InTown Suites Worst Staff Ever

My wife and I recently had a baby girl. We are living at inn town suites here in louisville kentucky at the westport location. The location is not great but i can handle that. The room is liveable but not fancy. Thats fine. The maintenance on the other hand is absolutely terrible. In our kitchen area our stove light and fan does not work, the door to the room doesnt close unless you slam it. These are things we have brought up with the staff and they are fully aware of them but refuse to fix any of it. On top of that in the last 7 weeks we have been here they have actually cleaned our room once. Now, i understand that if there are personal possessions all over the place the cleaning staff should touch anything. However, i have personally re arranged the room after my daughter was born to make the most out of the space we have. the floor was uncluttered and there was plenty of room. the trash still was not taken out and then when they left they did not close the door leaving anyone free to come in and take whatever possessions of ours that they wanted. Theny when we got to the room and noticed that our door was open and neither of us had left it that way, we called the front desk to mention it. Not only did the lady say that she had a hard time believing that the door was left open (essentially calling us liars), she did so in a tone that was not necessary and with an attitude that seriously needs to be corrected. And it better be corrected fast.

InTown Suites The tenants seem to rule the roost!

My experience at intown suites hammond drive atlanta was the worst experience ever! Management seems to do nothing regarding issues.i stayed a month and didnt sleep more than 3 hrs tops a night. Noisy kids are allowed to stay up as long as they want with no repercussions was terrible...add bad pipes, key card entry broken & only 2 dryers work...and they have the ordacity to be remodeling the lobby! if im gonna stay in a ghetto im not gonna pay $289 a week for the privilege! dont fall for the area or outside appearance...what a ripoff!

InTown Suites Iggnorant staff and even worst management

BIG WASTE! First off the staff is disgusting. The blonde ### in the office is so arrogant and unhelpful its unreal. Thats if she or anybody is even in the office to help. Then if you call the office for something the call is forwarded to her phone apparently because nobody woud be in the office then the broad answers the phone and cant help you because shes not in the office. If you make a complaint youd better be ready for the most disgusting attitude youve ever seen in your life. On top of that you pay for a room where the "satellite" is aqcuiring the signal literally every ten to twenty seconds. How can a business not be on top of their main used ammenity? Thats the question. Then when you complain about the situation everyday and it doesnt get fixxed its like there reaching in your pocket and laughing at you all the way to the bank. Dont stay in this [censored]hole. Oh then if your room isnt clean when you leave they tke your 50 dollar deposit. Isnt that what they pay the maids for? I guess not because really thats less time the maids have to spend cleaning the room which in turn costs them less. Its really a joke. But the TV is the most stupid thing. I would have never paid for this room if I would have known that halfway through the week I would have to watch a TV that continuously cuts out and then has management that doesnt do anything to rectify the situation. DO NOT STAY IN THIS [censored]HOLE. Huge waste of money. For a little extra staying somewhere else you may not have to deal with all the ghetto low cost no brain staff and management. They just hire anybody or thats probably how they hire. People that arent going to do a damn thing if a customer that has a problem because they get their paycheck regardless. No work ethic at all. I mean [censored] takes 4 days to get a technician out to fix the Tv and I know my TV isnt the only one in this place doing this ###. Its only one satellite. Lazy no good employees that really dont give a ### because its not them that have to deal with it. Sad really sad. If companies looked a little further into who they are hiring other then there credit score, you know who the person really is and how they think, nope youre only hired if your arrogant and have a high credit score and if you can get the company a tax credit. It makes me sick. I for one will never stay in this dump ever again. I advise you not to either. Example. this TV has not come back on, its aqcuiring a signal for the last ten minutes and most channels are that way right now as I right this and the worst part about it all. They dont even amke an attempt to get it fixxed after complaining 4 days ago. Half my stay has been involved in watching half a movie or half a show. Wow is all I can say. Then I dont even want to know what will happen if I complain to coperate, if this is how these people act how i wonder how much worse the people are that hirerd these people. Its disgusting and the only way is to not bring your business so they fold and never dissatify another customer again but the world doesnt work like that seeing how places like this are only in business to take advantage of people that are a little low income

InTown Suites Won't clean my room

I require at least to take out the garbage but didn't get that. We are here in San Antonio, Texas working for a week. Wednesday was the day the maid was to come in and change the bed sheets. We got back and nothing. The room had three duffle bags on the floor and the kitchen table is covered with art supplies. I called down to the desk clerk and he said the maid said the room was to untidy for her to clean. Hahahahahaha! Never knew I had to clean my room for the maid! Love it! This is a truly low class place! They said we had personal items in the room so they couldn't clean cause they are not allowed to touch personal items. Hahahahaah! Never heard of such a thing. I have been staying in hotels all my life

InTown Suites Sexual Harassment and retailation

My name is Nicole Williams; I have been residing at 15424 South 50th Street room 124 since August 2010. Since residing at this location I have reported to Tina on several occasions about Courtesy person Paul. Paul has approached me (Nicole Williams) on many occasions about sexual favors or has been very flirtation. On October 5th Paul saw me outside and invited me into his room. Once inside his room, he closed the door and asked me if I was into white guys. I told him, that I don’t look at race. He then asked me if I would suck on his penis. When I told him no, he asked why not. I told him I was not into him that way. I then open the door and left the room. The incident was report Tina the next day. Tina said she would take care of it.
I have witness Paul drunk on the property on many occasions. And each time it has been reported to Tina. Paul has also come on to other women on the property and they have also reported it to Tina. Those Names and numbers will be provided to corporate.
On January 11th at around 2am in the morning I saw Paul pissing in the corner of the entry way. I reported the situation to Ed, and Ed said I should report it to Tina. I did report the incident to Tina and should want to know if I was sure it was Paul. I told her yes, she then said that other people told her it was Ed... I told it was not Ed, it was Paul. He was drunk has all get out. She asked that I report situation to her and not to Ed because he cannot do anything about it. I told her, I have report things to her and she doesn’t do anything about it and I will call corporate.
On January 25th I was walking to the mail box at around 7:45 pm. I placed some mail in the mail box and did not secure the mail, and it fall to the bottom. Tina told me the mail carrier will not take the mail unless it was on top. I saw that Tina’s car was still here, but the office was closed. I knocked on Paul’s door and the voices in the room become quit. I then walked down to Ed’s room and explained what happened with the mail. Ed said only management had the key and that he could not do anything about it. I told him, the Tina was still on the property, but I could not find her. He said he did not know where she was and that I should wait until the morning. I said ok. I left Ed’s room and walked over to the store (Circle K). On my way back, I saw Tina coming out of Paul’s room around 8:15pm. That would explain why he did not answer the door. She jumped in her car and drove off.
On January 26 around 9:00 pm; my friend and I were walking back from the store when we saw Paul stumbling around. When Denise asked him, what he was doing he said walking the grounds. Denise and I both just look at each other and I said I have had enough; he is drunk off his butt.
On January 27th, around 5:45 pm, I went into the office to speak with Brain about the situations and to ask him who I need to speak with. Explained everything to Brain and I told him, I was coming to him because he was fair and he would lead me in the right directions. I had spoken to Tina many times and she has done nothing. I am tired of the harassment from Paul and Tina not doing anything about it. I pay my rent on time and should not have to deal with this. If I had somewhere else to move to I would, but I don’t. I am requesting that this situation, please be taken care of ASAP and any compensation offered.
On February 1, management contact me about what kind of compensation I was requesting. I provide them my request and on February 10, 2011, I was asked to move off of the property after living their since August of 2010. I need help with this situation and have spoken to other women that have filed the same complaint with management. This person still works on the property and they have done nothing about it.

InTown Suites Arrogant employees

Arrogant employees, very un-carrying and accusatory toward me concerning a reservation I made on the 24th of July. I called their local number in Greenville, SC, I spoke to a woman at 6:17 pm and made a reservation for the upcoming week. A woman told me that she had available rooms and asked me if I would like a king size bed. I made an effort to find someone higher up in management to address the lies that I was given.

I spoke to someone Brian Smith, brian.smith AT intownsuites.com. He claimed to be in the corporate office, in Atlanta, but he was calling from an 864 area code, which happens to be in Greenville, SC. I called one of the phone numbers that 'Brian' called me from and it was someone in the Greenville location.

DO NOT Ever stay at one of these locations nationwide, there is something very shady about In Town Suites.

We have attempted to contact this guest numerous times to address his complaint. His concern stems from the fact that he believes he reserved a room with a king bed, but was given a room with a twin bed.

The InTown Suites where he reserved his room does not have any rooms with King beds, so no such reservation could have been made. Further, the guest was shown the room and given an opportunity to inspect it prior to checking in. He chose to accept the room with the twin bed and stayed five nights.

While we regret that he believes he was treated rudely, we do not believe any refund or compensation is warranted.

InTown Suites Rip off

This complaint is about the InTownSuites in Tamarac/Fort Lauderdale, Florida, at 8191 West Commercial Blvd. If having an internet connection while staying a week or more at a “hotel” is important to you, do not stay here! If you are someone that uses the internet regularly for things like streaming music, YouTube, iTunes purchases and downloads, or anything that basically can be considered a “data transfer” you will be arbitrarily shut down and your internet connection will not be restored!

Though you are “paying” for a “high-speed” connection, this is a dog-slow 1.5 MB connection for the entire hotel of well over 200 rooms! The normal, residential ComCast cable connection per household is 8 MB, so this is a terribly slow and lousy means of connection for a couple hundred rooms.

Another bad joke about this so-called “hotel” is the fact that you must supply your own Ethernet cable in order to connect to this very slow connection. How many people in 2009 carry an Ethernet cable with them for their laptops!?!? Yes, in 2001, most all people did, but for the last five years all laptops have WiFi and most people have never used an Ethernet cable to connect their present laptop! So you have to run down a cable at a local store, rather than them loaning these out. That *** a big one!

If they realize that you are actually trying to use this very obsolete connection, then they will shut you off and you will not have it turned back on!

I must do work on the net, as well as get most all my news and entertainment from the net and these jokers turned off my internet connection the last four days I was there for a week’s stay!

Therefore I have to say that I have been ripped off by this lousy so-called “hotel” and I have to warn you all about this!

4:40pm Intown Suites ANNOYANCE: June 15 2023 Someone next to me in room 141 is going in and out of the door every 3-5 minutes everyday for the last two weeks! I have a list of when the annoyance started! It started today again at 3:30, 3:34, 3:37, 3:42, 3:44, 3:46, 3:49, 3:52, 3:54, 4:25, 4:27, 4:33. Tired of documenting! Please help!

They put a hold on a $500.07 and I couldn't get it worked out so I paid with cash by the day for over a week loosing money. Considering that was almost all I had to feed my family it's been a tuff week. And I really need that cash returned. My checking shows it as a withdrawal. This all took place on 08/17.

It began on July the 8ththru July 11, we had to buy a bucket to fill the bucket with water and flush the toliet that was a incovience for us, the property manager sent an email for us for a renversement for the problem i called her and there hasnt been any response back.

There should be an after hours customer service line available for this company. I'm out of town for the holiday, trying to pay my rent online which is due TOMORROW, and the office is closed with no to talk with about this matter. Totally ridiculous. Very inconvenient.

How can a place be rented out that is so dirty. The rugs were wet. All the furniture was broken. The place is like a slum. People in parking lot smoking weed. The place is totally rundown. My grandchild who is disabled and crawls got wet and super dirty. I had to buy cleaning supplies and frebrezz. Everything was broken and unusable.

Both my husband and I have went to the office and talked to the manager and the lady working in the office about our microwave going out, we keep getting the run around by them saying it will be in the room the next day which never happens. This has been on going since Tuesday September 4, 2018.
