It is verry shamefull to inform you that i have a wasing machine of intex with warrenty priod but it is not working form last three month and i have coplaining about it but still no solution is provided.
From last three month i have wating for the representative to repair of the machine but no one having time from intex. When ever i call They just say i am visiting in 10-15 mint.

Is this the type of service provided by intex the it verry nyc and the best way to devlop in the market .

I ordered intex washing machine model number WMSA62RD-6.2kg semi automatic and now its washer is not working properly. It is under warranty as i purchased it on 07 of feb 2019 from Amazon.in . Now i was trying to contact intex customer care from last 5 days and there is no such response i am getting from them. The helpline number they provided is unreachable.. and there is no proper platform for the customers for raising there concern against the product they have purchased. Such an irresponsible behaviour from the company. Shame on you intex.

The worst customer service ever! Just talk to the rudest and most obnoxious individual ever. Her name was Jackie, or that's how she presented herself..
No such person should ever be involved with customer service.. I, personally, will never trust that brand again - the way customer service delivers is quite indicative of the culture of the company, itself..

Intex is making me suffer from last 8 Months. They submitted my mobile on 9 oct 2015 then they didn’t gave service till 5 months they gave replaced mobile on 6th feb 2016 whose camera not working not working and battery backup was Bad. So I asked for refund they didn’t respond to it and asked to visit service centre this was going on from 6 feb till 12th april on 12th april I Corporated with them and submitted my mobile in their service centre. Then on 15th april they gave me my mobile by saying as it has been repaired and its camera worked for just 3 hours and again its not working they even cant repair the handset properly this is really ridiculous now I want my money. I corporate with them and that was the last time now I need my money. I cant go to service centre anymore now . Their Seniors are also of no use I have talked to seniors of Intex Also all are fakes. I have complaint on their Facebook page and they blocked me and deleted all my coments and complaint I checked it from my other ID and again from my other fb id when I did complaint again they blocked my that id also and deleted complaint. Intex Even don’t allow customer to complaint this type of downdmarket cheap things they doing their seniors are working on deleting the complaint not on solving the complaints. And Now they Asking Me for extra money to solve my money this is really ridiculous. They Forcing Me to Do what they want from last 8 months and not giving me service now. Now What Should I do Suggest Plz They not replying to mail twitter and from fb they blocking me on call they don’t agree to anything. Now Should I keep on forwarding the complaint for Claim for harrasement and how much Claim should I Ask. Suggest me.

I purchased a Intex Acqa Power HD mobile on 02-04-2015, but on 02-01-2016 my mobile battery was damaged, which is fixed battery. I went to Intex service centre for new battery on 04-01-2016, but they are saying that battery is out of stock. I want to know where can I get new battery. My mobile is just 10 month old, and now I can't able to use it without battery, facing big problem.

Customer care says they dont have any knowledge about my phone i have to contact manager only now now what i should i do intex has a third class customer care i have there many times. m living without my fon from 3 months intex is responsible for this problem..still no solution still they saying to wait..now what should i do..i want intex to pay my all losses and sufferring due to their poor service. I want a strict reaction and a strong case on them i have all cal records also...

The remote of 5.1 speaker system IT-6000 SUF stopped working so complained the customer service of Intex Technologies in October and one engineer has visited to check the part and said something is wrong with it so he will bring a replacement remote after two days since it is under warranty. On all follow up calls I was asked to contact service center manager and assistant manager of Laxmi Lagar, New Delhi for inquiry as the part is not available and on calling them they also informed the same with no apparent idea when shall I get it. After this they started avoiding calls being made and customer care representatives have seemingly no idea what is the issue and I had to repeat the whole incident all over again each time I called. They had never replied to my emails I sent apart from one in which they asked complaint number initially.
Its about to be mid December and I am still without a remote.
I do not have the complaint number right away so sharing my phone number which they have in their record. It is [protected].

Still now I didnot get my headset back for intex mobile(model IN 4455). The problem is that My Headset worked fine for 15 days after that I sent it to Intex service centre, pune because of some problem in head set. Now it has been more than 1 month (more than i used), I didnot get headset also I am not getting any calls from service centre that how many days more they need to give me new headset. I have to call always. I think I have spent more money in calling them and getting my status of headphone rather than purchasing new headset. Always they inform me they need 2 days more to return headset to me. I cannot understand the problem now. If they took six months like this then my warantee period will be over and i will not get headset. Now I fear for that. Atleast they should call me and inform me if there is any delay. I have contacted with Pune Area Service Manager 15 days before. But I didnot get any benefit from that.
Either Intex company or its employee cheated me.

How can I get headset for my mobile as soon as possible. otherwise is there any way that Intex will refund my money?

Mr. Madhusudhan Raju of icons intex india pvt ltd is a soft cheat and everyone falls with his false promises and sweet talk.it's surprising to see raju setting up his own office.he made my house blunder earlier and i have to remodel it later.
please don't fall under the trap of people like raju, who do interiors without any qualification.they just pool up some carpenters and get ur wrk done with false promises.they supply materials like membrane and particle board which r of inferior quality.
This company is just another road side vendor which does not have any focus on values and quality, nor are they bothered about a good professional behaviour. They are just in a business to make quick money by trapping some customers. Please do not fall in the vain and big promises that they make at the time of initial payment.

1 I purchased one Intex Aura I 1224 Black IMEI No. [protected] and Batt. S/No. GHD107270004418 Bill No. 760 Dated 06.09.2007 from Party No. 1 in cash Rs. 7700.00. He give me promise that one year full guaranty and said that if in one year any problem in this mobile you can tack every type of help from above parties in free based. And he said that if got any manufacturer defect in this mobile they will replace this mobile from company.
2 After 2 or 3 month my mobile has accurd problems in mike and PBA Band. I informed and went immediately to party No. 1 for this problem. He get repaired by party no. 2. But after some days in this mobiles accurd problems again & again. The details and record are have Party No. 3.
3 Now against Job Card No. 15534 dated 28.07.2008 of above mobile have blinking and past problems accurd. In that problems I have sent to company for replacement but company have repaired it rather then replaced it. When I go to take my mobile from Party No. 3 I got it very poor and damaged condition like that its nuts are opened and without seal. I refused to take that mobile because its mike (speaker) was not changed. When I asked about my mobile for this condition from Party No 3. He said that it is in same condition that company (Party No. 2) has sent to me. When I said to replaced that mobile to party No. 1 and 3 they misbehave to me and said that we are not responsible for any warranty and any replacement, and no need to come on our shop.
4 Above parties not did their duties that’s why I am psychologically disturbed and I went their shops many times but they every time misbehave to me. I did not get any satisfied answer when I called to company’s website toll free no. So I want to get compensation from above these parties.
5 I request that my mobile should be replaced from above Parties or 7700/- Rs and @ 2% interest per month from dated 28.07.2008 pay to me, and 21000/- Rs. will be giving to me as compensation And 3500/- Rs will be paid to me as case expenses also.
