them, that is why the very large welts are happening. I go to Mike explaining this, he tells me that I have no bed bugs but he will go ahead and call Orkin. Then tells me he would refund my room for my inconvenience, I am trying to be understanding and I don’t want to move and take these bed bugs with me. The price of the room makes my Chemo treatments cost bearable, plus we had been there for a couple of weeks with no issues. I do make arrangements for another hotel, giving them my credit card.
Next day the Orkin man comes in and looks at the bed. He says he sees no evidence of bugs, makes a comment of the window being open. I tell him that I had the window open for the three weeks and had no issues, but just the past couple of days. Then show him my arms, he told me that doctors can’t tell what type of bug bites there are. I told him they said BED BUGS and was a bit put off by that. He sprays then leaves. Hopefully, I am thinking this will cure it, the next night I was bit more and went to the office. Mike wasn’t there and I talked to the manager on duty, he calls Intown offices and speaks to Mike’s boss. She offers us a refund for the week, which works for us. We confirm the hotel and plan to move, we find out that our only ride is very ill, he is 70 plus and very ill. We go back to the office and finally Mike calls back, I talk to Mike and he tells me I can’t have a refund. I get mad, go back and talk to my husband. We stay one more day since we don’t have a car and then store our stuff for three days. On Sunday, I get very sick, full of BED BUG bites and end up in the hospital for the week.
We ended up trashing all our clothes and had to spend over $100.00 in cabs to relocate. I am now very upset after I feel I worked with Mike and he treated us so bad and rude. He is very unprofessional. I want a refund for my inconvenience and an apology from Mike. If there were no bed bugs, then why do I have photo evidence that prove contrary to Mike’s mistaken statements? Why do I have red and raw welts throughout my entire body? If there were no bed bugs, then why do I have bite marks that look exactly like the pictures from the internet that prove otherwise? The Hotel workers also stated that they’ve had a problem with bed bug infestation. If this doesn’t get resolved, then we will pursue the matter in the small claims court of Tennessee and will subpoena the staff of Intown Suites.

I dealt with the same problem with inn Town suites in Huntsville Alabama. Me and my Wife lost Clothes and personal items Management blamed us for the problem even though we had been there for over six months and never once had that problem…

sorry to tell you this that 65+% of hotels even 300.+ a night have them i got them form my mother-in-law. It took 7 months to get rid of them tried pest control sprays everything! One night watching DICOVERY channel (the show was called INFESTED) on TV i found out how to get rid-of them (@#$%^&*) dam Bug HEAT all things in your house must be HEATED with commercial HEATER.to above 125 Degrease fahrenheit for least 3 to 4 hours I did mine after it got to 125degrease I heated that house to 155* for 4 hours plackets pillows sheets ect stuffed animals put in dryer at laundromat 2or3 cycles hot got rid of ! mattress it was old. P.S. the last chemical spray that killed these little &%$#@!@# $%^%$#@#$ bugs was DDT.. ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE WRITE AND LET ME KNOW. kev

InTown Suites Drug Dealing & Slow High Speed internet Access

This place is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very dirty and the maids when they do come to clean your room just wipe everything down quickly, take the trash out, and that was it. The people who had stayed next door to me were kicked out a week prior to me because they complained about the bed bugs they found in their room after only being there one week.

This place has a policy of kicking people out, keeping their rent & deposit they paid when you complain about anything. Just the end of May 2011 a disabled man and his nurse repeatedly complained about their toilet overflowing and then they caught the maintenance man trying to break into their room when he thought they were away because the disabled man kept large jars of change and he had been missing some of the change prior. Jennifer, the manager, kicked the disabled man out and called the cops on him because the disabled man with no legs couldn't be out of his room within the hour.

The advertise high speed Internet access, but the connection was so slow I couldn't use my IP based work phone. When I called the management and asked they rudely told me that all they provided was a connection quick enough to browse the Internet. I sent an email to their corporate location and received a call back from an Intown Suites employee who told them that all they would provide was a connection quick enough to browse the Internet and that was it. I went a head and purchased my own Internet access with Clear Wireless which was great.

Then I began to notice two white males in room 331 with a lot of traffic coming and going all times of the night, and the maintenance man frequenting the room. I asked a couple of people who had been staying there for some time about it and they told me that these guy were selling whatever you wanted Crack, ICE, Heroin, weed, pills, etc. I then sent another email to their corporate location to complain, but the next day an Intown Suites employee who was the manager's boss, who wouldn't give me his name, called me to the office and told me I had to leave. He wouldn't give me a reason, his name, or refund any of the money I had already paid for the next couple weeks. I believe that the manager, Jennifer, and the maintenance man are protecting the drug dealers in this room because they are Crack heads that get their drugs from them.

This place is shady at best and it is well worth pay a little extra to stay in a legitimate motel / hotel. I f you have already made the mistake that I did by staying there and have issues with these Intown Suites employees here is all the contact names and email addresses of their corporate employees:
